Always pleased with their staff, prices and service, only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 they dont clean military foldable covers

I can’t show my uniform for employment reason but this is the second time I had an bad experience with this place. First time they claimed to clean and press a shirt with the hanging tag still attached. No starch in the ironing of the shirt at all. The next visit was also a messed up experience I literally asked for heavy starch and got nothing. These new owners are not what the old group use to be and I’m not happy with the service at all.

Phenomenal. These people take care of my clothes as if it were their own. The new owners really turned this place around. The updated paint and plants make it a pleasure to visit compared to other cleaners. But what really makes this place worth checking out is their attention to detail. The staff is always friendly. The owners take the time to get to know you and even call me by name. They put nice little finishing touches like dryer sheets in the bag with my washed comforters so they stay smelling fresh, as if I needed another reason to make it impossible to get out of bed. And there’s also been instances were the owners were in on a Sunday when theyre closed but still let me pick up my dry cleaning instead of turning me away because the sign on the door said closed. Above and beyond service. So many great things to say. Just be prepared to never use another dry cleaners after checking this place out.

I had my bridesmaid dress altered here, it needed a LOT of changes because it was so ill-fitting from the start. The staff was extremely helpful during the process, both timely, friendly and talented.

One of the best cleaners I have used, and I have lived all over the East Coast. Great prices and service, and the folks are super nice to everyone. Even though I live and work near Southside, I still do and will bring my clothes here.

Took a pair of pants to be cut off and they are choppy and basically ruined. Bought these pants for $80, they are jeans and when bought they were unhemmed perfectly straight across but too long so all they had to do was literally take a straight edge and cut the pants off. I could have done what they did at home with a pair of dull scissors. I’m just disgusted.

Took a king sized comforter in to be cleaned on 12/28/15. Was told it would be ready on Saturday, 1/2/16. Went to pick it up around 1pm on Saturday. Was not ready. Was told to come back later that day or Monday the 4th. Picked it up on Tuesday the 5th. When I got it home to put it back on our bed I noticed it looked just as soiled as it was when I took it in for cleaning. The comforter smells fresh but was not clean. Will not go back. Plus the guy that works there has the personality of a wet brick!

I used this dry cleaners to taylor a few items that were too big on me. I picked up my items yesterday and was so impressed with the tayloring.I recommend them to anyone needing alterations.The price was very reasonable too!

Good place they take care of your clothes

If I there was a rating lower than 1 star, then thats what the rating for this dry cleaners would be! I took my dress shirt in for a simple dry clean and press. When I picked up my shirt, the collar and right sleeve were all jacked up! The left side of my collar was all faded and the right sleeve had a burn stain in it. Rather than owning up and apologizing the owner just gave excuses. BOTTOM LINE...I WONT EVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I have a really nice Queen size Polo comforter. I have taken it there twice. Each time I have gotten it back smelling fresh and clean.
