Owner Michael treated us to an incredible night! He was very professional and the limo is absolutely beautiful! We brought a few bottles of champagne as the limo is outfitted with plenty of glasses to use. There is a sound system we were able to hook up to our phones for music. I highly recommend his services. We rented the Black Mambo from Michael to take our 12-year-old daughter and her friends to see the Jonas Brothers in concert. My company leased it (we do medical transportation) from Rosarios Twins Luxury Group (the very same company you may be thinking about hiring) from July of 2018 to the end of January 2019.So Im here to share my experiences with you, as a Twins Luxury Group customer; leasing one of the vehicles Twins uses to transport customers like you to use in my own transportation business.Yes, the car I leased is a fairly nice-looking car, right? But this car is actually a death trap! You see, this car has been leaking gas fumes inside its cabin for quite some time; maybe for as long as I have been leasing the vehicle!Rosario has of course been fully aware of the problem (one of his drivers caused the leak during an accident)...but Rosario leased the car to me anyway!It wasnt until my medical passengers began complaining (the smell was most noticeable in the cars back seat area) to me that I immediately brought the matter to Rosarios attention. He claimed (after shopping the car) that his mechanic had fixed the car and that it was ready to drive. At one point after I continued complaining about the gas fumes, he texted me saying: Just spray something in the car. That should get rid of the smell!. Rosario obviously had more important matters to attend to.Well, the car was not and is STILL not fixed. Even after three times of putting this car in the shop to fix it...its still not fixed (as of February 16, 2019!), despite all of Rosarios claims to the contrary. Same problem! Gas leak in the cabin of this car! I went through this futile exercise (shopping the car at the mechanic) two more times before I finally gave up on leasing the car. I refused to knowingly jeopardize my health and the health of my medical passengers any further! Of course Rosario tried to get me to lease another one of his ailing vehicles to me (an E-350) but I wisely declined his offer.Two weeks ago, and after discontinuing my leasing of any of his vehicles, I asked Rosario if he could return some personal and business items I had forgotten and had left in his vehicle. I have gotten nothing but the runaround from him.So I called him yesterday (February 14th, 2019) to remind him that I needed the items and to see if I could meet him at yet another of his new (he cant seem to keep the same one) mechanics garage (where the car is still being fixed!).He continued to avoid giving me any direct answers during this call, and kept changing the subject. He refused to allow me to meet him at the new shop (saying Im about to leave), even though I told him I could meet him in fifteen minutes. He insisted that I wait until today (2/15/19), when he said I will call you. I knew better than to believe him, and he proved me right (he has not called today). So now you and others will have a bit more information about this business before dealing with him.

This company is EXACTLY what you DONT want. Up until the night before my wedding they confirmed my PAID IN FULL vehicle, both in pictures as well as verbiage, that they would be sending their 10 passenger Town Car. What in fact showed up was a 15 passenger dated SUV. Clearly the owner was aware that he in fact was farming out my reservation with sub par equipment that we had no interest in making a part of one of the most special days of our lives. After contacting the OWNER upon returning from our honeymoon about our discontent and even possibly trying to rectify this disaster, we were rebutted with the most unprofessional and vulgar response imaginable. Before you contemplate using this company look into a yellow cab, rickshaw or Schwinn- maybe even walk. At least youll know what youre getting.
