Where do I even start, my experience at Vera has been nothing but amazing. Brittany at the office is the best person I have ever had to deal with for anything. I had a rough patch because of COVID and Brittany literally was so patient and attentive with me at all times. I really hate to leave, my lease is just now up and I really wish I could take the employees with me lol. Brittany made this experience a wholesome, it was like having a best friend at the office. If you have a bad experience with the office you best believe it’s because of you and not them. If you just communicate and you’re transparent with them they will help you.Thanks Vera and Brittany for a good couple of years. :)

I was able to meet with Jennifer the new Community Manager. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with a question I had and took the time to ask how I was doing and how my new home was. This made me feel valued. Thank you Vera for a great place to call home!

Very overpriced and front desk never answers. Maintenance takes forever. We chose this place even though we could have picked other places for a better value because we thought it would be safe come to find the gate hardly works. Our dishwasher is malfunctioning and our dryer takes three rounds to be semi dry. Also the amenities are so run down…the pool chairs are atrocious and every bathroom is dirty and the theatre room is run down aswell. You can go somewhere else for a better price guarantee.

Hi 🙋🏻‍♀️ Vera is a very cozy place to live, her apartments are VERY COMFORTABLE and SILENT! I love that they have elevators and that they are pet friendly. The Pool is beautiful and relaxing. The amenities are fabulous and spacious. The selection of tenants is very good and I am glad that it is always like that, selective.

Update: The gate was eventually fixed but now people just tailgate in and it doesnt appear anything is done about it despite security cameras and rent going up 50% YoY. Guess execs need jets to Caribbean islands.The grounds are being kept well but I have seen odd incidents when visiting family such as a man parking outside the gate and screaming through the window into the amenities center about why I was staring at him, then gesturing towards me and running inside (luckily to the gym) when I just casually glanced at him.We also had a fire truck show up one day with a woman downstairs crying as apparently her daughter died- who said she was murdered but my family never got a flyer/report from management regarding what had happened.The apartment itself is nice and management was helpful if slow responding to a noise issue. Was nice a year ago but...

Vera Luxury Living Apts. are a great place to live! The community is gated, and it’s a safe place to call home. The property is kept very clean. The staff and maintenance are nice people. Especially my leasing consultant, Brittany. She is the kindest staff member, very concerned about the residents and making sure their needs are met. I appreciate her so much!

Love it here. The team is very professional and address any maintenance issues promptly. David Lockwood pay attention to detail and ensure your satisfaction. The amenities are great, clean and well kept. Great decision to move here.

We were on a very crunched time schedule. Jennifer and Abi were instrumental in getting us through the process. Jon the maintenance supervisor is friendly and accommodating. And we are all set. The folks seem very friendly and willing to help give us good info about the area. So far it’s been a week and it feels like home.

I wish I could give it zero stars. If you want to live in a luxury apartment where the gate does not even work and they claim they are fixing it but I aint ever seen anybody out there. Couple days ago I saw a homeless man wandering the complex because guess what...THE GATE IS ALWAYS OPEN. Do us a favor and actually fix the gate and care about your residents rather than penny pinching. Also, the movie theatre room doesnt even work and the toilets in the amenmities dont even WORK. BS.

I was planning on getting out of my current lease and going through the process of looking for another place. As a prospective renter I took a tour of the facility and it was spectacular. While I decided to keep my current lease, this would have been the place I’d be living. The entire place was clean and had a vibrant feel. The pool area was an interesting design, as opposed to a rectangle. The recreation options were top of the line. I felt like I was at a resort more than an apartment. The person who gave me the tour, Brittany, was knowledgeable of both the complex and the local area. I’d recommend Vera to anyone looking for a place to live.

Recently moved into Vera and everything has been exceptional. Brittany in the front office was great to work with! The apartment complex is very clean, extremely affordable and well taken care of. I’ve lived at Vera for a little over a month now and it has been one of the best experiences yet! The front office is super friendly and helpful. A HUGE thank you to my leasing specialist, Brittany, for making the process as smooth as possible for me with me being out of town and having to do everything virtual and such short notice. Maintenance is just as amazing and responds quickly as possible the request. I cannot remember his name, but another HUGE thank you to maintenance man who took care of my last work order and went the extra mile for me. Thank you Vera for making my living experience the best so far! 10/10 recommended.

I was looking for a safe and beautiful new home and I found it here. Abi in the front office was great and so helpful with getting me squared away. She made it were I was able to move in the day after I was approved. This was all in the span of like three days and during the Thanksgiving holiday. I felt so welcomed and I continue to feel that way. Maintenance is fast. The AT&T service is fast and easy to set up. Abi made sure I was moved in and settled and I appreciate it so much. I promise you won’t regret moving here. Worth it!

Love coming home here everyday! Very well managed compared to all of the other complexes I have lived in. It has wonderful facilities that are kept very clean! Have to shout out to Beth who is in charge of the place.. she does a fantastic job and always assists with anything I need. I didnt think I would be a fan of living in an apartment after many years of being in a house but I have really enjoyed my time here. It feels like home. We werent able to your the apartment, but the videos that were sent were very helpful. Been living here for a year and a half and love it! Clean community, updated fixtures, top notch amenities and friendly staff that go above and beyond to assist. Dont visit the office that much, but have put in a few service tickets for minor things such as light bulbs and ac filters and David Lockwood, the communitys Service Technician provides awesome service. Shows up before EOD, Ive never had to follow up and even leaves extra supplies (bulbs and filters) for future needs. I am happy I chose Vera and I truly recommend this community to anyone!

Ive lived here since October and this apartment complex has been great. Vera is located conveniently close to a lot of businesses in the area, so commutes are easy. The staff are also great! David, the very helpful maintenance tech, always handles service requests quickly, and hes friendly when you see him around the property. Also, Kristin in the front office made my move in process seamless. Id recommend Vera to any prospective residents looking in the area!

Living at Vera has been peaceful! Residents are nice, Office staff are knowledgeable and Maintenance are attentive. I had a dryer issue my first week and it was fixed immediately! I highly recommend!

I love living here. It’s a quiet and beautiful community and the front office staff is very accommodating. I really enjoy being able to take my puppy to the Paw Spa to bathe her, it’s much better than bathing her in the tub. The salt water pool is so nice along with circular sofas and umbrellas. All of the other amenities are fabulous as well! Highly recommend living here

I would stay here forever, I love this place, my neighbors and the staff.Everyone is so polite. John and David, the maintenance guys are awesome. No matter how busy they are, they always have time for the residents. John can make anything work thats broken. They always smile and wave as well.

We love Vera! Since it’s a smaller complex (compared to other places we’ve looked at), it is quiet and peaceful. All the common areas are always kept clean and the maintenance team is awesome, they will work on whatever you need very soon after you place your request.The office staff (specially Kristin Grebel, she is THE BEST!) is always helpful and polite, and they don’t mind staying extra time to resolve any issues or answer any questions you may have. They also host multiple events for the residents and are very creative (gift wrapping station for Christmas, candy bags for Valentines, etc). We really enjoy coming home from work to a neat and well maintained apartment complex.

If we could give David and John 10 starts for fixing our range we would but i guess max is 5 stars. They were in and out real quick and very nice and clean job... they even offered for us to clean behind the range before they put it back!

I’ve lived at the Vera since December 2018 and have really enjoyed renting here. Being the first renter in a brand new rental has its advantages, everything is new. The amenities, pool, grounds and units are beautiful. Office staff is helpful and professional as is the maintenance staff. One maintenance worker stands out and Thats David Lockwood. He is friendly, courteous and professional. David works hard, always willing to listen to issues and will work to solve any problems quickly and completely. I trust him to enter the unit when I’m not home and he always cleans up after making any repairs. I would and have recommended friends to come see this beautiful property and spacious units to rent.

I am in touch with office staff time to time They are quiet responsive but I have a same issues like other people has thin celling but unfortunately we don’t have kids living upstairs they are adults banging bashing and Jamming all the time with full throttle looks like a theater up stairs with full bass Spoke with Jessica sent her an email but issue never resolved and never heard back from her as a courtesy call that she spoke to them, my fridge door makes cracking noise couple of times put a work order last tome shut me up saying we are only doing emergency calls. Not happy with the situation felt like ignored. Its 8pm music is on in full throttle and we have no one to help us resolving issue step up Management.

This community is not only exceptional but the management and staff are incredible, knowledgeable and top notch. You will not be disappointed if you chose this as your new home. Love it so much.

I moved from South Florida. Beth was the one who I originally spoke to. Then I was helped by Jessica and Brittnay gave me a tour. In the following days I had some little things that needed fixing (light bulb, door making noises). Maintenance team member John called me in the morning and stated that David would be coming over to fix everything.Great team... better living than what I am used to in South Florida.

I’ve lived here almost a year & love it!!! Great neighbors & lots of dogs for my dog wrangler to play w/. I love the well lit it is in evening w/ large street lights everywhere. There is valet trash, socials, & many amenities. I will definitely be renewing my lease. Elevators may it easier living on 2nd floor. Maintenance takes care of things quickly & it’s kept clean.

We have been looking all over Jacksonville for a condo to rent and are so thankful we found Vera! Beth was so helpful and made the whole experience wonderful! I highly recommend visiting Beth for a tour!

In my opinion, the apartment is not worth the price that could be best served at a different community. The price shown does not include the trash valet fee, water fee and cleaning charges. If you try to contact them you will never get a hold of management instead they will route you to an external vendor for questions. Further, the community is far from the rest of bustling Jacksonville (town center, beaches and riverside) which is difficult for a healthy work life balance. As gridlock traffic and constant construction will waste your daily commute. Prepare yourself for trains passing by at 1 am -5am in the morning, loud neighbors, barking dogs and loud music. Further, the pool and gym are not as nice as perceived. Honestly, you will get tired of the beauty and will want some more practicality for your work life balance. If you like the gates, they are left open during the day and sometimes at night if the leasing offices forget to close them. Elevators are not cleaned. The dog park is pretty depressing. I would not recommend this place if youre hesitant on the price.

Vera is a great place to live! The location allows for easy access to 95, and there are also many nearby shops and restaurants for daily needs.The complex is gated for security. Amenities include a workout center, pool, movie room, business center, gathering room, recreation room with pool table and other games, mailbox center and daily valet trash service.There are many different apartment sizes from studio to multi-bedroom.The staff is great - very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend checking it out!

This property is Barton approved. We live overlooking the pool and it is beautiful. See the maintenance team out there most mornings David and John either taking out the trash or straightening up the chairs.Ask for Brittney at the leasing office... she is always very friendly.

I by far have had the best experience here. The apartment is beautiful and the employees here are a great asset to Vera they are just amazing!!! Kristin G. has been the best help and made the moving process very easy, she actually went beyond and has helped us remove a rental history off of our name, she made this process non-stressful and great, she had the best spontaneous and joyous attitude but yet very professional and knowledgable. . I recommend this luxury apartment to anyone, as I guarantee they will make you feel at home.
