Just went here for the first time; had to find a new nail tech as I just moved across the country and Cindy was awesome! She really took her time and checked for detail to make sure my nails came out perfect. The only thing I would note are their prices- for the same service back home in NY that would typically cost $35 was $50 at this salon. Ill definitely be going back though!

The worst manicure- pedicure experience ever. They were unprofessional, unclean and just bad at their job. 6 staff members took turns to complete my service! My manicure was done in 5 minutes because they overbooked and clients waiting!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!

My experience was really bad.The lady who did my acrylic nails was not professional at all. She was so hard while filing my nails, I got cuts and bruises on the skin around. They asked me to do the payment in the middle of the process. And because I gave lesser amount of tip, the behavior suddenly changed. I realized and gave additional tip but the staff was really rude.Will never go that place again.

I’ve been coming for over two years and I’m so grateful to have found this place! They are professional, clean and so friendly! I feel so relaxed there, I enjoy their company and I just love the way my nails look every single time. This is the place to go if you’re looking for the best!

I’m a firm believer in true reviews. They got me in last minute, but it was not relaxing. My nails were done perfectly however, the woman who did my nails was rough with the nail file and now I have cuts from where it was rubbing into my skin. I’m giving this place a second chance because they were quick, look so cute and Tina does the best free hand I’ve seen.Update:My one nail had chipped twice in less than a week but they were very quick at fixing it and squeezing me in. Tina is who I would recommend and there is one other person I’ve had fix my nail, but I cannot remember her name. Tina also gave me recommendations on how to keep the color the longest and I appreciate the input because I’m constantly washing and using hand sanitizer.

Made an appt because it was a Sunday but when they started getting busy what should have been at least a 40 min appt for a pedicure got rushed and was done in 20 min. Also multiple people did the manicure as they kept shifting employees around trying to accommodate the rush. No focused attention. Just trying to get as many people in without any consideration to the ones that were already there.

I made a same-day appointment for my daughter and I to get Shellac Manis and Pedis. They were really easy to reach via FB and accommodating. She asked if we could come a little early so we did. Everyone was so friendly and nice.The down part of our experience was the fact that they made themselves so busy it ended up not being a very relaxing experience. We were there for close to 2 hours and during that time between the 2 of us, each employee did something on us (4 employees total) My pedi was started before my daughter and didnt finish until 20-25 mins after she was completely done. It isnt very relaxing to sit in cold water or have your feet out waiting and not knowing who would be doing the next step on me.My daughter asked for a different color because the color combo she chose didnt work as well as she thought and was dismissed therefore she doesnt love her nails but is tolerating them until it is time to take them off.It was super busy in there which is great and I am happy for them but if you are making appointments, please make sure you are able to dedicate the time to each client that they deserve and are paying for.

Excellent service, took the time to do it right! Cindy did my gel pedicure... I appreciate the fact that she checked all the corners of my toes for any sharp corners while massaging with oil. Also, she applied 3 coats of color, which will last a long time and really helps with depth of color! She was very fast, but thorough... I will be going back! Maybe to get a dip manicure next time, but for sure my gel toes! They look amazing and I was in and out in no time!

I got my nails done here a couple days ago and ended up hating the color. I called and they offered to change the color at no charge. They are also very clean and take all the precautions regarding covid-19. I absolutely love this salon so much. would give more stars if I could! love everything about them! Make an appointment NOW! This place was late on my appointment and had several people working on my pedicure...It was not relaxing...just a rush to make money.

I have been to a number of nail spa’s. I came here because it had decent ratings and is close to home. The ambience was good but the people working here are in some hurry. The girl doing my pedicure was in rush to accommodate the waiting customers. She hurt one of my toe nails too and before I knew, i was asked to get up and said “it is done”. Even my feet wasn’t properly dried up.I WILL NEVER COME HERE. I was still calm and did leave a tip but this is not how you treat your customers even if there is a waiting.Not to mention, i noticed the same treatment to another person who came in at same time as me and was “done” and asked to go sit at a small chair for her manicure fast. Bad bad customer experience. Somebody should look in to this.

I have been coming here for at least three years now. Super convenient location and they always make time for me. The owners and staff are amazing, love catching up with them everytime I come in. ( which is every other week) They always make sure I leave happy with the results! :) :)

Very rushed dip powder manicure. So much stuff underneath my nails. Also made me tip with cash. She had someone else in her chair right after I washed my hands otherwise I would have complained about it.

Went here for the first time today and thought it was really great. The salon is pretty and comfortable, clean and open and the staff was friendly, very thorough, fast and professional. I had ombré nails done and am very happy with the result. Will definitely go back!

I went here on Friday: 04/20/18.I am happy with the services. I called in and talked to Tina,she was so helpful. When I got there Cindy helped me, she told me about the different products they offer. I tried Shallac for the 1st time. She removed the old acrylic. My nails are so long and healthy. She took her time but not slow. She knew what she was doing. I will be back 😊😉

Tina did a fantastic job on my nails- they are even and flawless. She asked for my input multiple times and made sure I loved the shape and color before finishing. It was progressional and exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend!!

Horrible experience. Me and my friend came to the place to get manicures and since we were younger they took advantage. All the staff members was being very rude. They kept messing up on my freinds nails and re doing it, and kept on agrassivly tell her that they were not going to fix it. Also DO NOT GO THERE creepy man who was one of the staff was staring down my shirt the whole time. They were very agressive my nails hurt for two days becuase they srcubbed down too hard. Also very poor quality nails, got my nails done white and turned beige in one day. And they lied, and said the nails would last two weeks and one of my nails fell off within 3 days. They were mistreating us and kept rushing us and almost yelled at my friends by saying that they wouldnt fix her nail, then my mom walked in andd they suddenly started treating us nice. Also took down our appointment time for the wrong time, so we had to reschedule and they started yelling and saying that we were late. And they lied and said on the phone the whole set would be 35 dollars and when we were done they overcharged us 10 dollars. Horrible place, do not recomend

I really wanted them to be wonderful, because they have some awesome color options, but the polish didnt cover my whole nail. I asked for a dark green and wound up with a light blue. And then the *gel* polish started chipping within a day. It all came off within a week. Very disappointing!

Overcharged. Nails look NOTHING like I showed/asked for. Got a full set & dip and it has only been 4 days and the nails are already starting to wither. Nice people. Not happy with the outcome of my nails.

My feet feel so refreshed!Even though it was busy and walked in without an appointment. We didnt have to wait more then 10min. The pedicure was amazing! The staff friendly and knew what they were doing! Will return.

I brought a small tween birthday party here today and it was great! The location is very clean and the pricing is reasonable. The staff helping the girls were super patient with us and did excellent work - even fixing smudged nails without being asked. Each girl got flowers, hearts, or even a Halloween spider and web on their thumbs or big toes. The salon really helped make it a special day for everyone. Ill be back to get my nails done next!

I did not realize there was a management change the last time I was here. I liked my manicure and pedicure experience better than previous times without knowing there had been a management change. Better nail paint job, better nail art, and better customer service.I came again today. The experience was just as good as last time.I moved from Texas several years ago and have struggled to find a nail place that could do simple nail art... like I had in Texas. Both times, the flowers were elaborate and delicate. i am very excited to discover the new owners seem to be doing a better job.

Went in after several bad nail jobs and an extended time in Alaska with no refills. Was treated with an exquisite pedicure and a fresh setof beautiful acrylic nails. Highly recommend.

I been searching for a new place to do my nails in Issaquah and this place just fit my needs .Very friendly and on time, they listen to what u want and do an amazing work !! I wanted a ombre dip and not to many places do it and Tina did and amazing job and my nails look exactly how I wanted it them !!Plus the pedicure is great as well !! Fast, clean, and on point with your needs .. Totally recommend this place to anyone .

The service was good but after I removed my polish when it started to chip I discovered my nail beds are severely damaged on 7 of my 10 fingers. I am extremely upset and it will take a while for them to heal. This should not happen when “professionals” are doing a manicure.

This is a great place when you have an appointment or they’re not busy. The last few times that I’ve gone, I called ahead. They always say they have space but when I arrive, it’s very hurried and bad service. Unfortunately they drilled to my nail bed when taking off shellac and we had to stop the manicure- my nail bed is too raw and painful now.

Not impressed with new management. Not all nail techs are experienced, nicks, all around cuticles. It seems the owners are micro managers, even with their experienced nail techs.

I have been going to Tina and her team for a while. Every time I walk, they remember me, are very clean and professional.

Polish came off super fast. My feet were more dry and cracked the next day then they were when I went in.
