I like it because its Clean, modern, and not crowded at all. Staff is hospitable. No saunas or steam rooms, pools, basketball courts or anything fancy... just a good gym with fairly new, modern equipment. Good selection of free weights and machines. Plus the prices are reasonable.

Its new and convenient within my area. Just check in and do yourroutine and leave. Staff crews are polite, the gym is clean and equipments are in very good working conditions and each member is provided an individual bottle n rugs to sanitize. Best wishes.

Hello I have recently visited this gym as a guest of a member eho will not be name for privacy reasons. During out visit the gym people are nice and all but we experienced something we shoudlnt have. We encountered little critters or larvae like insecst into the women’s locker room. I did not have my phone at the time but my friend will be sending me the images and i will update them to my comment.

Super big and spread out. Great for maintaining social distancing guidelines. Plenty sanitizing material all over the gym. Nice staff, ny GO TO gym for workouts where I just want to get the work in, not be bothered, get in my zone and make it happen.

So disclaimer, I’m normally a die hard YMCA person, but Blink Fitness is definitely giving my gold standard a run for it’s money. I decided to purchase a membership through Blink online with the dollar promotion for the 1st month. Initially, I purchased the $15 dollar package, but when I went to the facility, I decided to upgrade to the the $18 founder’s promotion. The main difference between the two packages are the addition of classes and the fact that you are locked into a 12 month contract. Also, another handy fact to know is that a yearly maintenance fee is drafted a month after joining. I wanted to include that so there are no surprises.When I went to the gym, I was pleasantly greeted by Chastin who was one of the helpful staff members from the Virginia branch. He was at the facility to help train the staff. He was very knowledgeable about the entire facility. Even though he was busy helping other members, he took the time to show me around the gym. Super professional and very helpful. I was also introduced to other staff members which included G and Sarah who seemed eager to help and show this beautiful facility.I didn’t get a chance to workout at the facility because I had a session earlier with my trainer, but I’m excited to check this facility out. It’s very updated and sleek. Even the bathroom was super posh. It’ll be an excellent addition for North Jacksonville.

I loved the options of entertainment while working out. I also loved that they provided you with your own personalized spray bottle and rag to wipe down your equipment. Great first impression!

I work in the mornings so i tried to find a gym for the evenings when i get off of work. But the cleaning in the afternoon is atrocious! YUCK RECOMMEND NEVER BEING A MEMBER AND USING ANY RESTROOMS THERE

Fiancé went up there to cancel her personal training sessions that were $150 a month was told that it was canceled but then checks account today and $150 was deducted by them. The personal trainers are never there and never call or cancel so she would make blank trips up there to find out the trainer no longer work there.

Is a wonderful place for you to do fitness enjoy yourself and Ill be going back in September probably at the end of this month to be starting a new membership

I know somebody personally who worked there and a few member who tested Positive for COVID -19 and still worked and visited the gym while positive. Management can never solve any account or billing issues in a temily manner. For a much hetter and safer experience i recommend baileys or Crunch fitness

I decided to change my rating of Blinks Fitness from 2 stars to 4. I want to be as fair as possible in rating a business. I mostly had a wonderful time as a member while exercising and stretching out at Blinks. They started off great with all the original staff members being friendly, professional and courteous when they first opened up just before the Covid pandemic early last year. That’s when I joined. I was very impressed with the facility overall with their state of the art equipment, cleanliness, sanitation, and the sign at the entrance that says “mood lifters” which is a very good motto and the staff back then stood by this. They greeted me very well coming in and leaving every visit. The staff has slightly gone downhill in their customer service skills, but I realize everybody’s personality is different and not all of them are skilled in customer service or courtesy. I can tolerate that, this happens everywhere. Even in my 20 plus years serving the US Navy I’ve experienced some bad customer service, but the military holds higher standards for their troops compared to the civilian sector. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Blinks and their membership prices cannot be beat compared to the overall quality of their facility compared to other fitness centers! I may change my mind and rejoin Blinks for they are worth the price for what they have. I sincerely thank Blinks Fitness for what you do and continued success for the business and for all staff members!

My experience was good. Just go in and work out. They have what a gym normally has but nothing special that other gyms might. If you dont need that luxury, this place is fine. Right environment to keep you working out than at home and getting distracted by everything. Also I would say the most important thing is there is no contract. You dont have to promise a year or anything and you can cancel at anytime I believe. Just keep in mind. On the third month they make you pay a maintenance fee of 53 dollars. I pay 12 or 15 I dont remember but for 4 more dollars you can bring guest along. Ive never needed to bring guest so I forgot how many you could bring. In conclusion. If you are not sure you want to make the gym a routine. Go here and try it out, if its not for you. You can cancel at anytime. Happy work out, and stay motivated.

Very clean facility, staff are well trained and courteous. And there is plenty of space so you can get a good work out. Way better than planet fitness by far!!!

In June of 2020 when I joined, it was a great facility. Since before Christmas, it has started going DOWN & with no reprieve. It is basically nepotism central now, with NO customer service at all. And it is also 400 degrees & the music is up to dance club level !! In all fairness I joined another gym but kept my Blink membership for now, to let them go head to head. Unfortunately for Blink, it aint looking good after a week of this.....

The Blink on Dunn Ave has some of the worst staff Ive ever encountered! The day my husband and I signed up, the staff at the front counter acted like we were interrupting their conversation! After we purchased our membership, no one gave us a tour or even asked us what our goals were. They young lady gestured sarcastically to the equipment and immediately went back to her conversation. There is ONE person who works there named JaRon W. who is friendly & enthusiastic about helping people meet their gym goals. He was extremely helpful to my husband and I, but everyone else that works there is truly awful. Ive not had ONE good experience with the staff there.

Nothing that stands out from any other gym. Not as much equipment as my previous gym. How is the owner giving his own review and responding to it as if he is a regular customer? Thats called deceiving.😂😂😂

I love Blink Fitness. They are always following the CDC guide lines by checking temps at the door, enforcing mandatory mask policy, sanitizing and equipment distancing. The equipment is top ranked and I love the early morning weekday hours. The staff is courteous and professional. My gym (closer to me) was to be temporarily closed due to the pandemic, yet they have not opened their doors. Im glad I joined Blink Fitness despite the distance its worth the trip. Keep up the great job!!!!!

I was a founding member when they opened and never worked out one time in this facility. I went in 12312020 to cancel my membership and two young men said that because 12 months had passed, I didnt need to do anything. My membership would not renew. I asked if i needed to do anything and they told me NO. January I was billed and I called only to be told Oh they told you wrong, you gotta call back when Chastain is here. I sent a message on IG and immediately got a call telling me that it goes to month to month membership.... well nobody said that ! he said he would have my account credited...... NOTHING! Reached out again in February, I was told that it was being processed.....they tried to bill me again in February......I sent another message on IG March 8 and was told they would contact management. Then they said they have to wait for the billing company to refund me because that is a separate entity from Blink. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. I will blast you every chance I get and I am reporting you to the BBB.

Lots of machines, wipes placed around the gym so that machines can be cleaned. A nice place to workout.

I cannot express how much I love this gym. Every time I got the opportunity to go here and work out, they would push my workout further. This is not a gym you just go to and do a workout. They are constantly checking up on people and pushing you to do that extra set and push you past your limit.If you have not tried Blink, you are missing out!

Great gym only problem for me is the water fountain is always hot get that problem solved and it would be greater

Good vibes and location. Clean changing area. Would be 5stars if it had a sauna and actual work out classes. Virtual is nice, but its nothing compared to working out with someone.

This place was easily a 5/5 star for me till today! I just get a call guessing to do a personal trainer upsale. No biggie but I CANCELED! WITH THEM AT THEIR LOCATION! Was with a very nice young black man I seen regularly there helping me out at their kiosk and verifying everything was completed. I did this around Oct 22 because I was moving to orange park and no location near there. And now I am told today NOT ONLY am i NOT CANCELED I got charged this month. JUST AVOID THIS GYM. If you dont allow a simply month to month agreement cancellation to go smoothly GO ELSEWHERE thats a fundamental aspect of month to month!

Good workout spot

The owners, staff, and facility are wonderful. They are more than happy to help you with any and everything you need. The facility is amazing and aways clean. A huge thank you to Mr. Carlos for helping take care of my son when I wasnt able to get up there and workout with him and helping me get set up with a junior membership under mine so he can go when he wants to. You will not be disappointed with this gym.

It’s spacious, innovative and has enough equipment for everyone’s fitness needs. The staff are friendly and upbeat. The colors and atmosphere is inviting and tasteful. I just recently joined the Blink Fitness family. Im on my 3rd day today and I have nothing but outstanding and excellent remarks. The very first day as soon as I walked in I immediately felt a very good vibe. That told me alot about the owner. Secondly, the greeting from the front desk was like we already knew each other and we just honestly met. This means the employees are happy and are being appreciated and taken care of. Thirdly, the set up is just awesome. We as the Blink Family have everything we need right there. I can go on and on.
