My experiance was good. I made an appointment in advance for an early morning pick up. The driver was friendly and on time. No complaints, would use again if I needed to.

Me and my buddy from camp johnson a week or so ago used this company 3 times they were so BAD!!!!!!so Dont call this company they will leave you at the Mall or Base, its NOT even a PRESTIGE TAXI that picks you up when you call PRESTIGE TAXI. they said theyll send a taxi. Your waiting over a hour or longer !!!!!! Then its a TITAN TAXI that shows up VERY OLD VANS 1990s-2012 models! They stink smell like cigarettes! Some Vans and Suvs of TITAN TAXIS had NO A/C!!!!! I called PRESTIGE his name was John I think and he gave me this other number to call TITAN TAXI then DOUG who Answered and said he will send me a Taxi here at the Mall and never showed up at all!!!!!! I was going from the mall to camp johnson! I prefer King cab or (Liberty taxi cab Billy)

Spoke with the driver as soon as we landed in the States to coordinate our pickup. Due to severe thunderstorms near Charlotte, NC on March 18, the flight into Jacksonville,NC was more than two hours late, but I gave the driver several updates on our progress. When we arrived Jacksonville, the Prestige vehicle was NOT waiting for us. Another driver who was waiting on another fare told us that she thought the Prestige vehicle had loaded up our flight crew who exited the terminal while we were waiting for our baggage. HE JUST LEFT US! Fortunately, a Yellow Cab was nearby and looking for a fare so we got right in and got home OK.First time we have ever been stranded by a carrier.

I contacted Prestige Taxi because of their favorable reviews here on Google. I had an important flight I had to catch very early in the morning; not something I wanted to leave up to a random Uber or Lift.Immediately after scheduling the early morning ride, I got a call from the driver scheduled to pick me up. Fine gentleman by the name of Billy. Right on time, clean and professional.They absolutely live up to their rating! Highly recommended and the rates are better than the ride shares. Ill ride Prestige Taxi from now on!

Rode with them again today hoping for the usual great experiences and was happy to hear they had quickly rectified the issue, the dispatch lady today was nice and friendly when I called, got us a cab quickly and the driver was hilarious and cheaper than other cab companies. Sometimes mistakes happen but this company listens and fixes it and that made me feel like they genuinely care for their customers and business. Thank you Prestige

So lets start off its 02/07/2020 at 8:25 am the day of my sons ultrasound. I called PRESTIGE TAXI for a ride to my baby mamas mothers house at precisely 7:11 am. Luckily yet misleadingly they answered the phone within the first two rings. I told them my address to be picked up at, which was only 4 miles away from their site. That being said youd would think that they would be fairly quick upon arrival. So for extra clarification I asked him what would be an reasonable time before a cab driver arrived, he reassured no more than 20 minutes which sounded perfect, I has also considered some leway of maybe 10-15 minutes. At 7:52 I began to worry if they were still coming. So I called 3 times consecutively with the first call ringing fully and the other two being forwarded almost immediately. So I called my BM mother for a ride reluctantly but she told me she was able to pick me up. Which was only 7 miles away from me and surprisingly she arrived before the cab! Now its 8:45 and still not a single word from PRESTIGE TAXI The word Prestige needs to be worked on because its not prestigious in the slightest.......

Fast and punctual, my first use of service. Dispatch was friendly, courteous, and informative. Driver Tammy was very nice, friendly, and good company. I will definitely use them again.

Best cab company out there. They work hard to get you where you need to go. Plus they are the only cab company in Jacksonville that lets you book online and in advance, prepay for your trip, and gives you the option of smoking preference. Call prestige taxi!

Best cab company in Jacksonville. Incredibly friendly, immaculately clean vehicles and punctual. WAY cheaper than ride share services and no fear of being shot by my driver. Will use Prestige, every time.

Cab company should have merged with another company

I had a wonderful experience with Prestige Taxi. I came in to Kenansville, NC for a funeral and I needed a ride home. Dispatch allowed me to prepay my trip back and gave me a discount. My driver was friendly and very informative. I would recommend Prestige Taxi again and again. Great service.

Today I called for a taxi at 8:34. I was told the wait would be at least 20 mins, I replied that is fine I don’t need to be there until 9:30 for my apt. I called back around 9:09 and was told he was just running a little behind & that he was on his way to me. I simply said okay. At 9:30 I had to call back again to ask where my so called taxi was? Well I was told he’s gonna be another 10-12 mins. At this point I’m feed up. I clearly told you what I needed & was told they could accommodate me. To take the day off to miss an apt all because this taxi company is unprofessional and clearly has not a care in world . I do not recommend anybody rely on them for a ride exspecially appointment based, all they do is play with your time.It could of all been so simple. If for any reason they wasn’t going to make it to me at the time agreed on a Courtesy call would have been great. Seriously I could have made new arrangements.

Best company ever. Its small but you get more personal attention and you dont have to worry about any creepy drivers thatll rip you off. Oh and their drivers and cans are actually clean.

They were a bit early from when I had requested the pick up to the airport but I was already ready so that bring said they were able to get me to the airport with time to spare to catch my flight me time I need a ride Ill be calling them no doubt

They were nice and friendly even helped me take my stuff up to my apt on the 2nd floor i did find out they had to change their name due to an older company thats closed had a name close to it had a problem with it and told the city but this number still works and youll hear their new name
