Waznt on time very bad vendor!!!!The lady at the desk, she was just a rude woman. she acted like she couldnt hear me on phone & scheduled us on the phone and I told her I wanted to pay up front for a weekend and was told I couldnt do that because they didnt have any drivers for that time and Jeremy was our driver about 2weeks ago! Brenda schedule us a limo months ago and couple weeks ago and never showed up!!!!!!Very bad service,bad communication and our limo driver John never showed up at the beach house!!!! We were disappointed in this service and few weeks ago!!!!!NEVER again will I call their limo service. call Wilmington limousine not these rude people! And I was charged $800 a person two weeks ago by the driver.

This is the second time Excel has exceeded my expectations for prom services for my daughters. Brenda made my promzilla turn into the happiest Princess in the pandemic ! This is the first time I have seen her smile since this Covid 19 crisis. She couldn’t have a traditional prom and Brenda went above and beyond to help me find plan B for her . She had an amazing time, her words “ the best non prom ever “.Our driver John was super amazing, treated her like royalty, took amazing pictures and engaged with them. Amazing service! Our driver John went above and beyond, was professional, so kind and defiantly experienced at his job. Was so good, patient and attentive with our toddler. Had so many suggestions for us since we werent too familiar with the area. Defiantly 5 star service and will absolutely use their services again.

We rented a limo for my brothers retirement party. It was excellent. Worked with Brenda in the main office to get set up with the reservation. She was very helpful. John was our driver. He was great. He really knew his way around, including on and off base. It was a great part of our celebration and was completely hassle free. I would def use this company again.

Ive had the pleasure of being in many limousines but the service provided with Excel was unlike any other. Our driver John went above and beyond his duties to ensure we were comfortable, had food when asked, even assisted us with random bathroom stops in the pouring rain. The limousine was extremely comfortable and looked brand new on the inside. I would highly recommend Excel Limousine Service.

On Christmas Eve, we woke up to find our sons back window of his truck had been busted out. I was worried because of the holiday but Brenda and her family were kind enough to take time out of their busy day to help us out by applying a weatherproof plastic sheeting that very day! The window was installed the following Friday and looks absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Excel!

Took a trip in one of the limos for a spa day. The interior is nice. We had champagne and the driver was excellent.
