Excellent service for an oversized comforter. Always comes back perfectly clean and they sewed up any tears/rips in my blanket. Would recommend to anyone, also great with dry cleaning clothes. Great business!

I was very impressed with Oceansides service from the ultra friendly staff to the extreme care they took in cleaning and pressing my clothing. I had left a silk coat, a silk dress and a brocade skirt and blouse to be worn in a wedding in October. All needed expert care in cleaning and pressing and I was completely satisfied with the results. I will certainly use Oceanside again knowing that my garments will have that extra TLC.

The staff at this place is AMAZING! I dropped my wedding dress off and they called to go over everything in detail with me before they performed the cleaning service. I was in an out of the hospital for my pregnancy and one of the staff took on the responsibility to make sure I knew what was going on with my dress instead of talking to different people and having to reiterate what was going on. It took a little while for me to be able to pick up my dress and they were never pushy about it. This is the only dry cleaners I’ll be using from here on out.

I use their pickup and delivery service. They alway clean my cloths, but beyond that they remove stains, replace buttons, and return lost items.If they ever have any questions about the expected service then they call, but otherwise they just fix any issues that might come up.Beyond all of that; I’ve never heard of a company that returns missing money clips with over $500. I can’t Recommend them enough.

I had dropped off my fiancés dress three days before pickup and they guaranteed it would be completed by Thursday. I came Thursday just a couple hours before my flight to pick it up and they had sent the dress to a completely different store on Southside and I was expecting to pick it up in Ponte Vedra. I had to get across town quick and make a detour risking missing my flight and all I was given was an apology.

Okay this place was a lifesaver. My company had sent me on the road for a few days and I ended up being on the road for several days longer.I was almost out of clean clothes and I called them up and even though I I was beyond the time for dropping off clothes, when I told her ( wish I had got her name) I didnt have very much they told me to bring it on over. I needed my sons suit cleaned and a shirt pressed for a funeral. I called to see if they could do same day service. Spoke to Elizabeth and she was very helpful and professional! She took her time and did not rush me off the phone. I took the suit to them at about 1:00. The young lady at the desk was just as personable and professional! They go over and above on Customer service which is very important to me.I received a text at about 3:30 to let me know it was ready to be picked up. The suit looked perfect and they were able to remove a difficult stain!! Price for the service was very fair as well!Highly recommend Oceanside Cleaners!!!!

After a failed attempt by another cleaner, I brought in my white dinner jacket that still had the stain on it. They told me they would try their best to get the stain out but cautioned that they couldnt guarantee it. They said it would be ready for pick up in two days but got it finished in a day. When I went to pick it up they said they couldnt get the stain out all the way but I couldnt find it at all. They did a great job and got it done earlier than promised. They pressed a pretty summer dress that was used as a wedding dress same day, before a holiday, with no notice. I used Oceanside to clean my wedding gown, which was silk and got super muddy from rain on my wedding day. I thought there was no way all the stains were going to come out. Not only did they rush my dress, but they sent me photos to make sure I was happy with it and it looks brand new. Not only is their work quality but every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly. I do not leave near Oceanside but I will now drive out of my way next time I need anything cleaned, as I know it will be handled with care!

Ive used Oceanside for about 10 years now.. only one problem in those 10 years.. I forgot to set out my stuff for pickup about 7 years ago.. Even though the truck to pick up the laundry had long since made its route past my house and was on its way to JAX.. I called.. I told them sorry.. it was my fault.. but I needed the items cleaned because I was about to go to a contract job.. guess what? they sent the truck back.. no questions asked.. just to pick-up my stuff.. do they go out of their way to satisfy their customers? what do you think?

Oceanside did a very good job with cleaning my tuxedo. It was a bit expensive at $32 but the suit is as good as new.

I have a cleaning business and was hired for a COVID cleaning on a recently sold million dollar beach condo. Part of their deal was to also have the master bed comforter dry cleaned as well. We dont normally offer this service, but the realtor who hired us is a good friend of mine. She did not know of a reputable dry cleaning service, but Ive used Oceanside before, and it all worked out that I could pick up the comforter that Tuesday afternoon. Oceanside was quick and professional in receiving the comforter and getting it cleaned and back to us by Thursday morning when we were scheduled to clean. The realtor was very pleased as well.

Oceanside Cleaners is top notch. I took a very old japanese kimono in for cleaning and they did a spectacular job. It turned out better than I ever imagined it would be! If you own a business you should send your employees here to see what great customer service looks like. I am having work done at my home and dont have my washer and dryer for a few weeks, so I used their wash, dry, fold service. Everyone I talked with was exceptionally friendly and courteous. They took the time to understand that I have sensitive skin and dont like any fragrance in my laundry. My laundry was completed early and was perfectly clean, without any fragrance added! I would give them 20 out of 5 stars for customer service, seriously. The only complaint I had is that my towels were ever so slightly damp, but they are super thick and normally take forever to dry at home. I just hung them up for an hour and they were ready to be put away. I am going to be sad when I have to go back to doing my own laundry!

Ive used Oceanside for alterations and dry cleaning which has always turned out great. I recently had Clare clean and preserve my wedding dress and she did an amazing job. The customer service is wonderful and they even offered to deliver to me for free (which I opted for, of course). Everyone from alterations, to delivery and of course Clare with wedding gown preservation has been wonderful. I highly recommend them and i wont use anyone else!

I do believe this is the most impressive dry cleaner I have ever used, very responsive, I actually called to rearrange a pick up and got a real person on the phone who walked me through it, then they left this amazing bag full of goodies, extra buttons, lint roller, collar stays etc. very impressive. They are definitely a step above every one else. They specialize in wedding preservation as well, I was getting a veil cleaned. I will definitely think of Oceanside if I have any dry cleaning needs. They even gave me a coupon for a free cleaning of sheets and pillowcases, Yes Please!

They had to send my wool and leather jacket to a mother company site to dryclean, told me I would then get a call or email with estimate from their before they proceeded, and never did. But before I knew it they called and it was ready for pick up. It cost around 23 bucks and there is still a stain on the neck where I wanted it to be special treated. No comments on why it wasnt clean or if they even tried to get it out. Rest of jacket looked good. But based off of lack of communicating I give only 3 stars. Probably great for normal services but I didnt think so for this one.

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. As a person with multiple medical conditions that leave me very vulnerable to COVID, having to Lyft to the laundromat every week got expensive as well as put myself at risk. When I mentioned this to a friend, she googled businesses in Jacksonville that picked up and delivered laundry, and that’s how I found Oceanside Cleaners. From last week to now they have been amazing, respectful, and thoughtful in how they have dealt with me that is unique to my disabilities as well as have just treated me like a valued member of society. They were able to mend the wear and tear from an outside wedding. Great price. We just cleaned it. She didnt want to preserve it in a box. I have used them for all of my dry cleaning.
