Bought Groupon for two days. Added another day. No live attendant on sight to help.Machine Would not recognize my Groupon bar code. Had to pay for the full 3 days. Should get a refund.Will switch to Park USA if dont bring back people to help.
Babara and the staff are hard working angels. They are super hardworking and treated my mom with class. My family and I will only use Wally World. Please make sure you leave the drivers tip because they deserve every penny of it. Thank you guys!
It is pretty good place to park but make sure you have your code if you pre pay since there are no cashiers to look it up.
Parked for 3 days last week on a trip to Dallas, this company has some changes in checking in and out that has made it easier when time is short.
Used to love this place. But not so much since the changes. Have to wait for a driver, no one in the office to handle issues with the self checkout. Never get the military discount any longer. Just paid over $12.00 a day when it should have been $7.00 .Not organized at all anymore. May need to find a new place to park. UGH!
I have been parking at Wally Park and its successors for more than 20 years, and have always had the best of service. Recently I waited for more that 10 minutes for a bus to arrive in the lot and pick me up. On my return I waited for mort than 20 minutes for the bus to come. I called repeatedly and got no answer. I later found that there was no attendant in the office. The driver told me that they had only one bus running. If you cant operate your business, close it until you hire enough people to run it. This week I will park with USAPark. They probably had about 5 busses drive past me while I waited for Wally.
Experienced employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Went out of there way to make this experience as easy and smooth as possible.

I have been using also Wally Park for years. I left my car there for 10 days. After picking my car I found out that someone hit my parked car. I have called and left messages about this but no call back. Sad
We use this place every summer. This time we didnt have the best experience. The first driver that was bringing us to the airport kept looking at the phone and was swerving all over the road while speeding. The driver that picked us up from the airport was speeding and when I say speeding was doing about 50 in the pouring down rain. No one needs to drive that fast when you cant see in front of you. As I said we use Wally Park every year and this by far were the scariest of rides.
I used to park here for years and left in May 2020 because I wasnt traveling as much. I loved parking here pre-Covid due to shuttle frequency and its a nice covered garage with nice drivers but when I came back in May 2021, there is only one driver and shuttles dont run as often. It takes 20 to 40 minutes to get picked up. They make you text a number for pick-up at the airport but it seems to just be ignored sometimes so I suggest calling instead. Its common to be left behind in the garage too as some drivers dont drive around the facility to see if any other customers are around. I thought they would hire more once summer came but they are still short-staffed. Im a monthly parker and I do like the app that they make us use to enter&exit using our phones. I hope Wallypark improves and brings back the former drivers who are super nice and pleasant or hire better ones.
They got us to the airport a week ago without problem, but when we returned yesterday evening there was no van. JAX off-site parking vans and USA Park vans came and went, but six of us were waiting at least 15 minutes before I got someone on the phone who said he just came on duty and was heading out to get us. At least 10 more minutes before he showed up with a story about some other guy who was supposed to be working but left early. We wont use them again.
They have changed the check in process & we dont know how we will be able to use the Groupon coupon we pirchased. Very confusing. .

I have used Wally Park for decades. I referred all my friends and family to it. My last trip was horrible. Bus never saw me or heard me even though I literally laid on the horn. it was around 5:30 am. I tried to call..no answer. I waited until finally I had to frantically go to another place. Thought I would complain at the gate but NO ONE! Had to pay for my horrible 20 minute experience. I have points there but with no one to speak to. DONT go there unless you have time to waste. So sad, they USED to be so reliable. NOT anymore under new management. (It is very rare I write a negative review).
Used to use them for many many years. Great location and facility. They have been severely understaffed (as well as poor staff). We have waited so long to get picked up at our spot as well as at the airport. Shuttles do not come often as in the past. Waited 20-30 min for airport pickup recently.
Made reservation. Based on internet company stated shuttle available every 5 minutes. I parked vehicle. Shuttle stoped 5 cars away to let people on. Shuttle driver did not check around fir anyone else and left me there. No one else at the parking lot. Waited 30 minutes for shuttle to return. I called the business phone number and got a voicemail. Driver said he was the only one working. I almost missed my flight because of this wait. Do not advertise shuttle every 5 minutes if you cannot follow thru!! I do not recommend this business.

The pricing is not up front. I reserved a spot on their app with a 20% code that I received by giving them my email. When we picked up our vehicle we had to pay an additional $10 to exit. Keep in mind that we parked and picked up our vehicle at the specified date and time on the website.We arrived in the early AM and theres no attendant. You pull up to the machine and either scan the barcode or type in the phone number you register with. You can pretty much park anywhere and the whole lot is covered, however its not lit very well. We get our luggage and walk towards the front. No signs or instructions as to what to do next. After 10 - 15 minutes the Walley Park shuttle pulls up and we load up our own luggage. We were given a card and told to text when we arrive back in Jacksonville after getting leaving baggage claim.Once we got back from our trip. My wife shoots a text to the number on the card and theres a general auto-reply. You have to wait in the middle section (number 1 I believe) and thats where all the shuttle comes to pick people up. The auto-reply wasnt very helpful. It took a while for them to get there, however the return trip was better as the driver drove us up to the parking spot and helped up unload the luggage.I would have stuck this with a three star but when leaving you have to scan the barcode AGAIN, because if you dont then it tries to charge you the full amount. Even if you enter in your phone number. After we scanned the barcode it still displayed a balance. Again still no attendant and I did not feel like making a phone call and fussing over $10 so we paid and left.Theres quite a bit of other parking and shuttle services on the same street. We might try for the one thats well lit next time. I noticed they have a promotion on their site as well and it might be even better and cheaper than here.

Super nice employees hustling to get it done, so deeply appreciated. However, there s only one person working at the entire facility. That means driver, cashier, etc is one person. I waited almost 30 minutes at the lot (no employees, no signs, nothing) to get picked up to the airport. Returning, I was picked up immediately but waited for the driver to drop all passengers off to act as cashier to allow me out of the lot (even though I prepaid). Very strange.
Parked here Friday 10/9 through Monday 10/12/20. The price is reasonable but pickup from the terminal to go back to my car took 45 minutes, unacceptable. Upon exiting baggage claim, I texted the number on my ticket for a pickup and got a reply letting me know the request was acknowledged and the shuttle dispatcher has been notified. I called after waiting 25 min and nobody answered so I left a voice message. I called again 10 minutes later and was told someone was on the way. They eventually showed up at the pickup spot but 45 minutes of waiting will make me think twice about using you again. The driver, (same on both trips), was a good driver and professional.
This was the first time I used WallyPark, Jacksonville, and I was very pleased with how smooth it went. It was only a couple minute wait for the shuttle both ways. I will definitely use WallyPark again!
Easy to find a space. The van picked us up promptly and took us to the terminal. Returning home we didnt have to wait more than two minutes for the van to show up. Also prepaying on line saved us some money thanks to a promotion. We love Wally park

Terrible place to rent a vehicle, poor management and unorganized inventory and unprofessional staff. Cars are filthy. Not worth the money to spend cars. BBB practices flagged.

Awful experience. They gave us a car with a huge crack in the windshield and when we went back in to get a new one we were told they would do us the favor and change it seeming completely unbothered about the state of the car. Next one we get appears to be half cleaned and has expired tags, when we asked about that we were told oh you won’t get pulled over for that here if you do just say it’s a rental. No employees were wearing masks either despite signs that said masks were required. I would give it zero stars if I could, we have learned our lesson and will never be renting here again and recommend if you need a rental to look elsewhere.
There is one cashier who doubles as the driver I had a prepaid reservation upon exiting I had to wait for the driver to get back from dropping you off at the airport for 20 minutes before I could be let out of the lot. Horrible horrible service. They are not hiring they are just running their business this way it is ridiculous

I have been parking here as an airline employee since 2012. This place was amazing! You never waited for a ride, you could even get your car washed while you were on your trip and no one ever damaged your vehicle. You could count on this team to always do the right thing. Fast forward to the new management that took over in 2016 and I’ve given them every opportunity to improve. It continues to go down hill. Not enough drivers. Wait times to be picked up in excess of 30 minutes and the drivers are not happy with the current trend and the overall displeasure of the companies direction. Be ware if you have time crunches this place is not dependable. Further More I’ve had on two separate occasions of damage to my vehicle in excess of $2000.00. Now they paid the bill. But it took 4 months to get a check and hounding them to do the right thing. I wish I could give this place zero stars.
Had to wait 15 minutes for a van at 5:15am. only one van running.When we returned had to wait 40 minutes for a van. again only one running. Prepaid parking but had to pay again because the rude cashier would not honor our mobile receipt . not manager on duty. No phone call back yet to get a refund after leaving message at wally park. Never again. Usa park had 3 vans come by while we waited for our 1st van.
Leave plenty of extra time. They cut staff and only have one shuttle in the morning.
If I could I would rate it as 6 stars! We booked a cruise in July and decided to park off-site for an economical price and we found Wally Park! Wally Park offers a shuttle to the Carnival Cruise terminal so it was a great choice for us. When we arrived it was pretty basic info for parking. When we parked an a employee gave us information to our shuttle for our cruise. The best part was when we came back our car was cool from being parked under shade/parking garage. On our way to check out we had a very welcomed back staff greet us and also offered water bottles (due to the insane summer heat). Over all we paid $46 and some change for a 5 day cruise parking! Amazing price! Cant beat that! I would recommend this to anyone who is going on a cruise vacation and would like to save some money on parking!!! I would keep in mind of the pick up & drop off time. Thank you Wally Park!

Took them over an hour to pick us up at the airport after we called them 3 times then the shuttle drove right past us at wally station. Only 1 person working at a time, and the guy that helped us was rude he had no customer service. I would not recommend this place.
Cheap, covered parking! Super quick shuttle both going to the airport and coming back. I also ended up needing a jump on my car (I left the overhead light on while gone for a week!) and they were over in less than 5 minutes to help! Thank you!
My favorite for airport parking. I liked it better when you could get a car wash while you were traveling. Its always nice to come home to a clean automobile.

I would recommend against renting a car here. The customer service moves at their own pace, which is no where near adequately fast. Also make sure to bring your insurance card, yes the one you have in your center console. You need it in order to rent a car here.
Couldn’t be more pleased with wallypark. All staff we encountered were very courteous and helpful. The reservation, pickup, and drop off were all easy and well done. Will definitely use again.

Made parking slightly of site very easy. This was my very first time, ever, not parking directly at the airport. Very easy and quick. Everyone was so pleasant. I will definitely park here when going out of town from now on. Great experience. Highly recommend!
I took my friend here to get a rental car so I could paint his car because he had a business trip he had to attend to. He said it was a pretty good place to rent a car.
I am very happy with this place. Very convenient to go have your car parked under cover and being shuttled to the Jacksonville FL Int. Airport. At return, you are picked up at their airports post and shuttled back to your car. Download the app and reserve online, for a possible discount. Shuttle Service is quick and friendly! Thumbs up especially to Paula who even flashed the shuttles tail lights and guided me to available spots. Is my second time using her services and she is always quick to service!!! 👍 Thank you over all WallyPark, good service is always so important, keep it up!!!

Really nothing bad to say about this place. Plenty of parking spots, the spaces themselves are wide enough so you wouldnt have to worry about door dings and the entire location is covered with plenty of lighting.I was a bit worried since I paid for a reservation in advance (may only be necessary during the holiday seasons due to the abundance of spaces). I arrived there at around 3am with nobody but the shuttle driver around. I had to get a ticket from the automated system to get into the facility but upon checking out a few days later during regular business hours, all the booth attendant needed was the ticket, and the confirmation number from my online reservation so I wasnt double charged.All in all I would definitely use Wallypark again.

The employees here were SO helpful when my in laws visited! They worked with us to be able to pre pay and leave a vehicle for my husband’s parents when we had a last minute schedule change. We’ll definitely us them for all of our airport parking needs! The facility was covered, secure, and clean.

This full service parking lot offers standard parking, along with covered and valet parking. It is not on airport property, but it is very convenient to the arrival and departure gates.Free around the clock shuttle service is provide, and it is very reliable. Car wash is available too. Very safe, and secure for your vehicle.
Quick and easy reservation online. Easy to find. The shuttles were consistent. As my family and I were unloading luggage from car we were greeted by 2 shuttle drivers within minutes of each other. We werent quite ready to board shuttle and they offered to assist. Shuttle ride to and from airport was smooth and fast. When we arrived back at Jax we made a quick phone call to let them know we have arrived. Shuttle was already at terminal for our pick up. Overall we had no complaints about the FAST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE WE RECEIVED. I am late with this review we parked here last month. Im currently booking another reservation for the Orlando location and hoping to have yet another great experience.

Overall experience was ok. My problem was that exiting the parking garage did not have any clear instructions. I paid for the parking when I booked my reservation and I had to pay again to exit the parking garage upon my departure, I later found that that I was supposed to drive through their service window to exit. How was I supposed to know that? Now I am waiting for someone to respond to my email about my refund!

This place is beyond terrible! We called ahead (weeks before our trip) to make sure that they would have the ability to transport 40 people to the cruise terminal. I was informed that they had 6 shuttles and transportation would not be a problem. They would be able to transport our group with no problem. However when we arrived to park they had 2 shuttles running and when I asked about more shuttles, I was told that they never use all 6 shuttles at once and that the person that I talked to on the phone (Vicky) would have never told me that. While waiting for the shuttle to pick us up we were in a line and instead of picking people up in the order they arrived, they would randomly go around and pick up people not in the actual line. After an hour of waiting we asked the manager and she was far from helpful! Making all kind of excuses as to why others were being picked up first even though we had waited for an hour. While we were waiting the shuttle driver went speeding past us going much faster than he should have been driving in such a tight enclosed space. He nearly hit 2 of the children waiting in line. When the father of the children approached the driver to confront him about his reckless driving he laughed in the man’s face.Although you may save a few dollars by parking here, your trip will start of on the wrong foot! The drivers are unsafe and the staff will lie to you! It was so bad that we asked to speak with the owner, the manager gave us a number to call and contact the owner, when we tried the number given to us, the person on the phone told us that they were not associated with Wally Park... seriously who gives out a fake number?!
It remains a great place to park at Jax. I recommend the fine staff and expedient pick-up, even on delayed flights, late at night.It would be great to use the Wally Club card got enter and leave the Parking lot: it is greatly inconvenient to print out 3 pages of a confirmation and pre-payment to the cashier.I also regret the Valet option is no longer available.Other than that, it is worth my recommendation.
We had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the shuttle. Upon the shuttle arrival I was asked for my ticket to show where I parked. She got very rude and snappy with me saying how is she going to know where I parked. I told her thst I knew where my car was and explained again that the driver that took us to the airport never gave me a card. She was very rude and I didnt appreciate her being snippy for something that was not in my control. I used Wally Park in June and had no issues. Not sure if I will use them again
Have used Wally before for parking while flying out of JAX airport. Never had any problems. Shuttle quickly comes and transport you to the airport. Very friendly staff. If you book or make a reservation ahead of time, you get a discount on your fees. When we returned, the shuttle was already waiting at the airport to return passengers to their vehicles.
Easy to find parking and extremely attentive driver that takes you to the terminal. Just as efficient for the pick up at the end of the trip to get you back to your car.
Have used this facility many times. It’s convenient to the airport and shuttle drivers are great. They have a huge problem, however with their cashier system. It is always a long wait. What is the point of having your vehicle ready and waiting if you still have to wait 20 minutes for the cashier? Please consider a different checkout system.
Seems convenient, but a tad annoyed that I paid for Valet parking, but when we got here, they just made us self park. Heres a tip. Dont pay to valet park with this place unless you just like giving away your money. Also, while it technically is covered parking, its kind of not. More like a big carport. And it doesnt look like theres much for security. No cameras anywhere. If youre parking for a cruise, you have to go all the way to the far back of the parking area. There are no trashcans, no bathrooms, etc. It is what it is I guess. I may have to edit it depending on the actual shuttle to the port. Well see.
Parking and the shuttle to the airport were all good. But they don’t tell you how to get picked up. I assumed I just called as I did when this location was under different owners. I assumed wrong.On our return day, my family had been traveling for 12 hours due to delays. My daughter was ill and just wanted to get home. At 6:00 PM on a Tuesday I called and got a recording to text my ticket number to a certain number (which isn’t printed anywhere). Two problems with that: 1) I’m standing outside an airport with bags and don’t have a pen and paper. I can barely hear, much less remember a phone number. 2) My ticket is in the car - at WallyPark.So I managed to get a pen and paper, write down the number, and text my pre-paid reservation number. Five minutes later I got a reply text “We apologize but are unable to confirm your request at this time.” During this time I’ve been calling the number and pressing 5 for a human. Each time it went to voice mail. SIX times it went to voice mail.By this point I’m thinking I’m going to have to pay a taxi to get me to my car, and I’m not too happy about that idea. Finally I see a WallyPark shuttle rapidly pulling away from the arrivals area. I ran out into the street yelling and waving my arms like a madman to get the driver’s attention. She stopped, but threatened to leave me and my family because I was yelling. I have to explain I’ve called 6 times but no one is answering.At WallyPark, of course there is no manager on duty, and the teenage cashier just shrugs her shoulders when I tell her no one is answering the phone and I had no way to get picked up. It would be VERY helpful if WallyPark would put the pickup instructions with the text phone number on the card the driver gives riders with their space number. And their text system should be able to recognize ticket numbers, reservation numbers, or parking spot numbers. Why would anyone be texting them unless they really needed a pickup?? This experience tells me that WallyPark has not thought through the traveler’s experience and I will never use them again.

No!!!!! Dont use them. They wanted to see a copy of my car insurance papers. Since I dont keep these with me everywhere I go, they charged me extra every day. Just a deceptive way to get more money from people. Never in 30 years of car rentals has anyone ever demanded to see this. Never again. Ill stick with reputable agemts.
Never usually write reviews but this was a terrible experience. I booked a space here and had a reservation for my car to be parked here, but upon arriving, there were no spaces and I was out $78. They seem to be able to take the reservations, but not hold the reservations, which is the most crucial part of there whole business.They said to call and ask for a refund. No one was able to do it because the manager was never in. They hung up abruptly on the phone as I asked when the manager would be in. This was a horrible experience at this parking lot and will never use it again. EZ Park is much better down the road!
We picked up our small suv completely dead on empty, barely had enough gas to drift into the next door gas station. The back seat was completely soaked in Febreese, and still smelled. The facility is about 25 minutes away from the airport. Which is a bit deceiving. The windshield and rear view mirror was filthy, we HAD to stop and clean it.Now we know why they were 50 bucks lower than everybody else. Did I mention the place is a dump? -well it is
Nice place to be able to park your vehicle when going on a cruise. We were able to park there even though we were meeting someone else and driving to Orlando. If you are leaving for a cruise out of Jacksonville you can park your car there and the pricing is nice, plus its in a secure place where they have security. Safer than parking at the port where our friend had to leave her vehicle on the top of the parking structure in the weather and anyone has access to them.
Had a very poor experience today. The driver decided to pick up as many people as he could crowding all of us and eventually had to rearrange ALL the luggage because everything was so jammed in. He stopped someone driving around and told them to go park and he would follow though he was already full. Another forgot to lock their car and we had to drive back By. He insisted on telling one person that another shuttle would be right by when the other shuttle was right behind. Even the front office and another shuttle driver told him he’d been in the lot too long. He was clueless and certainly not efficient. My only guess is he wanted more tips. More people more tips.He was young and must be new. Travelers like efficiency.

Wally park has noticeably cut back on drivers. Now I routinely have to wait at least 5-10 minutes for the bus then circle around for 10 more minutes. I will definitely look for other parking options.
Very very impressed with the whole service. Price was reasonable, will look for. Groupon next time!! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I selected the park & valet option. On return to the parking lot my vehicle was ready and cleaned to a very good standard. Definitely going back.....
They are supposed to run at 8:45, 9:45, and 10:45 back to the parking lot. Perfect. We get off the ship at about 9:20 and make it to the spot where they are supposed to pick up before 9:30. Around 10, there are a good amount of people there and NOT happy. People start calling WallyPark and no one answers any of us. When we finally get a hold of someone, they just keep telling us hes on his way, we must have just missed him, and that they only run ONE shuttle for cruises. This man did not pull up until 10:30!!! So we waited an hour and the bus wasnt even big enough to get the entire crowd that accumulated. PLUS, as were going, the driver falls asleep or something and takes us offroading for about 5 seconds. Insane. Dont use this crap service. As we were leaving, we said we wanted a discount or something for having to wait AN HOUR. She said a manager was not there to approve such things. So I said fine, and will be disputing the charge on my credit card.

Go-to parking garage for Jax airport. I love that they have covered parking. Plenty of shuttles to and from.I had a flat tire and they were SO nice. At first they were going to put air in my tire but I decided my drive to my house was too far to chance it. Had to wait for AAA for a while and the staff kept checking on me. Made sure I had water, etc. They also have free WiFi inside so that helped keep me occupied. Definitely park here.
We never have to wait for the shuttle, the drivers are courteous and helpful, and they take us right to our car - which is parked indoors. Could not be better.

We left our car here for the third time over Christmas. We have had consistently amazing service here and will continue using this company. Go ahead and go here. Its worth it. Ive done the expensive parking garages plenty. My wife made me try this. Turns out this is just as fast, maybe faster. Maybe faster when you factor in driving, paying, looking for a spot, the long walk in. Here just pull in wherever, unload and go to the pickup station which are everywhere. It seems like a shuttle comes every few minutes. Its really fast. Getting back is easy too. Just make sure you write fown where you are parked! Yep been there done that.
The worst off-site parking service in Orlando. I use this service once a month for the past two years. Shuttle service has progressively gotten worse over the past year. Today, I waited for 35 minutes after notifying them of my arrival. In the meantime, every other competing service had shuttles come and go 3-4 times. I called their office at 20 minute and 30 minute marks and the staff assured me a shuttle was coming although they sounded like they could not have cared less. I finally took a cab to WallyPark to retrieve my car ($13 with tip.) The WallyPark manager appeared not to believe me. We have four shuttles running, he said. He then made a big deal of giving me a coupon for 3 days of free parking to make up for it. Sorry, pal - I wont be using your free pass, because I am NEVER going back to WallyPark again! Going to Fast Park or Parking Spot - both had plenty of shuttles running.
I havent parked at the facility yet, but my experience with the reservation and customer support is terrible. The website performance is extremely slow, advertised offers are not available, codes requested are not explained, worst yet, when you ask for help from customer support you get an email stating a ticket has been opened and will be reviewed but nothing happens. There are no updates, no additional questions to help them to understand your problem.I am hoping my experience when I got to the facility to park my car is a whole lot better then reservations and customer support.
Pre-paid for valet covered parking. Upon arrival the valet was no where to be found which delayed arrival at airport departure. Upon return, had to wait 30 minutes for shuttle back to their facility. Employee refused to valet car and I had to go find. Car was partial exposed and not under cover and covered with tree debris. Definitely first and only time will use WallyPark.. Look for other alternatives.
Weve used WallyPark consistently during out ten years in Jacksonville, and always been pleased with their facility and service. Recently, however, we reserved and paid for parking online in advance of a planned 14 day trip, but was shortened to 12 days. The agent on site was unable to refund the amount for the unused two days, and told us to contact WallyPark via their website to request the refund for the overcharge. I did so five days ago, have gotten no response, and can find no phone number to contact other than those for individual sites. Were both displeased and very disappointed by the total lack of customer service by WallyPark.Update: I was eventually contacted by WallyPark via email refusing a refund or credit for the unused prepaid days.
Wally Park must have cut back on drivers. Waited and waited for bus.Called the front desk from parking lot and they had no idea where their drivers were. Had to wait at 10 minutes for the bus then pick up a bunch of other disgruntled customers. I will definitely look for other parking options.
I was double charged for the same visit, I have tried to contact Customer Care and local Wally Park facilities without any success on requesting a reimbursement. I feel this company does not have a sense of responsibility when they make a mistake. Nobody assumes responsibility for reimbursing my $67. I will definitely not use them again!.
I have had my first and last experience with this company. I had reserved a four day parking stay along with a wash and wax. Prior to arriving, my on board diagnostics informed me of low tire pressure. I asked the attendant to have the tires checked and watched her write my request down. When I arrived to pick my car up, I discovered the tires had not been looked at, the radio station had been changed, my mirrors needed adjusted and they had no record of my payment. Fortunately I saved the e-mail confirmation and showed it to the attendant. It was a humid night and after leaving the facility my windows clouded so badly that I had to open the side window in order to see where I was going. Apparently the wax that was applied was sprayed on. I pulled into a parking lot and had to wipe down the windshield. Not a good experience.
