Broke an old crown, bad timing, Im retired and theres no dental insurance that you can buy that will actually cover much of anything beyond cleanings. And as it always happens, bad timing budget wise. But to my delight, Doc said it was still protecting so all we had to do was grind off the sharp edges and its working terrifically. True, I might need it fixed properly in the future but it lets me schedule it when I can better afford it.It was more than refreshing to find a professional willing to offer a less expensive way out for a catastrophe, in fact its all too rare.I also understand there might be a new alternative to useless and high priced dental insurance plans, check with Jackson Family Dentistry for more information!

Dr. Grant was amazing. Today was my 2 year old son’s first dentist appointment and it could not have gone better. Dr. Grant made us feel comfortable, went at my sons pace and created a fun experience.Reception was also knowledgeable, friendly and prompt!

While on an extended road trip, a gold crown popped off on a weekend. They were able to squeeze me in and twenty minutes later the crown was back in its rightful place and I was on my way. Very competent and efficient. Very pleased with their service!

I just started coming here and need several things done. These guys are great and treat their patients so well. I was kinda fascinated by the idea of a one day crown and Dr. Moser let me go back and watch it be made. I was fascinated. I have been there a few times so far and will come back in a few weeks. I had extensive dental work done prior to moving to Jackson Hole last week. While on the long drive from Michigan, I started to experience some complications along with horrible mouth pain. I called Jackson Family Dentistry when I arrived in town, hoping to find a new dentist who could see me ASAP. I called the right place! They managed to fit me in their busy schedule within the hour! After a lengthly appointment, and two prescriptions, Im on the mend. All I can say is Im grateful. Mouth pain is the worst...and they went the extra mile to take care of a new patient.

Dr. Moser is a dental artist. He crafted my crown on site making sure the color was accurate and my bite was comfortable. When I go in for a check up he always has helpful advice.

JFD was fantastic. I have very sensitive teeth so they were extra gentle during my cleaning. They also offered ways to help them be less sensitive moving forward. I highly recommend them.

Doctor Moser did a great job installing my new tooth on the implant the Endodontist put in. It wasn’t an easy job because I was unable to keep my first appointment for the new tooth. I got cancer and was gone for 6 months. Things shifted. Yet Dr Moser took his time to work on a PERFECT fit👏 He is kind, careful, patient and exacting.

Just established care at Jackson Family Dentistry and they welcomed me like I had been a patient for years. They blended care and education seamlessly. Highly recommend!

This experience really did help. But I felt bad for the young lady who help us because she did some x-rays and ask for help a couple of times so she could hold onto the xray machine and someone else would click a button to start it. But anytime she needed help that person just clicked it once and went to do something else which I have no problem but I did feel bad for the lady and it just took longer and she had to retake some because they got blurry. I offered to help but she said she was fine but honestly think its cause Im not employed there I cant. But everything else was awesome, everyone was very kind and very helpful to my family. I lost a gold crown from a molar and Jackson Family Dentistry found me an appointment quickly. They had good preventive procedures to avoid Covid exposure. The associate who escorted me to a treatment room was friendly and efficient. There was a tv screen on the ceiling to distract one from the dental activities. The dentist was careful to explain every step and showed good concern for my comfort. My crown was promptly glued in place, my bite tested and I was done!

I was from out of town with a dental emergency and they saw me on very short notice. Took care of my situation with attentive care and I cant say enough good things about them.

Got a last minute appointment to see my dentist, Dr. Cary Smith, to check a sensitive tooth. After taking a couple of xrays, and checking out the area, he was able to rule out any issues. The tooth’s shape may contribute to slight discomfort but nothing that required intervention.I was happy to leave without having any serious dental work required. I now have confidence to chew in that area knowing that all is secure and undamaged.Great office staff and fair costs.Thank you!

Firstly, I don’t like going to dentists. I’ve been going to JFD for a year due to an insurance change. I’ve had 3 cleanings and a night guard made. They don’t try to force extra expensive work that is not completely necessary like some dentists. So, I trust them. My partner is in the middle of having an implant done with Dr. Moser and is VERY impressed with the progress so far!

In these crazy times we owe our caregivers so much. Thanks for all you do. The dentist and dental hygienist were extremely careful, covid proper. Thank you to Dr. Moser and Peggy.

Dr. Veldon Moser is AWESOME. He removed my daughter’s lower wisdom teeth last spring break. No swelling or pain.........almost like it never happened. 100 times better than my wisdom teeth adventure back in the late 80’s. Totally worth the 4 hour round trip to Jackson Hole. Scheduled an appointment for her upper teeth as well. WISDOM TEETH EXPERT!!!! Will continue to take my family there!
