I got screwed at The Tailor Shop on Southside Blvd before finding Jeff at Tom James. Ive found a clothier I can rely on.I was skeptical getting custom clothes from a company that wasnt your traditional tailor or retail store. I hadnt heard of a franchised clothier with off-site factory production and assumed Tom James to be a sort of pyramid scheme your friend from high school messages you about on Facebook.I have been impressed since my first trunk show. Jeff and his associates are knowledgeable. The service is unrivaled. The fabrics are tasteful and of high-quality.

Excellent clothing and customer service. Ive been working with Jeffrey and intend to keep doing so for a long time. The amount of time and hassle avoided through their model is great, but I still wasnt completely sold until I got back my first order. I have been to many tailors but never have I gotten clothing that fit so well out of it. Not even mentioning the quality of the fabric itself. If you are trying to figure out how to build a professional wardrobe like I was, this place is great. Dont make the mistakes I did of hunting sales at Macys then trying to get it tailored 2-3 times before giving up. Wish I had found these guys sooner.
