They do service according to what color you are. I always came here and most of the time the service is ok. But the last 2 times it’s so bad. They do an exceptional service if you are a white woman but if you are any other color they act as if I pay with paper not money. Don’t I pay the same money as anyone?? I tip really well and they ask fir cash and I pay cash tip. The attitude especially from a guy who works there is horrible. I will never go back again, there are so many other salons out there to explore

DO NOT GO HERE! I just finished and my nails look horrible. I asked them to fix it and they laughed and said no. I got dip and my nails are not straight, I have glue all over my hands and under my nails, the nail over laps the skin of my nail on the side, and my nails are so thick. Its horrible. I dont think they were ever trained how to do it. We then after leaving tried to call and respectfully request them to do something about it or please give refund even if partial and they hung up on us three times stating they have no time for us. Im so upset. Do not go here. Waste of money.

I’ve only been twice, but I’ve been impressed both times. They do both appointments and by walk in. I’ve gone in a weekend each time and never had to wait more than a few minutes. They have a nice selection of shellac and gel colors. The technicians are skilled and do a great job! The prices are typical, I think. They prefer cash, but accept cards.

I set an appt for my mom and I for pedicures and manicures (mine was shellac). We were a few minutes late and they were very nice about it and accomadating. My shellac mani looks wonderful and the technician was attentive. My pedicure was going well until she was trimming my cuticle and cut my cuticle and I could tell she was getting pretty close so when I said ouch and winced I already knew it was bleeding. For the rest of the pedicure she was trying to keep it from bleeding with the bottle of stuff they have and a cotton swab. My feet are very soft and everything else was good but she did seem to rush through the paint even though we were still in the open hours time frame. When I checked out I paid for both our sets of services and she seemed annoyed I didnt tip more even though the paint is streaked from the bleeding and doesnt look that great. My moms services were good and she enjoyed the time to relax after a long drive. I probably wont go back for pedicures but would consider it for manicures.

Great service. Tons of options for shellac. Very attentive to detail and they give a paraffin treatment and massage at the end.

Ive known DeDe since I was little, she used to work at Issaquah Nails up in Klahnie and opened Art Deco. Its a little hole in the wall but the absolute best! They dont rush you out and have incredible attention to detail. They give the BEST massages, hands down, and the LONGEST! A mani includes hot wax for the smoothest skin, a forearm/hand massage and a shoulder/neck massage. A spa medi includes the same with a salt scrub, massage, hot wax and leg/foot massage. They truly spoil you and I promise youll walk out of there relaxed with the best nails all thanks to their service and friendly atmosphere.

Decent price for a manicure at $13 but terrible service and quality. Less than one day later the polish is chipping around my cuticles and I can see gaps near the edges that they decided not to paint. Ill be going in a couple days to another salon for a repaint. Took roughly 50 minutes even though only 2 people were in there when I walked in. no communication about how long to wait before getting started, how long to wait under the fan. She just stuck me under the fan and went to the back to eat dinner with others in the salon while I waited for further guidance. Wont ever return, and the plaza this is in is pretty sketchy

Im giving this place 2 stars because I LOVED my pedicure!! The woman took her time, and gave the best foot massage!! However, my acrylics are a different story. I wanted grave yard shaped nails, and ended up with, lopsided, square nails. The lady also cut me in multiple spots, forgot to have me wash the powder off my hands, and used an old nail filer on me. When my friend and I left, it already looked like we needed fills. If it wasnt for an amazing pedicure, I wouldnt even rate this place 2 stars.UPDATE:Today I went to get a fill, I decided to give them another chance!Im so happy I did!! Ben did my nails today and he did such an AMAZING job!! I am so happy with the way my nails look. Perfect graveyard shape, perfect color, and he gave me a great massage!!

I have been coming here over 6 months now and I love it! The service is the best, friendly and accommodating staff. You get a neck rub with every nail service. Ive set friends here and they are now regulars too. I highly recommend this spot for manicures, pedicures and acrylics !

This place is awesome! I always get a shellac manicure and it lasts forever. They put your hands in hot wax, it feels amazing! Then tgey give you a neck, shoulder and back massage! It feels so great after a long work day and its only $35! This is my new place.

Two stars because they used to be good (it’s been a while since I was last in), but the nail tech I had today was horrendous. He was rude, didn’t know how to do shellac (????), and my nails are thick and uneven. The ladies I’ve had here before have all been pretty good, so I would try to go to them. You may have a better experience.

I receive consistent service here. They could staff a little more since there is usually a wait. But any request Ive made they have been able to get the best results so my nails end up beautiful.

Even on a busy day...Mothers Day...with multiple people coming in the door without appointments, I never felt rushed. They took their time and paid attention to detail. Cindy gives an incredible massage, so if you really want a great experience, ask for her by name! I will definitely be back.

The BEST pedicure and manicure I have ever received! Considering the quality, the price is cheap. The entire salon was friendly, not just my manicurist and she was incredibly detailed and thorough. My sister and I felt like we truly had a spa day.

I just moved to Issaquah. Found this quiet and nice nail shop. Very friendly staffs. Quality of work is average, but they try hard to give a good service to customers. Price is cheaper than Bellevue where I used to go, but extra service such as shoulder massage and paraffin wax therapy at the end manicure and pedicure. I will go back there.

A group of us came here with the bride to get our nails done. We brought champagne and the staff was very professional and accommodating. My mani pedi was great and Ive had no chips so far!

They had a man do my nails and he wasnt gentile and laughed when i yanked my hand away in pain. He didnt understand when I asked for them as short as possible so he cut them once and I had to keep saying shorter... but still didnt get them as short as I like so i can still do my job. They didnt turn out so well and I wont be going back. Prices are high for what you get.

Nice staff, good experience, but they cut my nails short when I asked for them not to. Also did not get to choose the color of my design. Another customer had a meltdown when I was there.

Terrible job! I sincerely doubt the guy who did my nails has a legitimate license! Ive done a better job, In Far Less Time... Myself with a Sallys acrylic set from the drug store!!!! I came in expecting a pretty decent job when I saw the price for a full set of white tip Acrylics was $35.00 and a toe color change was another $10.00. After nearly 2 entire hours, He did not understand the shape oval or Even Round for that matter... After telling him 5 seperate times and having the other nail techs tell him 3 times in their own language; he still left me with short, fat, rounded-squarish nails... All different shapes and lengths, as thick and uneven as Ive ever even seen!!!! If that wasnt bad enough he left just as much acryllic junk underneath my nails!!! My toe color change took another hour.. And looks very choppy. If I hadnt already been Very Late for my appointment, I would have told them I wasnt going to pay, but after SEVERAL hours trying to communicate, with the result only getting worse... While my toes were drying a lady came in demanding they fix Her Nails that were Already separating from her nails. She said The LAST TIME IT HAPPENED.... They all came off after just a couple days!!!! The nail tech just grabbed some glue and squeezed it under each nail, and said ok. Good now. I simply cut my many losses and GOT OUT OF THERE!!!!

Edit. This review was posted afew years ago. They service has gone downhill. I went to have acrylics removed, and a manicure done. They used a liquid to melt the acrylics off, which is awesome. I much prefer that to having them ripped off. However, the normal polish is old, and looked weeks old the next day. The tech was still careful, but she seemed disinterested and a bit hurried. They charge as much as other salons in the area, but the outcome isnt as good.This is the best pedicure I have gotten in the Issaquah area! The techs are quiet but friendly, very careful with your skin, and take the time to make sure the job is done right. The massage was AMAZING! I will definitely be going back.The quality of their work is similar to something you would get at a professional spa.

...I dont understand why this place is so highly recommend...I was told by 12 ppl to go. I went and got a pedi it was just ok...deff had better went back to get my nails done...they didnt fill correctly. Looked like my nails grew out a week...didnt put a top coat on. And didnt want to make them shorter when i got my set. Though noticed they charge for a trim so thats why...When getting my brows done the lady practically wripped my skin off no aloe after and when I asked for her to shape then better she pulled the whole I cant speak English thing.

Do not go there horrible service that lady was so rude and rough, I was waiting for my turn and because I saw how mean she was I ask if I could wait for someone else and they denied service the lady next to me ask her a question and she didnt answer and Im pretty sure they were talking about us in their language thats so rude so at the end looking at the nails that my sister my mom and my sister in law, I should thank them they denied service to me the job they did it was slappy, and not to mention that they Are not sanitary at all

I got the full set gel nail and the technician did well but she had a Nasty attitude. They dont close until 7 p.m. and I arrived at 5:15 p.m. She treated me as though Id walked in 10 minutes before closing time. She was rough and impatient. I told the woman at checkout about the technicians attitude and she looked at me and walked away.First and last visit.
