Showed up 15 minutes early with a very clean vehicle and great service! The price was less than competitors. Very personable driver! You pay through a secure web site and get email confirmation of your booking. Highly recommend!

My 16 year old was in Florida. Her plans changed and we had to scramble for a ride to the airport with very short notice. VG Transportation was incredibly responsive. They showed up 30 minutes early and the driver was super personable. It was an awesome experience.

This is a great company! My 18 year old daughter started college at University of North Florida this fall. We live in West Palm Beach, so flying her home for visits is the best option. She does not have a car at school, so I found VG Transportation and took a chance. What a great idea that was! I called John, texted, emailed and gave him specific details and notes about where to pick her up at the school, where to drop her off at the airport and pick her up. He was so calm and sweet, reassuring me he would pick her up personally and take great care of her. He contacted my daughter and I to confirm the day of. He contacted both when en route then when he arrived. There was a last minute addition to the ride and John waited patiently while the second passenger packed her bags. when they got in the car 15 minutes late John gave them water and told them to relax. He delivered them into the airport then called me to let me know.The same service was given on the return pick up. He was waiting for my daughter with her name on a sign as she walked out of the concourse. she said he treated her like family and made her very comfortable, even though it was her first time flying alone.She has made 3 trips home so far and VG Transportation and John have taken great care each time.Thank You John for being there to help my daughter when I cant be!

I arranged pick-up a week before I arrived and of course my flight arrived late. I called my driver Vladimir (he ROCKS!) and he said it was not going to be a problem! When he picked me up I was extremely impressed...the car looked exactly like the photo e-mailed to me. Inside it was immaculate (no smoke/strange smell) and ROOMLY (I have really long legs) and the amenities offered (cold bottled water and the days news paper) were an unexpected pleasure. Vladimir was courteous, friendly, HONEST, (so many companies run a game on you, driving you all over the place or out of the way because they know you dont know the area) very professional and a great conversationalist. The competitive rate quoted to me included the gratuity, which several other companies recommended to me, did not. As an out of towner, I HIGHLY recommend VG Transportation for your travel needs. Ive taken dozens of trips with VG Transportation and theyve all been great. They always arrive early and accept last minute trips. The cars are clean and odor free.
