I received excellent and very professional care from everyone. I was greeted by very friendly and professional staff during my entire visit. Hope was my hygienist. She explained the procedure clearly and calmly which made me feel much more relaxed. She always made sure I was comfortable and that l understood every step.

Kelsey did a quality job in cleaning my teeth. I liked her easy banter as she worked on me. Teeth were not sore afterwards

The entire staff at Michigan Dentists in Jackson is incredible. I have had a series of less than wonderful experiences at other local offices followed by a couple major dental events in a short period of time, and I will be forever thankful for the recommendations that led me to Dr. B and the rest of the wonderful people at Michigan Dental.

I have called them three times, left 2 voicemails and filled out the request for an appointment online over the last 3 weeks and havent heard back at all. I contacted them due to the good review and a family recommendation. However, I think their lack of responsiveness is concerning. I understand being short staffed but 3 weeks with no call back? No one is ever there to answer phones? Sadly I would love to comment on their work but its hard when you cant get beyond and inbox.

The staff are every bit of amazing from the moment I step into the door to the moment I’m walking out! And the Doctors are Phenomenal! I would recommend this place over an hour away❤️

Daryl Frederick is a FANTASTIC DENTIST. He has been taking care of my Mom, Dad, my children and me for well over 30 years. He has done restorations, crowns, bite splints. Daryl diagnosed my father’s trigeminal neuralgia and my daughter’s cross bite.Daryl always stays on the cutting edge of dentistry. He is a artist and a perfectionist. My mother is 92 years old and the medical professionals can not believe what beautiful teeth she has and they are all her original teeth.What a wonderful asset Daryl has been and is for the Jackson community, and all the patients he has served!

Staff were excellent. From the check in, to checking out, everyone did a super job. The hygienist was terrific in explaining everything and detailing a treatment plan. Very happy with everyone.

So far I have been here one time. They took the time to really read what I wrote in their initial questionnaire. They took the time to thoroughly understand my situation, gave me good honest estimates for the cost. So far, I love them.My whole family goes here now. We have had some challenges and the staff here are top notch! They really show the level of care and professionalism. My daughter just had her wisdom teeth surgically removed here and they did an amazing job!If you are looking for a great dentist, look no further! I would give them 10 out of 5 stars!

I went to get my 2 upper corner wisdome teeth out this morning .they were above and beyond for giving me quick apt due to sever pain from wistome teeth. I am really satisfied with there work dr gupta and office girls did the work I did not feel any pain during the procedure when my wisdome teeth were taken out . Even they went above and beyond by doing dental feeling for lower teeth. I really recommend this place for any one needing dental work, very compassionate and professional staff.

They’re very responsive and polite. I’ve had all my wisdom teeth removed by them and the level of care they have given me goes far beyond what I expected from a dentist office! I will continue to get my dental care done at this office!

Rigid appointment times, more recently the last few scheduled appointments have had to be changed with only an hour or so notice of the new appointment time resulting in lost pay from employer due to not having proper notice. Will be looking for services elsewhere one we obtain retainer.

I recently started my journey to get two dental implants. I can’t tell you how blessed I feel working with this practice. Dr Belbeisi has excellent skills in explaining the procedure to put your mind at ease. They offer several different options for sedation in case your like me an anxious at the thought of a lengthy dental procedure. Their prices are reasonable for the procedure I am getting - I know this is an investment in my health for my future. I’m very excited and cannot wait until I can chew like I used to - great office great staff and I highly recommend.

I called them because of tooth pain and was offered a same day appointment! My tooth needed to be pulled and I was very nervous. The staff and the doctor was very reassuring and comforting. While it was not the way Id like to start a relationship with a doctors office, I was pleasantly surprised at how caring they were for being a first time patient. I plan on being a patient for regular visits as well as having my family see them also.

I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Belbeiai and his staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable.

I have now been to this dentist three times. Once for my two year old son. It went amazing, people were amazing and great with a two year old! Second was for my cleaning, yet again wonderful! They took their time, asked me questions and made sure I understood everything. I came back for a filling and was so pleased, probably my favorite visit (weirdly) the chair was a message chair, they numbed me so well before the shots that I didn’t feel a thing when it came to! The filling went fast and they were very patient when I need to take a quick break! 100% would recommend!! Very grateful to have found a dentist I can trust.

They got me in same day to check on a bad tooth! The only dentist that could get me in. I had maybe a 5 minute wait, they looked and told me exactly what I needed. Referred me to a specialist to get me in quick and seen within a week! Will be going back for sure!

Just started going, im very happy with my experience. They were very attentative while still getting to the point, everyone was very kind and welcoming. Everyone seemed well informed. Everything i was looking for in a dentist they had.

My husband and I scheduled a visit with Michigan dentists for a review of my teeth. I want a pretty smile and the dentist was very straight forward and helpful. Gave us a lot of options to think about. It was nice to talk with a dentist that didn’t make you feel like you were just a number. My son and I switched to Michigan Dentist after the Dentist we had went to for over 10 years no longer took my insurance. I was not happy about having to switch. However all the staff at Michigan Dentist have been amazing and Dr. Belbeisi is awesome! The second visit my son had to get a few fillings, meaning shots. He was great with my son and made everything go very smoothly. Would highly recommend.

We felt welcomed from the moment we entered. All staff we had contact with were great. Dr. Kwon was really nice and made me feel comfortable.

There are way too many orthodontist in Jackson and choosing one seems to be left to reviews.I chose Michigan Dentist by reviewing their Facebook. The staff looked happy. I saw lots of staff photos and Halloween costumes. A happy office staff means they care and are treated well. Well treated staff means well treated clients.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to! I do not like going to the dentist (in fact I hate it)!! Dr. Belbeisi is by far the best dentist I have ever met. He is kind, friendly, gentle, and understanding. He talks to you and he cares about you. I was immediately at ease with him. His staff is absolutely incredible!! I have never experienced the care and compassion for patients that they have. All of them! They go WAY above and beyond to care for you and to help you. The staff is happy, they are highly skilled in their positions, and you can tell that they love their jobs. It is a great atmosphere and a very impressive team. I highly recommend them. Theyre the best kept secret in Jackson and I am grateful that I found them!

Just had my first Cerec crown they are the one day crowns. It looks and feels amazing. It was replacing a gold crown. Dr Belbeisi is the best doing injections because I never felt it. Great treatment Great staff

Service was fine. The constant followup texts and emails (I got 2 this evening alone) are overkill. The pre appointment paperwork had several redundant questions (e.g. asking my childs birthdate in one spot, then asking if they were over 65 later), as well as REQUIRING photos in order to move on (I wasnt going to wake my children up at 10pm), which is asinine. I get wanting to use technology to cut out the paper process, but its like no one bothered to think about the user experience.

Please just go here, theyre 5 stars for a reason. Theyre very informational with what your insurance will/will not cover and how much you would have to pay before doing a procedure. They do an amazing job on your teeth.

I started off at Michigan dentistry for ortho, currently in the process of braces. I later than switched to them as a dentist. The staff of ladies are absolutely amazing they are super welcoming, friendly and always smiling they know ever patient by name. They take the time to know you as a person, things you like don’t like. Dr. Kwon is great when it come to ortho he is super knowledgeable. Dr.B is the best dentist I have ever gone to. I absolutely hate needles and I never felt a thing. Absolutely love this place hands down best in town, Highly recommended

Had two of my wisdom teeth removed, the surgeon did an amazing job. He made sure I was completely numb so I didnt feel a thing. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

The office came to me highly recommended and I decided to try. The staff asked the right questions of me, answered mine, and went the extra mile to make me feel relaxed and at ease. There wasnt any scolding of me for a perceived infraction, but rather listening and offering support with suggestions. The hygienists skill was top notch and Dr Belbeisi gave me the impression that he really cares about my long term oral health goals.

Very good experience with all the staff. No pain before, during or after surgery. The staff in this office is the kindest and most efficient I have ever encountered.

Second visit and I got my teeth cleaned was very gentle about my tooth sensitivity and when I leave my gums are not soar at all. other dentist I’ve been to they would be soar for 2 days they didn’t care that they were gouging into them. So far very pleased

An emergency front tooth fix during covid19. Dr. B and the entire staff did an amazing job, from keeping us clean and mostly contact free to a quality fix. The tooth looks beautiful. Kind, caring and gentle. They offer a prepaid/discount program for those of us with no insurance. Really, the price was reasonable. I have already recommended them to others.

It has been well over 10 years since my last dentist appointment so you can imagine the build up of plaque and tarter that I had. The hygienist was awesome and not once did I feel pain with the tools she was using. The office was comfortable and the room had a TV to watch the news (election results). The dentist was awesome and had some great suggestions to help improve my already good dentil hygiene practices. Im glad my wife encouraged me to come here.

Took forever with pulling two of my mom’s teeth. I know it takes awhile to do so, but, staff didn’t come update me on how she was doing at all and a staff member knew I was waiting for her out in the vehicle - my mom acknowledged me before going in. With how long it was taking, I thought they put her under and never said anything - wouldn’t surprise me.Take home paperwork for the procedure and the website has different instructions for how long to leave the gauze in mouth than what my mom was verbally told. Paperwork and website says 30-45 minutes, she was told 20From what I’ve heard from my mom... the staff is sweet, but, these two incidents make me never want my mom or family to go here again.

Michigan Dentists is always quick, thorough, and friendly! Dr. Belbeisi is truly a great dentist—very knowledgeable, funny, and kind. I’d also like to give a shout out to one of the dental hygienists, Tasha, who was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and warm. I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist in general, but when it’s Dr. Belbeisi and his staff, it’s an overall great experience. Keep up the good work, Michigan Dentists!

I had started a new job and worked night shift. I had not been to a dentist for roughly four years. Dr. Fredrick was my Dentist and he was going to be difficult shoes to fill when he retired. He had been my Dentist since I was about 19 years old. So I was going to be skeptical and thought about switching. Then after meeting Dr. Belbeisi and the friendly staff, I couldnt be happier. Friendliness is ALWAYS key with me. I have found a happy home, for my dental needs.

My dentist of 45 years retired (well almost retired) but I am extremely happy with Dr Belbeisi. He is very caring and personable and I am glad I decided to stay with the new dentist my retired dentist chose to take over!

I had a broken crown and even though it couldnt be fixed due to not having enough to have the new one attach to they gave a few options that worked out. The hygienists are personable and efficient. Everyone is concerned with your comfort. They offer blankets, water, heated massage chairs, snacks. Dr. Belbeisi is very personable as well and talked to me at length about the dental implants I was considering and helped put my fears aside and was prompt at getting the ball rolling when I decided to do the procedure. Ive never had anything but good service in this office.

I always feel number one when I go to the office because Dr. B spends the time to focus on me during my visit and for the record is the best dentist I have ever had do fillings. I also love that an orthodontist is on staff as well which makes it so convenient to get everything in one spot to get your smile in tip top shape. So, I highly recommend this office as each and every staff member makes you feel important and no one is judging... they are just there to help you improve your smile.
