I arrived in Jacksonville via plane on a recent afternoon for a 6pm formal event having left my formal clothes at home. I showed up needing coat, tie, shirt, pants, shoes, etc. Mike went to work and had me suited up with tailored pants and coat in about an hour (and Im particular). It was amazing. They even gave a good recommendation for a late lunch (that was so good I went back for breakfast the next morning). The men of the world need more Rosenblums and guys like Mike.

I have shopped at Rosenblums for 15+ years. Every suit I’ve ever owned was purchased from Richard at the Mandarin store. The service is top notch, it’s without compare. The clothes are the best quality, and they are all made to measure and allow you to look your absolute best. I just recently purchased a charcoal Byron suit last month and I have received dozens of compliments. My story, insignificant as it is, goes back to the 1950s. As a teenager in that period I always appreciated my fathers taste in clothing and remember your familys downtown store well. My father frequently shopped your store and always requested a Christmas gift from your shelves. Im pleased your legacy continues as so much of what oncewas familiar no longer is. Richard and staff have always gone above and beyond to provide the highest quality goods, and exceptional service. The last time I purchased several pairs of slacks, Richard dropped them off to my gym after alterations to save me a special trip!

Spent 10 minutes in there today. I did not see one person, sales staff nor Customer the entire time. Went there to buy several summer shirts and maybe some shoes. The inventory is depleted and I didn’t see any shoes other than a few on closeout. I expected to see a nice boutique men’s clothing store and was throughly disappointed, my closet has more clothes in it than Rosenblum’s.
