I had a wonderful experience at this dentist office. All the staff were kind, caring and welcoming. Barb did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Lefeber was very thorough and took time to explain things as well as answer any questions I may have had. Lena at the front desk was also super helpful, friendly and open/honest about cost of treatment and such. Great job team!

The Dentist is knowledgeable, explains all treatment options available, his recommendations and reasoning for his recommendations. I personally prefer that style of care. I love summit wood dental the office staff are very nice and friendly always helpful in letting you know you’re up front coast before starting which helps so much! I’ve always been afraid of the dentist after having a few bad ones but the dental assistants and doc makes you feel so at ease very professional. The doc has fixed 3 of my teeth and seriously couldn’t be happier!

This business is one of the worst Ive ever had to deal with. Katie the office manager, should take some courses on how to treat patients, and refused to tell me when her higher up would call me back. Listen to your recorded voice calls of my conversation with her. Last I knew, having a tooth fixed doesnt turn your tooth blue, but she wants me to pay it anyways, before she helps me fix the problem. You got money from my insurance already, so dont tell me its because my stuff went to collections. Your company still got paid. Would never recommend.

My dental experience today was very pleasant. The hygienist, Loni, instantly made me feel at ease starting with her warm greeting. And, her genuine care for my teeth was evident throughout my cleaning. My exam was also very thorough as well as informative as Dr. L took the time to explain how a previously injured tooth was healing. I was able to ask all my questions and my concerns were addressed with the utmost patience by Dr. L., and Loni. They are certainly passionate about caring for teeth. The receptionist also greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home! What a great staff! Thank you to all of you!

Had a tooth that broke and was a new patient during the pandemic and got me in right away. And by right away I mean the same day I called. Very professional pleasant staff.

I have been a patient here for about 7 years. They are always on time, and routine dental exam takes about 40 minutes. The staff is very nice and friendly, the building is very clean and modern. They have large windows in exam area and occasionally you see a squirrel come to the feeders, which keeps things fun. Not everyone likes going to the dentist, but for when you do go, I recommend going to Dr. Powers!

It was our first visit, and they were great!!! Hannah was very kid friendly. She made my daughter feel very comfortable.

My appointment was at 10 am. When I arrived I called and Kendra answered and said someone would be out in a few minutes to get me. That was 9:51 that I called, at 10:28 i was sitting in my car with no one coming to get me. I called back in and got Hanna (my hygienist- which I Love) and she said no one told her I was there, in fact Brittney said I wasnt and my appointment was at 10:45! Which I have a card that said it was at 10. It appears that since Dr. Powers and a lot of the girls have left, the office is very confused! If it was for Hanna I would not be going to this office again.

My 3 year old went in for his first cleaning. He is very shy and was nervous about going to the dentist. The staff is so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. The hygienist took her time explaining things to him in a way he would understand and even got him to laugh (Shout out to Hannah)! He said he can’t wait to go back.

Dr. Don Powers did a fantastic job with my 88 year old mom. He was patient, kind, informative and did excellent dental work on her. She’s very happy and so am I!

They do a good job and dont do unneeded work like some dentist trying to get all the money they can from your insurance.

I’m very happy with this office. Everyone at this office is very professional and friendly. It had been a while since I’ve been to the dentist and as a result I had to have a lot of work done and never once did I feel like I was being judged for my lack of dental hygiene.

Couldn’t be happier the staff is great and friendly, very informative every step of the way, I knew what to expect on all my appointments no hidden fees or surprises! Oh most importantly I love my teeth again Dr. Patel did and excellent job and I can’t stop smiling now! I recommend everybody to go check them out!!!

Friendly staff and they were able to get me in for a toothache within a day.

I usually have had very good luck with the dentists here however this last trip was horrible. I had their new female dentist do a couple fillings and it was a bad experience. The numbing was horrible I have never had so much pain with numbing. Then once we got started one of the tools that they knew didn’t work correctly and needed to be repaired stopped working all together and we had to switch procedure rooms. At one point they dropped something into my mouth and the dentist was telling the hygienist to suction it out and in doing so they caused me to gag. Which is problematic when your mouth is held open.The whole procedure was painful and disorganized. I’m not looking forward to having to go back and have them finish the one filling and do another one.

My hygienist, Amber, took very good care of my teeth! I had told her that 3 off my wisdom teeth were removed only a couple weeks ago, and she was very gentle with my teeth! Very friendly staff. I love to refer people to Summit Woods.

I’ve been a patient here for several decades now. I’ve always had exceptional care from every dentist and hygienist I’ve been treated by. What has been most important to me is the belief I have that I have never been over treated, gotten treatment that wasn’t necessary nor felt pressure to buy extra things or services. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my dental needs.

Tooth broke off on a Thursday evening. Summit Woods Dental was able to get me in the next morning. Dr. Berry did repair and Im very happy with the work that was done. Great staff!

My dental hygienist is the best but Im not always impressed by some of the dentists I have contact with. Im a person who has a little anxiety about the dentist so appreciate being treated with consideration and kindness.

So far very impressed with the new staff! Looking forward to meeting the new dentist too!

Both my kids were seen today and they are 2 and 4 Jen was amazing very patient with my littles and it made the experience so much better for my kids and myself. They say both doctors who were so friendly and kind to my kids we will not be going anywhere else for our family’s dental needs 🥰
