We were in town for a funeral and needed clothes cleaned quickly and unexpectedly. They were so helpful and had them ready, and in perfect shape, on the same day (within nearly a 6 hour timeframe). I was so grateful.

The best dry cleaner I have ever had the pleasure of being a customer of. We moved away 2 years ago and every other week when it comes time to take the dry cleaning, I think about Joseph and Handicraft.Joseph and his staff are so friendly and thorough. Joseph remembered my name after the first visit. They try to check all the buttons on your shirts and sew new ones on at no cost - heck you dont even have to ask.If I could magically transport one business from Jacksonville to Charleston, there wouldnt even be a question - Handicraft all the way. It is impossible to find the combination of customer service, price, and quality that Handicraft Cleaners provides.Folks in Mandarin have no idea how lucky you are!

This was a horrible experience. I took a 200 dollar bridesmaid dress here in hopes that I may be able to re-sell. I made the mistake of not taking the dress out of the plastic when I picked it up. When I got it home I looked at it and it was almost as dirty as when I dropped it off (only dirt on the bottom from the floor). I called and left two voicemails with no return call. Finally I had the time today to go back out and the ( I believe the owner) actually accused me of wearing the dress again. He also said that they do not get their voicemails then pretended not to understand English all in front of my children. Bad business, and horrible customer service.
