I tend to visit on weekends in the early afternoon and have never had to wait. So happy that this place opened right next to my house . I showed a picture of what I wanted with a little twist and I love the results. I didnt feel rushed at all and it was a pleasant experience. Ill definitely be back!

Im so impressed. It was such a relaxing experience with excellent service! My boyfriend and I walked into this salon late on a Wednesday evening. They took us in without an appointment and without question. Just went for the first time and I am beyond happy! I think this is my new fav place. Thank you all so much ! Wow just wow! I was amazed with there service. Very friendly and it feels like they care about the client! They take there time pay attention to details and all my girls loved this place! It was 5 of us and we were all treated like queens. This salon had message chairs too, just perfect! They even customized my color. My nail tech kept checking in if About my nails. It was just one of a kings experience, truly! Definitely going back I finally found a place that I truly felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you cindy! Anyone reading this review definitely gotta give this place a try !

The Issaquah Nails at Klahanie is one of the best locations! It doesnt seem to matter who I get, they all do an amazing job. They take great care with social distancing and sanitizing during this crazy time. Their services are essential for both my husband and me. We love Issaquah Nails!

Person who did my pedicure on Wednesday was lovely and did a great job. However Nail Tech left my cuticles bleeding and botched the acylic nail job. When I asked her if she could redo them she told me she didnt have the time. By wary of this establishment.

They always do a spectacular job and the people who work there are professional, and chatty :) always open to having conversation while they work their artistic magic and turn your nails into a form of pride!

I debated making a review, but just to spare others, I felt it necessary. I got a mani/pedi done here & the prices for the quality you receive, are really unrealistic. My cuticles were all but destroyed, the polish looked terrible & they need to clean their soaking tubs... a lot. My big toe was introduced to a fungus and its as gross as it sounds. The nail polish hid this little surprise for awhile, but I noticed the edges around my toe were discolored. I removed the polish & I find a yellow line under the nail. I had my PCP run a test & a fungal infection was confirmed. Im glad I was vigilant. Some people lose their toe if the infection is really bad. Be mindful of where you spend your money. Pay attention to the reviews. Honestly, had I done that, I wouldnt have managed to get a fungal infection.

We called for an appointment at 4pm for 3 manicures and showed up on time and they couldn’t find our appointment. For two it ended up being $110 which is WAY to much for issaquah nails. they didn’t inform us until we were half way through our nails that there would be extra costs. They also told us that they did find our appointment at the end and they were just confused. Poor customer service. The workers were nice though.

Please dont go here for any service unless you want to waste your money for unhygienic incomplete service.. I went yesterday afternoon for an eyebrow wax. Person who provided service did not wear a mask or gloves all through my stay in the salon even though they are charging an extra 5$ as covid-fee for any service. I paid 21$ for incomplete service. She barely waxed or shaped by brow.

I don’t know how to tell you how disgusting this place was the 2 times I went there.I went there one time to get shellac removed, and just assumed they were reorganizing so t was a big of a mess (and had a terrible smell)The second time I went here, I took my daughter with me to get pedicures. I left before they were even finish. I had to use the restroom, so I went to the back and there was food everywhere. Something molding in a cup by the break table. In the cup holders on mine and my daughters pedicure chair there were dirty napkins clearing out their on purpose to keep your eyes off of whatever was underneath the napkin. The waxing pot I saw was repulsive, and I am in the beauty industry as well, so I know the rule and regulations behind how things must be done and how they must be kept. I was so disappointed by this place. Especially being within the Klahanie community, I assumed they would have higher standards than that. I will never be going back, and I will be tell everyone I can that they shouldn’t go there either.

I am from Texas visiting my daughter. I wanted to treat us to a pedi so we went to Issaquah Nails. This has to be one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. It was all done in less than 20 minutes and looks like it. The cost was $54 for the two of us and I tipped $18. That was before I realized the mess they made.

I went in today to take my mom for a pedicure for her birthday, along with my 3 daughters for manicures.. They were so RUDE, my youngest daughter accidentally dropped her polish on the ground and the main boss lady or whatever she is... yelled at my almost 4 year old. We ended up just finishing my one daughters nails and left.. After we got home, which is an hour away.. I logged into my checking acct and They ran my card twice.. I noticed at the salon but she said it didnt read it the first time.. Im dreading calling them tomorrow.. I would NOT recommend these people!

Pedicure there is amazing. And the toe nail flower is beautiful!

I love this salon, the staff are friendly and do a great job.

They overcharged me $16.00 and I had to find out by my credit card because the receipt was so vague. I had never seen that before.I will NEVER go back there.I was going to go in every week for a shampoo so they lost that and a monthly haircut.It wont break them but I will tell everyone!Very deceptive!!I would give them no stars if I could!

The person that did my nails was nice and the french tip pedicure turned out well, but I do not feel like the place was very clean at all-- they didnt sanitize the soaking tub before shoving a new person into the spot next to me and my manicure was not good at all-- my cuticles look horrible.

I hate this place they cut my nails that took 5 months to grow out. Never coming back. DONT COME HERE. They aren’t very nice and don’t ask about anything other than what color you want. NEVER EVER AM I COMING BACK

NEVER COMING BACK !!!!!!!! I gave this place 2 chances, and they were rude. No one greeted me when I came in. I am big on customer service and they just dont have it.

Been up there 2 days in a row they said something and then 2 walk in came in and took them said they had no one too fill my nails.

They are a bit slow.
