I have truly found a hidden gem! I know a lot of us Jacksonville natives think we know every local business there is but this is one that escaped me.Not only is this dry cleaner at a wonderfully convenient location but Gino’s customer service is impeccable! Dry cleaning is done on site so it doesn’t get shipped away and Gino can keep a quality eye on it.His wife is at their second location on Merrill and she is an amazing and talented seamstress! She told me my order would be ready in a week and in a week five skirts were altered down one complete size to perfection! Hips and waist fit like a glove. I found my bridesmaid dress the day before I needed it, had been marked with marker by my daughter. I brought it in, and not only were they able to get my dress in that day, they were able to get the stain out within five minutes and send me on my way. They were incredibly kind and helpful, I recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

I gave my clothes On Monday thinking I wouldn’t need them until the end of the week. Long story short I needed them the same day because I needed them for work the following day Because the school district was coming in and preferred to wear my favorite shirt, I called in and they had the shirt ready to go the same day. Great people and affordable prices.

Had been taking my shirts and suits there to be drycleaned every other week since January when I moved here, just because it was on my way to school. They did an okay job and were priced decent. The lady at the desk was always a bit rude and unfriendly, but I overlooked it. I took a comforter there a few months ago to have cleaned, because I had see their $10 to launder all comforters clearly stated on the windows.Well I went in a couple days ago to bring the SAME comforter back to have it cleaned again, and the rude older woman at the front desk looks at it and says no, thats a mattress, its $65. (It is a down-alternative comforter, and obviously nowhere near a mattress).Upon going back and forth and saying that they had cleaned the same one before for $10, I finally just said forget it ill take it somewhere else, along with all of my laundering business. After she casually replied Whatever, thats fine as I walked out.Needless to say I will never go back to that miserable dump of a cleaners again. There are a million choices of cleaners in Jax.

So I took my wifes white coats here, they claimed that they used all their chemicals but were not able to remove spots and stains from her coat. She is a physician and was not happy with their work at all. Wouldnt recommend this cleaner it you have white clothing.
