I was so pleased with the outcome, that I. was in tears of how beautiful it was. They also cleaned it. My rings were sparkling! They looked amazing!

I have a watch with a lifetime battery replacement warranty from another Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair in Colorado. This location happily honored the warranty and replaced it same-day within about 20 minutes. My wife and I always use Fast-Fix for any watch needs, I was very pleased with Heathers service at our new Jacksonville location, and we will absolutely be back in the future!

Was always my go to place for jewelry and watch repair . But found out their prices for repairs have skyrocketed compare to other places. Example, shorten a gold chain was going to $49.99 compared to the $15.00 i ended up paying at another jewelry store away from the mall.

They are fast as they claim. Had battery replaced while I was there. Upscale shops I called claiming days to weeks to fix. Done in 10 minutes. Price was same as other places.

The jewelry store we bought my engagement ring from estimated around $250 and a couple week wait time to fix my ring, i walked in to Fast Fix and they did in it under a minute and for free!

Went here because I had a ring that needed to be fixed. Kays would not touch it but told me to try them. I need 5 diamonds tightened and one diamond replaced. They fixed it in one day and even shined it for me. It looked like a completely different ring and the price was very affordable.

I use them frequently. They are always pleasant and knowledgable. They even do what they can to save me money. Great place.

For luxury repair prices, their watch battery service is overpriced and you can expect sub-par batteries. I got 2 watches batteries replaced and they didnt last 2 years, whereas the original batteries lasted over 5 years. I would look elsewhere or at least verify the battery that is installed prior to agreeing to the services.

My grandmother gave me her rings the are 65 years old. They’ve never been cleaned or resized so they were very worn. They did such an incredible job on my rings. They do it the same day so you don’t have to wait around for a jeweler to send them out. Below is a before and after picture! I will definitely be back when I need to get them resized and such.

So I went in to get an anklet (14k solid gold) resized. Being that this wasn’t my first time I’ve had my jewelry resized I didn’t ask for a price because I didn’t think it would be no more than $40. They charged me $50 which is very overpriced!!!! It took 2 attempts to get my correct size. When I came back the second time he only gave me the link that was removed the second time and not the first. I didn’t realize it until I got home so I called them. The guy who answered stated that if a customer doesn’t ask for the links back they don’t return them back. Mind you I’ve gotten my jewelry resize before and I’ve never asked for my links back, I’ve always EXPECTED them back, and I’VE ALWAYS GOTTEN THEM BACK! I understand a car battery that goes bad and you swap out for a new one so you don’t get the old one back, but we’re talking about perfectly fine jewelry! That you decided to keep without my consent! The guy on the phone took my information and told me he would call me back with a nasty attitude and of course he never called me back. If you live on the Southside of Jacksonville, Fl and need jewelry resized for a decent price go to Premier Jewelry. I just resized another 14k solid gold anklet for $30! I’ll never go to Fast Fix ever again!!!!!

Was able to repair my inexpensive watch that I really love here. Second hand for some reason had come off and were extremely quick. Associate told me it would be about 30 minutes which was fine. We had to shop some so told her idI return in about an hour. If Id known it would have been finished as quickly as it was I wouldnt have left. He was done in maybe 10 minutes tops. Lovethis place 😊

They advised me I didnt need to replace the entire band for my watch but merely the buckle. When their buckles were a little small, they shaped it and the watch band to fit. The buckle looks like it came with the watch and Im happy to have my watch back. Overall, very satisfied.

Took about an hour to fix bracelet, which was great. Good price. When i came back to get bracelet the debit/credit machine was down. They offered to cover fee to remove cash from my debit via mall atm ($3). Overall great experience, fast service, good customer service

I was trying to get a necklace fixed for my friends birthday and it was so last minute. I talked to kay jewelers and they wanted 2x the amount I paid at fast fix and it was going to take 2 weeks. I’m very pleased with the work the chain on the necklace is so small you can’t even tell where it was broken! Great place!!

I always enjoy going to get my jewelry repaired here. The staff is courteous and knows me by name. The quality of work is excellent and it is given back to you when promised usually within the hour. This is the only place I take my jewelry for repair. You will not be disappointed I promise.

Took a 60.00 G shock watch and another watch to get batteries. They wanted 40.00 to replace the battery. Watch store, elegant watches around the corner in the same mall did it for 14.95. Shop around they are very over priced.

It was $86 for three watches, a little more than I was hoping to spend. The work was done a lot faster than I was hoping thinking it would take. Staff was really nice. It would be five stars if it was a little bit cheaper

After a brief conversation about the reason for my visit, my watch was taken over to the work area, and fixed with a new battery. The cashier was kind and handled the sale efficiently. I plan to return in the future if I need another repair.

Fast-Fix Jewelry had my ring fixed in less than 2 hrs! It is so sparkling and pretty now. I had had prior work on it done for a loose diamond. The soldering was sloppy on the underside (you couldnt tell from the top) but they cleaned it up and it looks brand new! The staff was very professional and kind even though they were super busy. Thanks guys!!! I will definitely be using them for all future services 😊

I had an heirloom pocket watch that my husband inherited. The watch had a broken crystal and we weren’t sure if it was functioning.The team at Fast Fix was able to order the parts without having to ship the watch across country. It looks beautiful and works perfectly. We’re very happy with the work and the service.

The “manager” was extremely rude to my father and I when we went to replace the batteries on our watches. First of all, he snatched the receipt out of our hands when we returned to pickup the pieces. He was very disrespectful and didn’t even realize that one of the watches he put a new battery in wasn’t even working. He then proceeded to angrily take apart the watch, remove the battery, and sloppily reassemble it. I’ve never had a positive experience at this shop, but this was by far the worst. Management seems extremely toxic. Also, they overcharge their batteries. If you don’t have a high end watch, you could get this done for $10 at a Batteries Plus. Save your money and your sanity!

I brought my Rolex into the Avenues store and Andrew the manager said he was authorized to work on Rolex watches. I let them work on my watch and after return the bezel fell off and was lost while I was traveling and the pins came loose Ann’s my watch fell off. I came back and Fast Fix said they ordered an authorized bezel for Rolex watches and after having Underwood’s confirm the authenticity we had discovered it was a fake. I am now out $1100.00 and I reached out to the owner Christian Whitehurst and he said sorry but that is your problem! Extremely unprofessional as I have been inconvenience without having my $16,000 watch and now Christian said oh well that’s your problem! NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOU VALUABLES OR CHRISTIAN WHITEHUSRT!!!!!!!

The people at fast fix have helped size and order mine and my husbands wedding bands, fixed endless family heirlooms that needed some much needed attention, and soldered rings on my childrens baptism necklaces. I went there to get a battery that I already purchased installed in a hard to open watch. As the young man was servicing me, another person came into the shop. The other young man rang me up & I paid, he acknowledged the woman standing behind me & asked her about her receipt. He stated to her I got you already over here. An older man appeared from out of the back, I assume. He seemed to have frazzled one of the two Men of color demanding that they pay attention to the other woman, when first of all they weren’t finished servicing me, and second of all they had properly addressed her. Shame on him for doing something so negative in front of customers, he clearly displayed disrespect. The two gentlemen were doing exactly what they were supposed to be doing, their job.

Ive gone to Fast Fix for watch battery replacements and to re-size my wedding ring. As promised, the turnaround time is pretty quick and the service has been good every visit. Its a bit pricey though.

Just fixed my dad’s watch, it took less than 3minutes to make it tighter. The service is fast just like the name, Fast Fix. Just wish it was a little cheaper. I’ll definitely come here again.

I went here to service my vintage mechanical watch. I was taken care of by Elsa, who, was an excellent representative and kept me updated during every step of the process. I highly recommend this location and the services as a whole because Fast-Fixs (non-local) mechanical watchmaker did great work for a reasonable price. I will continue to come back for any watch restorations or repairs.

Love these guys !!! Just had a freak accident with my engagement ring getting caught on a metal cabinet and the setting was very bent forward. Was afraid to touch it so I took it into Fast Fix in the Avenues. Took it to these guys at 10am and it was ready by noon. Not to mention that they polished the ring and returned it to me like brand new! I will definitely be back! Keep up the great work!

Great job replacing 4 watch batteries and sizing a watch quickly. My only complaint is the price for sizing a watch was steep. Go to a jeweler and they will do it for free. And, when spending that much on batteries they should have thrown that cost away

I attempted to get my battery changed out on a Seiko watch and was informed that it was broke internally. They gave me and honest repair quote which I chose not to do. After troubleshooting the watch they could have charged me additional maintenance fees but they did not, instead they recommended that a new watch be purchased. Thus them losing the sale of a repair. I found them to be fair and honest and well go back again for other services.

I wish that I could give this place 6,8,or 10 stars! I got an awesome deal on an engagement ring, the problem was, it was a size 7 and my(now) fiance is a size 5. Other places told me that due to the design of the ring, the downsize could not be done or it would take 2-5 weeks. Im talking about all off the jewlers that you see advertising on T.V. Even the jeweler that I purchased it from told me a minimum of 2 weeks. Not fast fix, I went in, they told me to come back in an hour and BOOM!!! What was said would take 2-5 weeks actually took 45 minutes!! I got a phone call that the ring was ready, and get this, it looks like I purchased a size 5 originally. These guys are AWESOME!!!

I had called around several places to try and get my necklace fixed on a busy Saturday. I am so glad I found fast fix. in the Avenues Mall .They were great guaranteed the work did a little shoping in the mall while I waited excellent customer services. They also cleaned my rings while I waited no charge.

Had a few links removed from a watch band and after a few days the pin securing the band popped out. Brought it back and suggested perhaps the glue suggested by several websites that would secure the pin be used. The person supposedly assisting me gave me a difficult time about utilizing the glue. At no time did she say she regretted I had to come back. I think anyone who values customer service think about alternatives to this establishment.

Had my replica watch in for work on the bezel, explained it to the rep. He said the lazy watch man only works 2 days of the week and didnt mention he doesnt come in till 12 pm. Next day they say they cant find the problem. Old hag tries to tell me its fine and they dont want to work on it. I asked them to open up the guts of the watch and they gave me grief as if it was a burden. The old witch was very mean and they charge to much to twist a plate to open a watch. Dont come here. I went and fix my gold necklace which is 24k because the connector was broken. The staffs there wanted me to leave the whole necklace instead of leaving just the connector, they had my necklace for couple of minutes and a few chains were missing and messed up the necklace even more. The manager there was rude and blaming me for not leaving my whole necklace there for not fixing the right way. I found out My sister went and fix her necklace couple weeks a go messed up her whole necklace which doesn’t surprise me now.

The staff was patient with me even though I didnt know which band I wanted to fix my watch. Then they fixed it quickly while I paid and I was out the door. Fast and friendly service!

The woman looked at my watch and said “oh this is a nice watch that will be $100” I told her that seemed awfully high for a battery and she replied “do you know how much this watch cost” Obviously I know how much it cost it’s my watch. I can’t believe you price a simple battery change based on the perceived ability to pay. I went to a similar store in the orange park mall and had the battery changed for $25.
