I love this apartment complex but how ever Im eating it a 3/10. First I understand theres gates in this complex to keep it safe or whatever but the other day emergency services could not get in. Another thing is when yall offer apartments make sure theres no roach problem I understand it could be from the previous person who lives there but who would want to move into a apartment that has bugs

I viewed these apartments as a potential place to live and was pleasantly surprised. The property is well maintained and the apartments are spacious. Management was very nice and informative on the phone and in person. All of my questions were answered (about the apartment and the area).

Great place to live! Staff is amazing and will answer to needs quickly. Staff is very well-knowledgeable and nice. Landscaping is well groomed and well maintained. Would definitely recommend !

The new management has definitely changed the culture. The complex is clean, and when I have issues they are dealt with within a reasonable amount of time. I do recommend this as a great place to live

Well after visiting my daughter for 2 weeks which lived in the complex...the apartment itself was a nice roomy cozy 2 br 1 bath...comfortable to me...office personnel was great..when needed maintainance they were there right away.....My grands were there also they went to the pool...clean area with specific hours....and as far as the upkeeping of the grounds clean it was good ...trash picked up on scheduled days...starting out overall a good place to live and if you did not own transportation...Complex is right on a bus line

Staff is great and they resolved any issues right away. Great place to live.

The project manager was great it was an easy transition moving into the complex

THEY DELAYED MY MOVE IN FOR WEEKS.... MOVED ME INTO A LOVELY REMODELED 1 BEDROOM WITH ILLEGAL ELECTRIC UNTIL THE POLICE WOKE ME UP POUNDING AT THE DOOR AND WALKED THEM RIGHT TO THE OFFICE CAUSE I HAD NO CLUE... THEN THE HAD TO MOVE ME INTO A 2 bedroom at the same price. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN I WAS EVICTED BECAUSE I COULDNT PAY THE RENT ON THE DAY THEY WHERE TRYING TO SCAM........ NOW NEVER HAD A EVICTION IN THE 36 years of my life was told I needed to move... WAS HOMELESS STILL WORKING AS A STORE MANAGER FOR REGIS... THEN I GET A DEBT MEDIATION ON MY CREDIT.... YALL GONE GET IT OFF.... ITS STILL IN THE POLICE REPORT ..... ANYONE EXPERIENCED THAT?? Can we come together and stop these thieves.... I DIDNT HAVE TIME BEFORE BUT I HAVE TIME NOW......

Wow. Place looks much better than when I stopped by last time. Last time most of the apartments in the back were boarded up and looked abandoned. Seems like someone put some money into the interiors of the apartments. Outside still looks like it did when I left in 1987. The neighborhood has really gone down hill. I think it was called Tanglewood when I was here. Only got $30 of my deposit back, but otherwise such good memories.

I was visiting a friend & remarked how nice her apartment was. I like that they have security. A pretty nice area near gas stations & shopping.

The new management means business, its much cleaner, quick response to repairs. My friend lives here and at first I was like heck no, I dont want to visit. But shes happy and i understand why. Management and staff is way better more proffssional. Id lease

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived at in my life. Literally the apartment above me would always leak water and the water would flood my cabinets and my floors! Then a day after the water comes tons of big roaches comes out and the rent offfice doesn’t respond in a timely manner. Guys selling drugs outside sitting on your stairs and watching your every move plotting to break into your home. Then someone got murdered in the apartments the day after thanksgiving. No safety for kids because they sell drugs near the play grounds. Don’t waste your time with these people. I just moved out December 30 !

New management has made all the difference! I’ve been living here for a year and I’m about to renew my lease. Rent is affordable, the staff is always friendly and professional, and any maintenance issues I’ve had have been taken care of in a timely manner. I’m truly happy with my stay here.

Since this new company took over, things have changed so much. I have lived here three years now and the first two were awful, they didnt care if you had a problem, they would fix it when they wanted to. Now I can let the office know my problems and they are on it ASAP. They are been good people related. I am glad they changed management, as the whole area is really looking good again.I have never felt more safe.then I do here.

This place sucks. I have been here over a year and you ALWAYS hear gun shots. They close the gates on the weekend and leave the back gate open during the week. The gates in this place should be on lock down 24/7. The building is old and the management just tells you what you want to hear. The maintenance staff here are friendly and helpful. The pool was down half the summer. It’s disrespectful the way that they expect people to live. They will not respond on the weekends for know reason. They are suppose to be open until 5 and that’s a joke. When you call and go to voicemail it’s full. Ridiculous😡😡

This is a great place to live!! The new manager is very caring and willing to help you if she can do so! The maintenance staff is also on point too.

Since the new management has taken over this place has gotten better safer and way cleaner. Things get fixed faster and i honestly i believe it’s because of Nikki Ray her response time is impeccable.

The property has turned around since New management has taken over and the property manager Nikki Ray is very intentive to maintenance request. She was very helpful the information I needed to know searching gor an apartment.

I love the new upgrades and changes the new management team is currently doing, the place is a lot brighter, cleaner and safer, not to forget affordable.

Very spacious I love the way the apartments look on the inside. Management is outstanding, Very Helpful and informative.

I just recently moved into these apartments and they towed my car because it was backed in but Alot of cars was backed in but mines got towed. Then the manager Nikki is Rude and Nasty so is Maintenance

Im going to Start of by saying these apartments are the worst !!!!!The apartment manager has the (WORST ATTITUDE)of all time shes very unprofessional, and doesnt no how to talk to anyone, the maintenance man never do their jobs right or even come on time when you need something FIXED that is very important, Its alot of things I can say about you guys and I wouldnt even recommend these apartments to anyone

RUN, RUN!!! My apartment was nice but the bugs are awful. I had maggots coming out of my daughter walls and the mold was terrible. My clothes, funiture and shoes got molded and they did nothing about it. I got sick from it. I lived there for 5 years only cause my background was messed up and the rent was only $600. They dont fix ANYTHING!!!! The gnets are so bad. I finally left when I was feeding my baby and the gnets where trying to get in her mouth. The stuff was horrible and they dont care about anything but MONEY!!!! Someone got killed behind my apartment and I always heard gun shots. Dont every use the laundry room. Its a waist of time and a 16 year old got raped in there. Again RUN!!!!

They DO NOT tell you that the complex (not apts) is infested with big ridiculous rats when youre looking an signing a lease, they dont tell you you will be chased from the dumpsters when trying to discard garbage by rats (thats why theres always garbage outside the dumpsters) they dont tell you how these rats are not only running around the grounds all times of day and night (I saw 2 men being chased by one the other night no b.s.) but you walk up on dead ones ALL. THE. TIME. This they dont tell you so I will. The inside of the apts are very nice but ask yourself do you only want to be happy when youre inside or would you like to enjoy all of the complex you live in? I was terrorized living here by these rodents and its just not worth it having to live in fear.

If you need a place to move you in really fast & dont really need much else then yeah the place is cool for you. Plus the layout is actually pretty good.... But thats it. When me and my lady moved there in the beginning it was cool but a few months later it got bad. It stinks out there, the rats are LARGE in size and number (never saw 1 inside tho) they stopped cleaning, maintenance reports would be written down but never acted on... Only reason we stayed the whole lease is because we had another spot in orange park at the time and also it was cheaper that way. The trash is embarrassing and the parking is bad too..... Maybe the other locations are better but this one is not whats up at all

Bad neighborhood and the management doesnt help by letting the complex look trashy. The dumpsters are overflowing every time I go to see my father-in-law and today the pool was green. Its only August the 1st!

Since i moved in everything been messing up in my apartment ceiling leak, AC leak, it was dirty mushrooms was growing in my apartment, closet doors keep coming off, and now my AC is broke makes no sense

El mantenimiento es pésimo tengo varios meses quejándome sobre el aire acondicionado y el techo se filtra y dicen que van a arreglarlo y no lo hacen, y hay muchas basura por el parking, hay muchos mosquitos no se puede disfrutar del patio por los mosquitos 😡 🤷 😒 😕 deberían de fumigar afuera cada cierto tiempo, el laundry es estresante, el sistema que tienen las máquinas con tarjetas es horrible, pierde mucho tiempo intentando lavar y secar 🥺😕🙁

If you are new to Jax, these apartments are cheap. But dont think that maintenance will arrive in 5 minutes, much less think that they will fix something for you on the weekends. I moved in 10 months ago and have always had plumbing and air issues. IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE A BAD TIME I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
