Good luck getting any of these people to answer the phone when you call. You have to call back to back to back to back and even then, good luck if you get through. Why waste time on an apt complex that cant even bother to answer the phone? Look elsewhere for professionalism.

Beautiful Condo/ Apartments, very large

The apartments looked like the Ghettos of Chicago. Trash everywhere. They also have the audacity to hang welcoming flags at the entrance.

Its a nice quiet community

Lived here for a year and a half in a privately owned condo, not the apartments. This is a strange setup. Half of these apartments/condos are privately owned and rented out by the owners, rest are apartments which controls what happens in the complex. Whether the dumpsters are not working, trees are down, entrance is blocked, etc... management company for the apartments handles. If you rent from a condo owner and anything goes bad in your condo, you have to use whoever your landlord sends to fix. This worked great for me since I had the best landlord ever! But I paid my rent on time and I was very low maintenance. Sonoma Southside is not in the best area of Jacksonville, but as a single woman coming in all hours of the evening, I never had any problems. Dont believe the hype about the Southside. You mind your business and be respectful to others, no one will bother you. Smile, say hello, stay under the radar, this will be a great place for you.

I came 3 times and no one was here to help me except for a lady sitting in the back but she couldn’t give me information. I called yesterday and only after calling 6 times I got a lady in the phone I made an appointment to come at 9:30 this morning but no one was in the office, I waited but still no one came. It’s 11 and still the office is not open. So aggravating, bad customer service people go some where else, this complex is unprofessional
