Stopped by RNR Tire Express to look into replacing the wheels on my 4Runner. Was fortunate to speak with Chris about options, upgrades, mileage differences with different size wheels, etc. It is nice to actually walk into a local retail store and meet with an expert. Although I eventually decided on a TRD Pro wheel elsewhere, that was a little more budget friendly, I would recommend RNR to anyone looking for a great selection and knowledgeable sales staff.

I’ve now gotten tires from these awesome guys at RNR twice. Every time I’m in the building, the environment is great. Smiles all around, friendly faces and lots of stock to choose from. The staff is knowledgeable and very attentive to their work and customers and go above and beyond their job to make me happy. Issues? Handled right away. The guys in the back pay attention to every detail as they change out your tires. For instance, didn’t know I had a bad wheel bearing. One of the guys caught it and brought it to my attention. I’ve been to shops, they change tire out and go on about their business. Not here. They genuinely care about their customers and get the job done correct. I will always recommend the Anderson RNR shop to anyone needing tires.

I came in to see if they could patch a tire that had a bolt go through. The guys here are awesome and were able to patch it even in an awkward spot. Friendly customer service, clean environment, amazing service. Ill be back when its time to upgrade for sure. Thanks RNR!

After having new tires and rims added to my truck, I noticed a very annoying flopping sound coming from the right front. After taking the truck back so they could check it out, was told they did everything correctly and I needed to take the truck somewhere else to have the shocks or rocker arm checked. There was NO issue prior to having larger tires and rims added that they recommend! I went in to have the same size put back on. Now every time I turn my steering wheel all the way right or left, there is another loud clapping noice coming from the front and the back. They should have checked to make sure there was going to be no issue in changing the size prior to installing. Now I have to pay for tires and wheels that are causing noises that are driving me crazy and pay to fix whatever happened by them putting larger tires and wheels on the truck.

I had a slow leaking tire after a long day at work and went to Firestone to have it fixed. However, after having a rude interaction with them and them not assisting me with my tire after being a loyal customer for many years, I looked up places near me and found RNR and I am so glad I did! I walked in at 5:50 apologizing because I knew they were about to close at 6 and figured they would probably turn me down too. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Landon, who was vacuuming and preparing to close, stopped to help me and assisted me with getting my car fixed. They were friendly, timely, and did not make me feel bad about keeping them late. Everyone I interacted with was great, respectful, and welcoming and I felt comfortable sitting in their clean facility while I waited for my car to be fixed. Their slogan of caring about serving you and not just providing service was evident today in how they helped me even as they were about to close. I highly recommend them and they have earned my business in the future!

Today I spent several hours at the Anderson location due to several issues with my tires and rims on my truck from when the rims and tires were first placed on the truck. They replaced everything that was messed up and even found another issue a long the way. Mikey was great and I truly appreciate them for not just trying to do a quick fix and getting me out the door. Andrew was also super helpful and I appreciate them for working with me.

SHOCKING FIND . The sales staff tells you the real honest truth. Facts only. Are these guys trying to make a profit? YES THEY ARE/WILL PUSH PRODUCT. Is this just another business making money off customer ignorance? Not even close. Was just getting prices when I walked in but in the next 3 days I will be starting not just a one time tire and wheel sale but a relationship with an industry insider I can trust. Im really really pleasantly surprised. Tyler is the guy to see. Its like talking to a family member that works there. I know Im not getting a discount but after a 20 minute conversation I honestly feel like Im getting a special deal. Really tyler is an exceptional representative. I left more educated and as comfortable spending $4000 as I can ever remember.

I was headed to watch my grandson 45 min away this morning My car said the driver rear tire was low. 19psi. I couldn’t find any place to get it fixed. I called RNR, they got me right in. Pulled out screw in the tread. Put in a plug. Sent me on my way, and no charge! Wonderful service! Thank you so much for saving the day RNR!!

The ppl here were super nice and laid back. Not usual pushy salesmen. Our salesman, the store manager, and the garage guys, down to the lady who did our paper work were all so welcoming and very straight up, explaining every detail. Id recommend this store in Anderson to anyone who asked. You can tell they love their customers, as there were a few that came in and the store manager Jason knew them by name, and they would just smile. It makes a difference when you deal with ppl, and you know they care.

Jason at RNR went out of his way to make thing right with my alignment. I have been dealing with them for a while now trying to find out why the tires keep getting eat up they werent ever able to get the alignment quite right. So Jason paid to have an alignment on my car at a place of my choosing. The company get 5 stars however Andrew with RNR of Anderson get 1 star for the terrible customer service, condescending tone, and trying to talk me out of having Jason pay for an alignment somewhere else. Also getting 1 star is tech Cody for trying to blame parts on my car for the issue when other mechanic and alignment techs said they were brand new ( which they are)

Came in for a tire repair. The tire couldn’t be patched because of the location, but they offered to put an emergency plug in it until I could get it replaced. Service was quick and associates were very courteous!This is my first experience with them and they made a great first impression! Will definitely come back.

I was on a road trip from Atlanta to Greenville, SC and caught a flat tire along the way. I called RNR and asked if they would be able to fit me in. I made my way to them on my spare and not only did they provide me with the worlds fastest tire change, the service from everyone there was absolutely superb! Jason, thank you for changing my tire and allowing me to get to my appointment in Greenville on time and to make it back to Atlanta safely. The staff is incredible and the service is top notch!

I went in primarily for an alignment and tires. They sold me an expensive set of tires, and did not do the alignment. The tech said there was an issue with the lower control arm bushing, and when I got that fixed theyd do the alignment. Took my car to a shop to get that checked out, and there is nothing wrong with the control arm. Waste of time and money, dishonest people.

I had a screw in my Land Rover.... stopped in and asked if they could look at for me and repair it on a Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. The young man came out looked at called over a technician who said yes it was an easy fix. I went in waited in nice relaxing, cool A/C waiting area. They came over to let me know how much longer it was going to be. Honestly, I don’t think I was there longer than 30 minutes. The manager and the technician both came over to let me know my car was ready. No charge and they both thanked me! Highly recommend! Super professional and clean!

Kacey is absolutely amazing!!!!! We went in there with an idea of what my husband and wanted for rims and tires. She took the time to show us each set of rims that would work on our truck and explain how each individual set would sit in his fender wells. When we came across the rims that we liked but had a negative offset (I didn’t have a clue what that meant), she explained to me what that meant. Once we decided on rims, Kasey asked us what kind of tires we were interested in and if we had any specific requirements that we needed. My husband is a retired veteran and only buys products made in the USA. She happily went to her computer and searched for tires like we had described to her that were made in the USA. That made our decision as to what tires to go with extremely easy. During our entire purchase process including when they installed our picks, Kacey made sure that we were happy with our decisions. She never at any time during our visit made us feel like we were taking up to much of her time and was more than happy to explain everything to us to ensure that we understood everything while picking out our new rims and tires. Because of how Kacey treated us we will continue to go to RNR for all our tire/rim needs. We have 4 vehicles in total and 3 that all need new tires every year (some of us push our tires to the max). We will be returning soon to get new tires on my car and my daughters truck, but we will make sure that Kacey is there prior to going. We have went to a different RNR store, but decided not to do business there. Going to Anderson’s RNR and Kacey being our sales lady was a true blessing. We will be telling all our friends and family to go to the Anderson store and ask for Kacey.

Repeat customer. On 8/28, I purchased replacement rims and tires for my 2014 Jaguar because the 2 front wheels had gotten slightly bent and were causing a slight shake. I contacted the store now under Jason and he went above and beyond and took care of my situation. He was very fast and very professional about it. The best part is he is keeping me on the road safe and sound. Not only that I got to watch how his team handled every customer during my wait with quick care. Nobody was kept waiting and during this covid-19 crisis that is a huge accomplishment in my eyes. Never do any payments on things you can pay for straight up. Companies that offer payment plans hide hidden charges. Its easier to cover it up by adding a month or two to your payment plan. You just see the monthly payment and think youre getting a good deal. When in fact youll pay for that tire twice.
