Management of the property has gone downhill in the past year. Garbage doesnt get picked up on the days it is supposed to by valet more days than can be written off as a simple mistake, the gym is poorly maintained with the water filter being in red for months now and one of the treadmills doesnt even work(whats funny is there are three and it isnt even the middle one you would think they would say is Covid precautions), and lately you see a police officer always at the office who the manager sends to handle anything she doesnt like. All of this occurred after the apartments did a 10% increase in rent which I get is just the current market but dont charge me more to provide less. Standards are down and I hope they can get back to where they were. In the mean time, be cautious before renting from hacienda club.
I lived at Hacienda Club for just over a year. My husband and I renewed our lease and needed to end the term early. I’ll skip the minute details but the office staff, managers, and upper management were accommodating to our situation and requests.I ended up finding someone who would join our lease and complete the term of our lease. There were a lot of moving parts and a lot of learning that myself and the staff at Hacienda Club needed to make this work smoothly and it did.The only reason we’re moving is because my husband got a job out of town. They bring amazing value to the apartment with the side by side fridge, water in the fridge door, screened balcony, hard flooring in kitchen and living spaces, and an in unit washer and dryer. We’ve only needed to call maintenance a few times and most of the times someone came out next day.The landscaping is impeccable. The mulch always looks new, the pool area is always sparkly and aside from a stray mask that a resident drops there is really no trash piling up ever. With any apartment, advocate for yourself. Fort Family owns Hacienda Club and if you ever felt your issue wasn’t resolved, reach out to Fort Family online. But at the end of the day, I think Hacienda Club does a great job at making sure that you don’t feel like that needs to be done.Unrelated, use the self clean feature in the oven.
The apartment came with a little wear and tear but nothing too bad and the amenities were nice; however, the management could not be more unprofessional. If you have an issue with your apartment (i.e. broken washer/dryer, broken garbage disposal, or anything else) they will take forever to reply and resolve the issue. They also will try to get as much money from you as they can upon move out and then refuse to show proof or admit their faults. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.
Great place to live. Friendly staff and neighbors with great amenities and activities. I had a minor service call at my apt recently. My service provider was Walter L. He was very friendly and courteous, addressed the issue quickly and answered all my questions. Great job, thank you!
Terrible management staff. Unable to address a simple noise complaint. Endured many months of awful noise from the upstairs and all we were told is basically prove it. All they needed to do is come and investigate the issue for longer than 10 minutes. Ended up having to terminate lease. Also, staff very bad about returning calls. The apartment was nice but if you have a problem that requires action/effort on part of the management good luck.
I called Hacienda Club a few days ago looking for an apartment and have had the pleasure of interacting with Dickie whom has been extremely helpful and attentive while Ive been in the process of finding my new home. Unfortunately Hacienda doesnt have the size apartment I need available right now, but that didnt stop Dickie from taking the initiative to still find ways to help! He took note of all the details pertaining to what I was looking for in order to call sister properties and promptly followed up with me to give me the good news about which places had what I needed available as well as who to contact. Hes even continued to follow up with me up until the very end of my search. Thats customer service at its very finest! Hacienda Club is a very beautiful community and I really wish they wouldve had what I was looking for, but Im also super happy to have gone across the street to Cabana Club & Galleria Club which is a sister property and equally beautiful. At Cabana Club & Galleria Club I met and was assisted by Mackenna whom has also been amazing from the very beginning and made getting to know my new home and community a genuinely pleasant experience!
Living here was an amazing experience. I lived here for 15 month and never had an issue. when I toured the complex I knew immediately this was somewhere I wanted to live. The grounds were always well-maintained, the neighborhood was quiet, and the location was central to everything. When we moved out we were not hit with any outrageous fees. Parking only became an issue when everyone started working from home during COVID but for the most part I never parked far from my apartment. I would have stayed there indefinitely if I were to stay in Jax. My only regret is that I did not make more use of the amenities while I was there!
Great staff, Valerie Brock has been effective in handling any issues. Great community to live in.
Lived here for 2 years without any problems!Office staff was polite and timely with responding to any requests or needs we had!The amenities are kept up well and always clean.Overall, great place to live!
I recently took a tour at hacienda club and was amazed at the such care that the office staff took. They all were very nice and made sure to answer any of my questions, respectfully. Especially the blonde, faith. Such good staff would recommend.
Moved here recently and had an issue with our first apartment and they helped us get an apartment very quickly. Everything has been clean and well kept.
Moved to Jacksonville and lived here for a year and a half. Great location and easy access to the interstate. Beware of the dog poop rule. But other than that it was a wonderful experience.
The Hacienda Club apartments is a great place to live. Rachel was my leasing agent and she was simply the greatest. I told her that I am new to Jacksonville and that I had not lived in an apartment in over 20 years. She helped me find a unit that suited my need for a quiet transition to apartment living. I love my apartment. Plus the maintenance response time is typically within minutes of the call. Rachel, thank you being such a great support.
Rachel was an absolute angel to tour with! You can tell she really loves what she does and has a lot of knowledge of this beautiful property. Lease with Rachel, she makes apartment hunting a pleasure and we all know how taxing it can be! She never made me feel like a hindrance or inconvenience which I appreciate. Thank you for all your help finding my new home Rachel! I can’t wait to move in!
We moved in to Hacienda Club from across the street 3 months ago and we are really enjoying it. Taylor helped making our transfer from Cabana Club very smooth. She made sure we had everything absolutely the way we wanted it, starting from apartment view and little things we wanted done in the apartment. Maintenance and staff in Hacienda Club are very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service!!Your happy residents :)
The office staff is very helpful and super friendly!
I renewed my lease over email while poolside. Love living at Hacienda Club 🌴♥️
I have been a resident of Hacienda Club for more than 3 years. This is a wonderful place to live. Notice I didnt say stay, I said live. They have great amenities and resident activities. The staff is wonderful. They make you feel like part of the family. I have actually lived in two of their properties. But Hacienda Club stole my heart. If you have not experienced the Fort Family community you should. They know how to treat family.
Hacienda Club is a military and family friendly community. The management and staff are friendly and courteous and address any problem promptly. The staff truly include you in the community and Melissa has always made herself available at any time and is an excellent community manager. Every holiday since we moved here over a year ago they have little parties in the clubhouse for adults and kids alike (Santa at Christmas, Halloween Party...etc). They also inform residents through text message of happenings in the community such as a found or wandering lost dog or which food truck is coming (They have one every week!).
Initially gave a five star review seven months ago. Now that Im moving out, Im revising it. The Apartment units are clean and modern. Its the service where the problem is.I found an eviction notice on my front door with a $350 fine for nor paying on time. Had my apartment on Auto-Pay, went to the office, after 30 mins they found out it was a system error.Whenever I walk into their office, I feel like Im an inconvenience to them unless Ive got a check in my hand. As far as fines and fees, Hacienda Club will find any reason to fine you. Good luck asking for air filters. Complained about the strong smell of marijuana coming from next door, nothing was done. Lots of car break ins.A year ago, Hacienda Club was great. Their customer service level great too. Not the case anymore. Glad I found a new apartment which I enjoy.
5/14:I made an appointment to come in to view these apartments at 5:30 (their last time slot). I was coming straight from work and the time worked beyond perfectly for me. When I got there (earlier than 5:30) it took Taylor about 5 minutes to even acknowledge me from far back in the office. She knew I had come in from an embarrassing incident with the front door swinging WIDE open and slamming into the outside wall. I told her I had an appointment and she told me to have a seat and Faith would be coming back into the office soon and would be able to give me my tour. No problem. Then Jordan came out and greeted me very politely and nicely. She sat at the desk next to me for about 8 minutes. For the first half she was just sitting there than residents started coming in and she started helping them. As I waited, there was a couple with a leasing agent entering the office around 5:40. The leasing agent was wearing a very very short skirt and she pulled Jordan to the side after a few minutes after through a door right next where we were both sitting. They were trying to whisper but again it was probably less then FIVE FEET from where I was sitting, Faith seemed to be overwhelmed and irritated that she asked who I was, why I was here and told Jordan to tell me no tours after 5:30. I told Jordan that I was here before 5:30 and the mini skirt lady shouted at her to go talk to Taylor about it. She said it very rudely and with a lot of attitude. As Jordan walked away to go talk to the Taylor I started to pack my stuff. I knew a late appointment was kind of cutting it close so my ID was out and ready for them to take for the tour, hoping to eliminate some stress. Jordan came back and said it would be a few more minutes but short skirt was upset. I told them it was fine I didn’t want to tour anymore. She asked if I was sure and I said ABSOLUTELY!Jordan was the only one who was polite and she made it almost pleasant but I was disappointed that I was there for almost 10 minutes with her and she still told me no touring after 5:30.Also, when I pulled into the apartments a resident (assuming) stopped mid driving lane in front of the leasing office, put on his hazards, and walked out to the Pizza food truck parked in front of the office, Blocking TWO PARKING SPACES and causing a driving pile up AND there was trash and eaten food on the grass next to ‘Future Resident Parking’. Maybe if the employees weren’t sitting all the way in the back of the office they would be more aware to what’s going on upfront. The only reason I wanted to tour this complex was because of the management company. Fort Familys. I have toured with almost all of their communities and I’ve loved my experiences with all of them but this one. I know I want to rent from their management company but I will never look back at this place. Poor representation from Hacienda Club.5/16: I called up there and spoke to Faith and got names of the girls in the office and I also asked who are the people I would ask for if I wanted to come in and get a tour. Faith said ANYONE in the office who is available could give me a tour. So why was it that in my 25 minute wait when there were girls in the office walking around NO ONE could give me a tour but had the audacity to tell me “no tours after 5:30”?!7/1: Due to COVID Is not a good enough excuse. Actually it is no excuse at all ! I did what I had to and i confirmed my appointment. You had staff sitting around doing nothing and i was there waiting patiently. You need better trained staff, more appropriately dressed staff and a better system. An appointment is an appointment. I left at almost 6pm when I go there at 5:15.
I looked at many apartments before deciding to call Hacienda Club and I absolutely could not be happier with my decision so far. Leasing and move-in was seamless, Hayley and the rest of the office staff has been so helpful! I am in love with my apartment - its been incredibly maintained and you can tell care and thought went into the floor plans and details. Ive had two minor maintenance requests that have been handled promptly. I havent had much time to spend at the amenities yet, but they look great! And you cant beat this location. Definitely recommend Hacienda Club to anyone looking.
The Hacienda Club is awesome! Theres much involvement with the tenants, and theres always something going on. The amenities are awesome, and food truck Tuesday is the best. The girls in the office are amazing, and they will go out of their way to make sure your happy. The maintenance crew is 2nd to none. They are on top of it quickly. Im glad I made the decision to move here!
Excellent staff. We have been treated very well since we moved in. All of our questions have been answered quickly and thoroughly. Our maintenance request was fixed next day and the maintenance guy was friendly, courteous and fast. We moved from Missouri and the Hacienda staff was very accommodating with our move in time and answering all of our questions. They bring in food trucks and have events for residents and really go the extra mile to deliver great service.
We needed a short term rental while our home was being built and the staff for Tree Fort families offered us exactly what we needed. Hacienda Club has been our temporary home. The location is great. Minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, banks and access to 295. The manager Melissa Riley has become our new best friend and has taken care of us like we were family. The staff is very courteous and friendly from the front desk to the maintenance crew. Hacienda offers great amenities for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Hacienda Club!!
We could not be happier with our decision to move to the Hacienda Club Apartments. From the moment we walked into the beautifully decorated leasing club house and saw all the great amenities we knew this was a place we really liked. We had always owned our prior homes and had not leased in several decades so we were not sure what to expect in an apartment community. But we had a very good feeling about Hacienda Club and our feelings were confirmed by how warm and welcome Melissa and her team have made us feel. After we settled in and needed a few items taken care of Melissa had them corrected promptly. We absolutely love it here and it is a pleasure to call Hacienda Club home.
This is by far the best place Ive ever lived. I am on my 3ed lease with no plans on moving! The grounds are well-kept, its like you live in Paradise when youre at the pool. The staff and maintenance team is absolutely amazing I have been in management my whole life and Melissa the manager is by far the best! She is always there for you when needed, any maintenance issue she has fixed within an hour or less. Theres so many places to rent in the area but I would only recommend Hacienda Club or a fort family apartment complex they are amazing.
As a returning resident in 2017 (I’m OG - part of the original lease up, moved into my apartment when construction was still underway), I was very pleased to find the community, leasing staff and maintenance team just as incredible as they were during my first two years in residence. The floor plans are unique and spacious. The grounds and amenities are lovely and well-kept. The leasing staff are friendly, helpful and greet you by name. The maintenance staff is the best I’ve ever seen - often staying late/after hours to make certain all work requests have been handled. All in all, I can’t recommend this community more highly. You won’t be disappointed. 😊
We have only been living here a short time but we love it already. Rachel, who showed us the apartment and signed us up, was very friendly and helpful through the entire process. We love the pool area and have already tried one of the weekly food trucks that comes up.
This is a beautiful property with an amazing staff and great amenities! The apartment themselves are spacious and have stainless steel appliances. There is a big game room and fitness center. They do a lot of parties for the residents with free food and drinks. Kim is always very helpful :)
Do not move here they are shady & will lead you on to not approve you . Also the staff wasnt very intelligent they bounced us back & forth to one person to another! They charge a applicationfee that you definitely wont get back its a scam even know they said we would. They had a attitude the whole time we were dealing with them, none of there management was on site so that made it difficult to do anything guessing there vacation is more important than getting us moved in! Thanks but no thanks hacienda nice try(;
Beautiful community and great staff! Sonya was our leasing agent and took us to see the one bedroom model (Andora). We left and looked at other places, but came back the very next day to apply. We could not get this wonderful community out of our heads! We felt the kindness, warmth and genuine spirit of Sonya was a huge reason on why we leased. She made our leasing experience fun and informative. Shes a friendly face and always happy to see you! Every community needs a spirit like hers! Sonya, you rock!
These apartments have been everything and more. Any issues I have had the staff at the front desk has been more then welcome to help me. They have extravagant events that are so much fun to attend. The team has been such a blessing. You never have to be wearying of where you’re walking because they take such good care of the grass, no dog poop anywhere. These apartment are not only visually appealing but also user friendly. I have looked at every apartment in the 20 mike radius of Towncenter and these are by far my favorite. Kitchen space, living space everything is well placed and maintained. You can tell this property really takes care of what they have.
Hacienda Club is an amazing community. The office and maintenance staff are awesome. They are always there to assist residents needs in every way possible. You can’t go wrong living at Hacienda Club. Check them out if your looking for a luxury apartment, you won’t be disappointed.
Living here at hacienda club is like living in royalty. Ive been here for 15 months and the staff treats you like your there number one priority. The staff brings good service with a smile every time.
We recently moved here from AZ. Shannon and her team at Hacienda Club were fantasy guiding us through the process and providing additional information and care considering we moved forward sight unseen.I cannot say enough about the attention to detail and personal service. Truely an amazing experience. The property itself is top notch and finishes are very appealing.Keep up the good work guys, on a job well done.
We like our apartment itself for the most part. We have been here almost 2 years. The noise is a big concern. I can hear my neighbor talking upstairs. They are really careless, and we have called several times on them, but it doesnt fix anything. Its early morning hours until 1/2am. I suggest getting a 3rd floor apartment here. The grounds are nice, and the maintenance team is great. Just wish they had been built better...
Poor Management. This is such a nice property with ideal location, however my experience with management has been so poor. Management is never in the office. Every time I call for Melissa, staff says she is not in today. Constantly. As a real estate agent, I have referred people there and 3 weeks later, they still dont have an answer for commission payout. They just dont know. What a shame to build such good quality property and have poor staff to run it.
We have only been here a couple weeks, but everyone is SO NICE! They came immediately to fix very minor maintenance requests and the apartment is beautiful! So far, we are super happy!
My wife and I love living at the Hacienda Club! The agents in the office are extremely helpful, especially Marcy. She is the best! The homes have great layouts, and you forget theta you are living in an apartment sometimes! The gym has a wide variety of machines, just not a lot of them, so they are often full during peak hours. If you can avoid going right after work, there is hardly anyone in there. The pool, game room, and cookout areas are great and well maintained! In a year Ive been here, the grills have never run out of gas (they have a charcoal grill available as well).Noise does travel from above pretty well because of the faux-wood floors, but if you have loud neighbors, the office works with you to remedy the situation!
Hacienda club is a wonderful place to live especially Mr AZ. He is a wonderful person and always willing to help. I am very happy to hear about his promotion, but I will definitely miss him he was awesome.
Worst apartment I have ever lived at. The place is horribly built, you can hear the person above you drop a penny, every time someone uses the stair case it would appear an elephant is coming through and this happens at all hours of the night, if you care at all about sleeping I urge you not to move here . The apartments appear to be nice and look good to the eye but they were definitely built without consideration to noise, my apartment is also infested with tiny brown roaches which have been sprayed multiple time and keep showing up. i have not even moved my furniture into the apartment in fear of bringing them to next location, i figured since it was only a 3 month lease i would just tough it out, unfortunately i was just informed of a 60 day notice to vacate rule that will keep me at this horrible place even longer....just another nice suprise from this awful experience .... not to mention i am paying a premium for short term and am still treated like this . They will get you in and keep you as long as they can with thier hidden clauses because no one in thier right mind would volunteer to stay longer here ... DO NOT LIVE HERE OR BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS
Hacienda Club is an outstanding community with an extremely friends staff. If you are looking for a high quality of living, fantastic location in Jacksonville, and amazing amenities, I would definitely recommend living at Hacienda Club!
Beautiful community and an amazing staff!! You wont regret living here!
Great newer apartment complex with unique Spanish decor. Friendly staff, reasonable rates, and central location.
I was the first tenant of this apartment in 2014 when they opened, one of the best place to live and beautiful apartment.
I have been living in this community for 6 months now, and i rate the following things;Living conditions: 4.5 stars. The apartments are well maintained and relatively new. Each appliance runs without a problem and the place is free of bugs. The only problems I have with the apartment are superficial and opinionated, for me the hot water doesnt get hot enough and the water pressure in the shower isnt strong enough.Maintenance: 5 stars. A free service if the problem is caused by normal wear and tear. After you put a trouble ticket on the website maintenance will come fix your problem within 48 hours and leave a note on what the problem was and how they dealt with the problem.Staff: 5 stars. The staff are always friendly and helpful if they arent already helping another resident. Rachel was my leasing agent and wouldnt let me leave without all of my questions being answered promptly and professionally. If she didnt know the answer she found the answer quickly. All other staff are friendly when greeted and have pride in their work.Gym: 4.5 stars. For a apartment complex gym this one is pretty well stocked and any basic weightlifter or person picking up the ropes has all they need to start getting into shape. Like all apartment gyms they lack all the essential equipment for prolonged muscle gains.Parking: 3 stars. While the parking lots are clean and well kept if you live in the rear of the complex and want a parking spot near your building you should not expect that to happen if you arrive home later than 730pm. Very few spots are open past that time. Spots begin to open up and stay relatively empty between 6am-3pm.Community involvement: 4 stars. The 4 stars are for the attempts to get the community together and meet your neighbors. I have only been to one event and it was empty, i dont know if it was a bad day or if thst is normal. I will edit my review next time i am available to attend an event that isnt a food truck.Alerts: 5 stars. If you subscribe to text alerts from the complex to be sent to your phone you get events and other prevalent information sent to your phone well in advance from the execution. For example any time they are doing pest control, breezeway powerwashings or parking lot cleanings you will get a text alert warning you the day and times it will occur.Overall it is a pleasant and peaceful place to live. And i hope more community involvement happens. I have no idea who my neighbors are.
Hacienda Clubs motto Love where you live could not be more accurate!! First, the office has amazing staff! My husband and I decided to move to the Hacienda community, Rachel helped us every step of the way. We have popped in the office several times and they are always friendly and inviting. Second, the ammenities are outstanding. The pool and grounds are beautiful. There are things happening throughout the month. Food trucks, breakfast, trivia...the staff finds ways to try to keep the residents interacting together. Next, the maintennance team is awesome! They have been quick to respond to issues that we have had. Lastly, this community is pet friendly! This was most important to us! We love having the dog park so our baby can have a place to play with other dogs. I also love how the club provides doggie bags and recepticles for clean up throughout the property. Other plusses: large rooms, high ceilings, close to restaurants and stores, AND they text! That is right...if I have a question, I can just send a text!!I cant say enough about how much we love it here. You will not be disappointed if you choose Hacienda Club for your place to live! Thank you Rachel for helping us make Hacienda Club our home!!
We have lived here since November. We are disappointed. The apartments look really nice but we are finding they are not built very well. Our water has a constant sulfer smell and taste. Weve recently had someone move in above us and the noise and echo is so loud from just them walking around that it has awaken us from a deep sleep. For the money we are paying to live in this community we are not happy. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
When I saw the previous review I felt that I had to say something. Yes Hacienda Club is a nice place, but since Dickie went to go to Cabana it hasnt been the same. The computers in the business center are slow and dont always print - and sometimes residents camp out on the one computer that prints. As far as remedying a bad situation with an above occupant - Im going to have to somewhat disagree on that.I was put in a situation where I felt the tenant above me was favored - Im a person that likes to stay in more this girl and her husband were more extrovert. I felt that helped them in the situation. I was left with the option of move to the third floor or just keep calling the cops indefinitely. They screamed and fought whenever the husband came back and the girl would stomp around constantly shaking my light fixtures. She was just inconsiderate when she was there (typical middle floor resident). She was the sun in her little Galaxy. I dont feel like I was given a whole lot of options and they acted like I was crazy the whole time. I was hearing music and all kinds of noise - but hey Im an introvert, I dont go to the pool everyday and socialize (must be nice) so Im nuts. She was never at home when the noise happened. Not saying I wouldnt recommend, but while they were pleasant helping me get a bigger place on the third floor, I didnt appreciate being treated like I was crazy and a nuisance until a resolution was made. Also a small complaint - I asked for a maintenance man to help move a sofa - I was gonna pay him on his own time. They refused to release one or even offer me a way to contact one. My husband has been on a ship for 7 months and I had no one to help me. Instead I got a number of a handy man that didnt answer for three hours after I got a chair instead and lugged it up 2 flights of stairs by myself. Yeah...just seems a little stupid. So hacienda club I love your food truck Friday and the snacks in the gym on Friday - but not the other things I have experienced. We wont be leaving, we do love the amenities, but I think Hacienda needs to think about some of those things, like the computers in the business center and not treating certain tenants as crazy cause they have personalities that dont fit in a societal norm of happy spunky girl that lays at the pool all day.
After living here for almost 2 years, I would rate this community as follows:Living conditions: The apartments are large and well kept. - 5 stars.Amenities: Like other complexes there is a movie room, pool, computer center that are nice and well maintained. However, the computer center which is the main amenity that I would use is in the leasing office which closes at 6. In addition, unlike other complexes in this price range, for example their sister property Cabana Club, this property is not gated. - 3 StarsCommunication: Though being able to communicate via text message is nice it I wish they would be more conscious of quantity of the messages that they send or allow you to opt out. Expect to receive at least 1 to 2 non-service related text messages each day. In a quiet office, it is not ideal to receive several non-essential text messages about community events that I will not be able to attend. I also wished the office opened earlier than 9am to allow you to speak with someone without being late for work.- 3 starOther - I would not consider Valet trash an amenity as it is something that you pay for in addition to rent. Be aware that that the trash fines charged are predatory and seem to be another way for the complex to make money, as they are very restrictive and rules are non-resident friendly. If you work a job with odd hours I would advise you to not even attempt to use the valet trash service because unlike other complexes who have the covered bins in breezeways for trash collection, here you are required to put the provided trash can out no earlier than 6pm and bring in the trash can no later than 9 am or you will receive $50 fine. Even though at times you miss valet trash pickup all together as Skinner Waste Solutions comes at any time between 6 and 9pm, though they are not supposed to arrive prior to 8 pm. Further, you are required to only put out 2 bags of trash max regardless size and the bags must fit inside the small trash can provided. Most often, leaving you with a half full bag of trash sitting on the floor of your apartment, as the full bag that needs to go out must be in the container provided. - 1 StarMaintenance: Maintenance is always completed promptly and the complex texts to see if it was completed to your satisfaction. Although, it would also be nice to receive a call prior to the maintenance person entering. - 5 stars.Staff: In the time that I have lived here, there have been several changes in staff. Some for the better some for the worse. At times the staff has been very helpful and others lacking customer service, argumentative, or not returning phone calls. Recently, I waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes as multiple Fort Family staff, maintenance, walked past and did not attempt to get someone to help me or at least acknowledge my presence. Even though these people were maintenance, it would be nice for them to acknowledge my presence or attempt find someone to assist me. - 3 stars.Lease Renewal: My experience with renewing a lease here was unpleasant. I was given 1 week after numerous calls and voicemails requesting the new lease, to decide if I wanted to renew after I was not able to attend their rent party. - 1 starParking: While the parking lots are clean and well kept, if you arrive home later than 6 pm, please be prepared to walk from 2 to 3 buildings away, in a non-gated complex, as you will not be able to find a park near your apartment. To manage this, it would be nice if there were parking decals and a visitor parking area. - 2 StarsCommunity Events: Though the complex has lots of events, they usually end at 6pm when the office closes, so if you work a normal 8-5 with traffic you wont be able to attend or they will be empty. It would be nice if the events would start later in the evening or if a poll was sent to see what events and times would work for residents. - 3 stars.Overall, considering my experiences at other apartment complexes, if you dont mind not any of the things listed above, this an okay place to stay.
Fleas In The Apt !!!!!Told Management!!!They Got Someone On It, and Told us the same day it was OkWRONGNow waiting to Break The Lease And Thinking’s about call BBBI will be added another UPDATE
Soyna was the BEST, she bent over Backwards to Help me to get a home ASAP. I couldnt get on line, she did every thing for me..You willLOVE LOVE LOVE HER!!Great place to live!
I have lived at the Hacienda Club now for a year. This apartment complex looks nice from the outside but the staff are idiots. They will say one thing and do something else. Then you have to call back to talk to a manager that doesnt know what shes doing. Then the staff tries to throw legal terms around (doesnt work when talking to an attorney). There is tar leaking form the roof and the staffs response was thats normal, dont worry nothing said about fixing it. And the staff will try to hide all the illegal activity happening in the complex.
I lived here for a year and loved it! The staff were always very friendly and everything pertaining to my unit was always taken care of right away.
I’ve been wanting to write a review for a very long time and today is the time. So let’s dive straight in with the bad stuff. While living is this community my truck has been broken into and several other vehicles along with mine over the past 2yrs with that being said NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! has been done about it so because of that, these robbers have taken it to a new level now they have gone as far as kicking in doors robbing residents, and have not informed not one resident of this incident so we are all walking around in this community on there property with no security YES I SAID NO SECURITY! Next thing if you like being charged extra for things like let’s see putting your trash outside for valet oops a gust of wind just blew buy whoop there goes your trash on the ground boom extra charge on your rent for the wind blowing your trash over no questions ask just hit with extra chargers for things like trash is just crazy. I see reviews about parties and this of the sort but what about the security of your residents what are you waiting for someone to get shot or robbed at gun point before you hire some security I have dreaded living here and cannot wait for the sake of my security to leave this place. Still haven’t addressed 5 apartment homes that where broken into but let’s not get into a screaming match ... other things I didn’t address let’s see that I can hear my neighbors very well I mean to the point of if you and your partner decided to be intimate I can hear everything if you like to wear high heels your neighbors can hear it it’s that bad.. I have a little one that I carry in and out of my residents I hate coming home literally everyday having to park away from my building because there is hardly ever anywhere to park like never my partner and I have gone to the extreme of trying to keep one of our vehicles parked so that way we can park closure to our building as I’m typing right now I can hear my neighbors very very well oh how I wish I could record this so that you guys can actually hear and see what I’m talking about
Thank you for your reviews Im pretty sure I want to live here.
Had such an unpleasant time dealing with the staff, who could care less about those who apply & tend to waste nothing but your time. Each and every staff member gave us different information and gave us the complete run around. They also had no managers working because they were all vacationing in South Florida. Very disappointed in the Hacienda Club.
Unprofessional front office management
Couldnt imagine living anywhere else! The staff at the Hacienda Club you could not ask for the nicest folks especially Jocelyn in the front office :) Shes amazing!
Although my time there was short, I have nothing but great memories.
