I have lived her for 5 years. The office staff is great. The maintenance staff is wonderful and prompt. My neighbors are a toss up. Most have been wonderful and quiet. Some have been very noisy. But for the most part respectful.

The ladies in the office is very rude and non professional.They had drug dealers staying next door to me but kicked me out because I stated to her I will need my deposit back if I was going to have live by people stomping their feet above me and crackheads coming back and forth to my neighbors apartment. I was charged a extra hundred dollars a month because the ducks would rip open my trash this is the worse most expensive apartment in Jacksonville I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here plus the apartment features are all fake. And miss Dayonna and her friend who works with her is very rude she hung up in my face when I tried to pay the rent .

It’s a quiet place to live. And nice amenities. With the ability to walk around the pond with the fountain, Workout center, pool, business center, Food Trucks Thursday.

Me and a roommate was trying to apply for an apartment here, we did an application which came to be $275 (admin fee included). This place is so unprofessional, we booked an appointment to tour an apartment for 1:15 Dayonna didn’t show up until an hour later and didn’t care we waited out there. After the tour we did the application, we didn’t hear from anyone on the next steps. We called and went up there multiple times which they always closed. I finally got ahold of Dayonna and decided to withdraw, and again very unprofessional.

So I have been living in the Finley since June 2019. Im so glad I found the Gem on 103rd Street after relocating from Phoenix,AZ.From day 1, I have received nothing but excellent service! The staff Kinette, Kayla and Phyllis are wonderful. Very courteous, professional and friendly staff. The complex is very clean and quiet. Nice friendly tenants. My apartment is beautiful and I have the space that I need. I especially love my very large walk-in closet. The apartment features are excellent upgrades. The storage closet on the patio is definitely a plus. I was seriously considering moving closer to work which is on the south side of town but I have decided to stay right here at The Finley. The Finley is a clean, quiet apartment complex nestled on the far west side of 103rd Street. It is well worth my daily commute.

DO NOT MOVE YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY IN THIS COMPLEX! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

A hidden gem on 103rd street! The apartment manager is very nice and understanding of your apartment needs! Very clean complex with large size luxury apartments! I still can’t get over how my apartment looks inside. Great for pets too because there is a large pond in the middle of the complex with a sidewalk walk around it which is great for dog walks!

I loved the staff! Kayla helped me. She was very sweet and professional. My plans for relocating to Jacksonville changed but I wanted to share my experience.

I’m adding a revision to my first post below. I was very please that the manager reached out to me and I did call her back. She was very apologetic in regards to the misunderstanding of the process that took place and corrected it by realizing she needed to train her employee and lastly I was given my refund back.First post:Very disappointed with Dayonna w ho I spoke to about an apartment we wanted to see end of July coming from Kentucky to Jax, Fl. She said in order to hold the apartment we were considering to rent, we needed to fill out an application. So as I was filling out the application I noticed near the end that I was required to pay for the Application Fee and Administration fee. So Before I went forward with this, I called her the next day to ask why and then specifically asked if I would get a refund back with the Administrative fee, she said YES! She Lied!!! as I found out later because she knew we still had not stated it was a DEFINITE that we wanted the place because we were going to look at other places too and wouldnt know until we came to visit and view ALL apartments. So since we decided several days ago (it is July 13 now) that we were no longer interested and after several attempts in trying to reach her, I finally found a way to email her via a Login process to inform them we no longer were coming and wanted our refund for the Administrative fee of $175. WELL to my surprise, Im not going to get a REFUND!!!! She said I was only going to get a $100 security deposit refund and that she stated that. She NEVER stated anything about this on our phone calls. Why would I even talk about security deposit yet when I have not even SEEN the place yet. So basically they lied to me and I was ripped off as you have seen stated above. My mistake for filling out the application and paying the fee and trusting them. Never again! So let this be a WARNING to you before making ANY promises or commitments with them!

I love the lake view from my apartments! Maintance is always taking care of my work orders in a timely manner! And the office staff is so nice and helpful. I will definitely renew my lease in January

The grounds are always kept nice and clean we have a great Courtsey officer to help keep us safe! The pool is awesome and we are about to have a brand new gym! I am so exited and thankful to be here!

One of the worst apartment experiences I have ever had. Not only is the office staff unprofessional and out for themselves but the gate is ALWAYS broken leading to more break-ins, while we lived in the apartments there were multiple break-ins including residents being held at gunpoint as well as two individuals being shot on the property. The pool is closed weekly with no explanation and the rules for using the pool are ridiculous (forget having any friends over!) If you want to be screwed out of your money and treated in an unprofessional manner go ahead and live here, otherwise keep looking because I promise you literally any apartment in Jacksonville is better than the Finley.

I was starting to consider myself an apartment hopper because I just couldnt find a place I was truly comfortable. Ive never broken a lease, but Ive never renewed until I moved to Westridge. Ive lived here about 2 years and I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to make their own. The staff in the office is always helpful and friendly. As far as maintenance is concerned theyre always on top of things. They respond quickly, theyre knowledgeable, and Ive always had a pleasant experience with them. Also as a woman there is no awkwardness when they come to fix an issue. I love that there is a washer and dryer in my apartment. There is also a valet trash service that picks up the trash Monday - Friday. The parking can be difficult because there may not be parking in front of the apartment bldg mainly late at night, but thats ok. Its safe, quiet, and overall I cant think of a complaint. Please consider Westridge as your next place to live.

I moved here recently and I have had nothing but a great experience. I have very few work orders and the staff always takes care of everything I need. I am ready for our gym to be open I am seeing such good progress!

Do not apply here, on the website you have to pay 225.00 to apply. If you get denied they give your 175.00 back.. Wait for it.... In THE FORM OF A PAPER CHECK MAILED TO THE ADDRESS ON FILE WITHIN 30 DAYS. What the hell, I mean youre looking for a place so you may not be there in 30 days. Then you get to chase down 175.00. To ice the cake corporate doesnt even know what to tell you, whether its been processed or mailed or what. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would.i was threatened that I was going to be evicted for having more than two people at the pool (it was my kid inside and my sister and friend on the deck.)Kristi is very rude and unprofessional.Just as another reviewer stated Kevin ignores you and responds to none of your complaints.My car has been stolen because the gate is always open and so has my neighbors.I really need to speak to corporate but they wont let me and I have no idea to know their number because although Kevin said theyll call me its been over a month and they havent and he wont give me their contact info.They charge 200 dollar fee if you are a day late. The only thing good is the my apartment is nice and big but unfortunately I cannot enjoy it.WORSE OFFICE STAFF I HAVE EVER MET!

I lived here for about 5 months now and my experience so far has been wonderful. I was a little nervous about moving at first because I was new to the city but Westridges office staff made me feel completely at home. My move in process was smooth and even now if I have an issue or just a question, the follow-up is quick. I love the community and most of all I love my apartment.

I just wanted to take the time to share my experience with the property. I was unsure on moving to the Westside from the Southside but when I spoke with Kannette she explained the availability for the unita available. I went home and submitted my application and less than 5 minute she called me back to tell me I was approved. Thank you for the GREAT customer service that was provided.

Really nice apartments but the only reason I’m giving a 2 is because like two weeks after I moved in I noticed a roach problem... they have people come “spray” the place on Tuesday’s but the roaches keep coming back! These are small roaches and I don’t know where they’re coming from. Been here since August and I really need them to get it together.

So I was lied to about 8 times about the price and most importantly availability of my apt. Thousands down drain for hotel while I got the whole bait and switch maneuver. The older white lady is as genuine as my $3 bill. Once paper is signed her ice queen crown is proudly displayed with a big letter B on the front. So the new place we waited forever for isnt the price it was suppose to be because they accidentally gave the one I had originally put deposit on to somebody else. So Queen B finally surrenders to her original quote with not even an ounce of responsibility for messing up and lying over and over. Then the gated community never has gate that works, or it works so good its a complete nightmare for visitors to enter, much less residents on foot to exit the property. Pedestrian gate hopefully 1 day? The maintenance guy schedules around his convenience. The windows leak water daily so black mold is in all the window frames now, and the window seals and blinds get damaged from the daily condensation which is a result of them not being properly installed. The walls leak water into the outlets, I hear leaks in my walls from the upstairs shower. Safe! The bedroom doors were not installed level so your bedroom door wont stay open without a door stop. My toliet handle came off tonight, the sink makes a loud screeching horrible noise, the dryer knob fell off multiple times by just turning it. My favorite design is how the pantry door opens directly into the laundry door. How did those blueprints get approved? Makes me think a drunk under paid labor crew put that in place. The alternative entry/exit opening on the side of the property is permanently closed. The office complains about petty things to the point you feel like you cant enjoy your own place. Besides that just another wonderful day in the neighborhood.

We just moved to Jacksonville, Florida and the ladies here have made the transition so good for us. The lady who helped us was named Ciera, she was so welcoming and over all had a great attitude. She helped us find the right apartment for the right price and never made us feel rushed with the process. The environment and people are awesome and everyone is nice and welcoming. I seriously love the apartments, maintenance made sure the apartment was ready when we moved in and it didnt feel like we were moving in after someone!

Worst place ever... I wouldnt recomend this place not even to my worst enemy. Animal cruelty to the fullest. There was an issue with over population with ducks in the lake area, there was a meeting with some residents, because half of the condominium couldnt assist and they decided to relocate the ducks. Next thing I know, Sunday 11/27/16, there was a guy with a rifle KILLING the ducks in front of everyone even kids. Little by little everyday of the week he will come until there is not even 1, sometimes he couldnt even kill them right away and let the poor animal suffering for days. Today 12/4/16 there are 12 ducks alive and 4 of them suffering from serious injures. This is the most inhumane act I have ever seen, inoffensive animals being attacked this ways its not fair. Im paying extra for a lake view and that includes the ducks as well, so Ill take this case to local authorities even though they said they have the right to kill them because they cannot relocate them, so I guess it easier to get rid of them because they dot have anyone to defend them. I wonder where is the law in this country!!!!!! The law that protect animals. My family is so hurt with this act of cruelty, I cannot believe this is happening in front of me and I cant do anything about it.

If you need to live on the Westside of Jax, The Finley is the best bang for your buck. Awesome 3 bedroom floorplan, with jack and jill bath, my kids loved it. Recessed lighting, arched doorway as youre coming inside, plenty closet space, chair rail molding in dining area, dependable maintenance, not the friendliest staff but professional! Unfortunately had to move closer to my kids school, now paying $400 higher rent for smaller apt.

Horrible Complex.I use to love it til the owners switched. Staff cant help with anything! Rent goes up for no reason. I wouldnt recommended them to my worse enemy.

Just moved in a few weeks ago on a move in special and glad I did! Ciara made my entire process from viewing the apartment to moving in go smoothly as possible. I love my apartment, the urgency of maintenance and its quiet. Glad I moved into Westridge :-)

My maintenance requests are always handled promptly. Property maintained. Many amenities and courteous staff. Friendly neighbors and great community in which to live.

I livery here currently. Thought Id give my 2 cents. The apartments are overall nice... I liked the fact that it was gated, until I noticed big gaps in the gate and people walking in through those gaps...Parking is a little ridiculous.. garages are offered but are too far from my apartment. Overall Ive been living here 3 years. I can tell that there has been a budget cut somewhere.. I do like the door step trash pickup... and the car center on site.

So far this has been a good place to live for my sick mother. I come by often to check on her because her fiancée works a lot they have no problem with me coming in and out and Wilson always is very polite and greets me and makes me feel welcomed and at home the only reason I cant rate 5 stars my mom says there is a lot of noise and yelling that gets to her from time to time late at night and she has had the maintainece come out a few times for a noisy sink and I believe for the dryer and it didnt get fixed may need to replace the whole unit but its all things that can be fixed shes loving it and shes happy, comfortable, and safe so thats all that matters thank you Westridge!BTW Wilson is the man and deserves promo!

After 4 years, I can truly say we thoroughly love living here! Management strives to ensure that the environment is well kept and our maintenance needs are met with efficiency and professionalism...Phyllis, Kanette and their associate are absolutely wonderful! Their kindness, professionalis and drive to keep us safe, informed and entertained is beyond words! I was happy to renew my lease today..and guess what? I won $150 off off my rent at party today! We praise God and are truly grateful to live in such a nice community!

We lived in Westridge for two years. Apartments are nice loved the convenience of the car wash and gym. Over all its a great place to live.

We have been living at west ridge for the past 2 years. We are so happy that Kevin is still managing this property. I know others have come on here to complain about the office personnel however everytime we have had any issues they are always extremely helpful, professional and resolve our issues quickly. In reference to the gates being nonfunctional, maybe if some of the ppl living here or visiting stopped ramming your cars into it we wouldnt have this problem.

Just know if you move here you have been warned about the horrible noise level in this community. I have complained to management and Jso on 100 of occassion with no improvement. All while paying $1300 + a month in rent. While having guidelines to move here this apartment complex still allows tenants to house multiple familys in one apartment. The music from cars late at night the trash all over the parking lot makes this place a horrible place to call home. No need complaining your forced to move.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! THE OFFICE STAFF ARE BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL CROOKS! I lived there for 2 years while waiting on my house to be completed, they never did anything they said they were going to do. I was never late on my rent and when I moved out this past August I had a zero balance- I just received a letter from the front office that I owed almost 400 dollars to them! REASON- that I should have been paying 1,425 a month instead of the 1,305 a month that I paid for the duration on my month to month lease (the paid amount is on my lease agreement). Now they threaten to put it in collections if I dont pay! I am writing this as I sit in the state attorneys office awaiting my turn to file a suit against them. They refuse to give you the corporate number so you will have to google it

I currently live at Westridge Apartments on 103rd Street & I love it. There are many nice amenities such as a great pool, a gated dog park, a pond, door-front trash pick-up, affordable car care station, and overall it is a wonderful place!The office is absolutely wonderful! Will is always so nice and respectful, as well as Kennet. (These two are usually the two I deal with & love them!)However, there are things I worry about such as the gate always being open. Theyve been working on it for months now. So anyone can just come into the complex.BUT it also doesnt help when you have disrespectful people who knock the gate down every-time they put a new one up. When the gate was working - it worked for not even a day & it was down because someone destroyed it. Westridge put it back up the following day & the next day it was down again, etc.(which I think the people who do stuff like that should have to pay for destruction of property.)With that being said there are people who break the gates apart because they are too lazy to walk around the front of the gate. There is a lot of traffic that come in & out of the complex & that concerns me.The pool is always crowded with unsupervised children or people that do not live in the apartments but are able to walk in the open gate/open parts of the gate. (Ive seen other reviews & they dont mention that the Staff DOES what they can to prevent all of these things from happening)Honestly, if they cleaned out the apartments of people who damage property, & fix the gate it would be a much better environment & it would keep their property from being destroyed.I am giving Westridge a 5 star because they go ABOVE & BEYOND to make their tenants happy. The maintenance men are always doing what they can to help & usually get your orders done in a pretty fashionable manner. & I dont think its the Complexs fault that people damage the property or are disrespectful. Unfortunately, thats just the way somethings are these days. Westridge management does what they can to make you happy! Also the apartments are beautiful & they just feel like home! There are wonderful people that live there too. Most of the time people stay to themselves. Anywhere you live youre going to have pros & cons. For me Westridge has more Pros than ConsAll in all, I love it here.

I am on my second lease. I wish I would never had signed the second lease. The maintenance staff is unprofessional. Three times now the tenants above me have moved out with 12 months. The maintenance staff has gone in at 6am in the morning and started banging on things and running machinery. I have complained multiple times and they do not care. In the year that I have lived here I have been woken up by staff, lawn maintenance, geese, or other tenants 95% of this time.

Today again.I am just getting in from a long day of ministry. There are 4 whites guys outside of my building with their trunk popped and music blasting. They drinking beer and loitering. I ask them to turn their music down and I told they didnt have to. One of the guys lives in the downstairs apartment. The conditions out here are getting worse each week. Can we please get on police office on site are at least the presence of one? I would have never in a millions years thought the Westridge Apartments would turn into a GHETTO! Please help!!!!

I currently live at Westridge Apartments on 103rd Street. At the beginning of my lease I was very happy with the complex, there were very many nice amenities such as a great pool, a gated dog park, a pond, door-front trash pick-up, affordable car care station, and overall it seemed like it would be a safe place since it was gated and required a code upon entry. After a few months of living here I quickly found out that there were some flaws about the complex. The gate is typically always open (even at night which allows anyone to come in), the pool is always crowded with unsupervised children or people that do not live in the apartments but are able to walk in the open gate, and most recently my apartment was broken into last week (as the back doors have glass panels which can be broken and unlocked). Upon filing the police report I was informed that my apartment is one of several that has been targeted and broken into (during broad day-light) in the complex. I have a husband and a 5 month old child along with myself whose safety I will constantly be worried about from now on. If you want a safe place to live I definitely would urge you to look somewhere else. Needless to say my lease is ending very soon and I will be moving out. The price of even a one bedroom is much to high to stay, as the apartment complex is continually getting less safe for my family to stay.
