Went to the nail company for the first time. Cindy did my nails and charged me $95 for a full set no manicure plus swirl design. I showed her the price list from the website and she said it was from 10years ago. She was nice but a crook. I will not be back.

Perfect nail shaping, a relaxing and also equally enjoyable pedicure. A little on the pricey side for me (55/pedicure 65/full set). I do like they only offer gel for polishes as well. Its been nearly a month & all of my nails are still on, no lifting. 💅🏾

I came here for the first time ever. I was helped quickly but the lady technician I had was rough not friendly or gentle or very professional with her attitude and her argumentative opinions. I got nail design and three colors and jewelry on my nails. The pedicure I got as well was rude on rushing me to pick a color and I didn’t appreciate being rushed or rudeness of there attitudes here. They also don’t accept card here which was not mentioned when I called and the same lady who did my nails was rude to me on the phone. I have traveled a lot of different nail salons around and this is by far the WORST unprofessional customer service experience for me. This place is not cheap for the rudeness and rushed out the door and not gentle service experience by far. I won’t be back this is poor service and the most unfriendly customer service experience I have had. The lady rushed me of money before even finishing my nails today. Not friendly service here. Rude ignorant and disrespectful attitudes towards new people.

The customer service was excellent! I’ll start with the good of course and then the bad! unfortunately I had to come here last minute and I got the dip powder on my nails. I went Friday and it’s already peeling off like stickers 😂 the cost was extremely in my opinion because all I received was this for the price of 75 dollars! 😂😂😂😂no manicure just the dip powder Again I said 75 dollars lmao 😂 I definitely understand knowing your worth and being open to receive but this was totally a rip off! I’ll never return but again the customer service was nice but their prices do not match the quality received. 🤦🏾‍♀️😣

They were way to busy, but took everyones temperature and had people wait in there cars after getting there phone numbers to be safe. I like my nails a lot and plan on going back. Kinda pricey but Ive learned you get what you pay for!

I was really nervous about getting a pedicure because of the reviews but they lady did a great job and she was nice. She took her time and did the pedicure the correct way! Charging to use my card $10 is a little ridiculous!

I waited over an hour just to get my feet done! They were nice but $50 was wayyyyy to much for a basic pedicure when the board clearly says $33 for women on top of that the older lady whom done my feet painted my toes like my daughter would! I’m disappointed and that’s probably why they have no refunds up there this was wayyy below a 1 star service was horrible

Website says pedicure is $25. My daughter got a pedicure and was charged $52.50…for an 11 year old. The price was outrageous and the customer service was less than desirable when I called and questioned the price. Go somewhere else, where pedicures are better quality and half the price.

I walked in for a full set and a pedicure. Prices were supposed to be 35 for pedicure and 45 for french tip full set I got my pedicure and went over to get nails done after sitting for 30 min. The woman comes and clips all of my natural nails puts on two tips and then proceeds to inform me that its 60 dollars for the full set and its only 45 if you do it on your natural nail no tips i paid 115 dollars for the French tip full set and a pedicure needless to say I did not leave a tip. They had already charged my 35 dollars over. The woman tore up my cuticles trying to get done too fast and I still have nails that werent shaped with my fingers.

Pedicure was nice but they rushed through it. Gel polish on my finger nails peeled off the next day. The male owner pushed back on a woman who wanted her nails soaked off instead of clipped. She kept saying ouch. He got mad and kept saying it will take 45 minutes to soak. They rushed through everything. I was quoted 85 for a mani pedi, but paid 95 plus 5% credit card fee. Such a rip off. 4 years ago this salon was awesome, not anymore. I will never go back and never recommend.

Did a poor job on feet then when I told her my feet were not smooth in places she want to get more money .. I paid $38 my feet should look and feel good they dont she didnt even evenly file my toe nail they were all jagged I had to file them over at home...will not return PERIOD

I got a pedicure. Not clean, the lady did a terrible job. Uneven polish and didnt file my nails straight. When I complained, they did nothing to fix the problem. Didnt massage my feet let alone my lower legs. Way overpriced for what you get.

WORST nail salon in Indianapolis. I reminded them of safety guidelines due to COVID-19 after seeing the film in foot basin.They refuse to use new or freshly sterilized instruments. They refuse to clean station in between clients. Taking multiple clients in pedicure station without washing between. I asked to speak to the owner and she refused to make any changes. She stated noone else complains and continued as if it were my fault. POOR customer service, and non sanitary.

The main lady (always wears the Lv hat) rushes your service and while shes doing yours shes trying to do everybody elses too just so she can take every customer that walks in the door. She doesnt do everything the service you pick intitles and she doesnt listen to anything extra or anything that you dont want she still does what she wants to do. Ive been here three times now only because the main place I go to couldnt get me in and theyve let me down every time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

The absolute best nail shop Ive been to in Indy!!! Very professional,respectfull, knowledgeable staff greet you immediately as you come in! Super short wait time, in and out on a Thursday in no time Flat! Recommendation from another shop who couldnt provide the nail technique I wanted! Best accidental trip EVER!! Not sure what you want, theyll get you right! Ladies were leaving show teeth so proud of there new mani! Come once youll find your new to go to Nail Shop!.....*UPDATE* So....after a day one, by one nails popped off as if they were Lee press on nails! I have never had nails just pop off the next day that was professionally done, CRAZY! I was going to have the first repaired but, before I could fix that one, another came off while I was at work(embarrassing) nothing strenuous at my lunch break reached for the water bottle, looked at my, hand nail gone! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

They use the same tools onEverybody and there rude. Talk to you like your their child. The lady screamed at “SIT DOWN ! WAIT!!” Those people are just mean. And hung up the phone on me.

I was driving by and I saw this place. It’s Overpriced, not allowed to stay to let your nails dry. They charge an extra fee of $1.50 if you use your debi/credit card. It’s a tense environment with the nail techs speaking a foreign language and speaking loudly to one another. They do check your temperature when you walk in and you wash your hands. They wanted to charge me $50 for a pedicure, they told me they didn’t do regular pedi. As I was walking out the door she said she could do it. Will not return, not relaxing at all.

Go see cindy she did amazing my new nail tech she did glow in the dark ombre thick so they dont brake also my nails are very sensitive and she took time on them and was very careful plus none of my nails look funny nor curve

Their prices are extremely expensive for the same work other nail shops offer, they only offer gel polish which what I love but a basic pedicure is $55 +. First and last time ever going to that place.

Dont be fooled by how nice the place looks. Most techs I saw were rude but host and my tech were friendly. I didnt mind my 20min wait (though the place was empty when I walked in) because chairs are comfy and place was clean. I had the female tech who CANNOT POLISH NAILS. No bottom coat, no top coat and the finish product looked worse than what I do at home. I refused to let her do my manicure. Massage & cuticle clip were great and she was a nice old lady so I paid. Other techs were too rude for me to ask for a repaint so I just left. Save your money and go anywhere but here.

I got my nails done here and it was $140 for a gel mani pedi with a full set. Ive never paid that much but it seemed like good quality. my toes are already missing gel, was really hoping to last until after spring break. Not good quality for the high price.

Just moving back here from Texas, and been looking for a great place to get pampered. Tried a few places around Shadeland area, and this was the best one. This is my second time here. It wasnt packed, the wait time was decent. The pricing is respectable. The lady who did my feet did a good job ( could have been a little more neat on painting). I wont complain too much on that, because my first time she did great. I will be coming back.

Nice Salon. Visited 07/2020. Mask is required. Call first since theyve reopened for wait times but they are doing walk ins only. Sweet staff, clean space && quick service.

Very unsanitary and low quality, credit cards are a 5% bonus charge on top of total bill. My finger started bleeding from the sloppy cuticle trim and she dabbed at it with a dirty cloth. Didnt wash hands between pedicure and manicure either, very gross!

I had the owner Cindy do my nails. 65 for the fairy dust diamonds and marble. That is not bad. I love them so much theyre so sweet every time I walk in and they know my name. Ive only been there twice and love the fact they remember my name. I got my moms feet done and The woman there was also very kind her. Would highly suggest coming.

Only a couple people are very good at doing the nails there but they are very over priced and the wait is forever. The owner will lie to people and tell them a 5 minute wait with almost 4 people in front of them. I set there for almost 3 hours waiting and had to leave because it was taking to long. Again they are very friendly and very good at doing nails but I went in there for a fill in she took all my nails off and made me pay for a full set which was $55 and all it was was coffin shaped and one gel polish. Then I went in there for a fill in again it was one simple color it was $50. The prices do not make sense

This was my first time going to this nail salon, and even though I had to wait a while, Im very pleased with my nails. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean, except the brown chairs could use a wash off. The man that did my nails was very quick, but he did an awesome job. I will definitely be going back!

My experiences at this salon have been great until my last visit. I stopped in to get my powder dip off and a gel manicure. The owner helped me and was pushing for me to get the dip again. After several attempts, we settled on gel manicure (which by the way she charged me $40 for). My nails were chipping less than 24 hours after getting them done! By day two..all of them were peeling off. I don’t know if she forgot to put the bonding stuff on or the topcoat after the polish but whatever the case is, I just wasted $40 not including tip at this location. I will not be back!

They have set the bar on quality in my opinion! Great quality, efficient, nice setting! And I love the order they have. The only thing that I don’t like is that they prop the doors open and it’s hard to relax when you at swatting flys and bees!!!

Came here once, very clean.nice and welcoming.Not today?Tub was clean, but the place is dirty, dusty and they have a constant beep, that they can not stop. Tv blaring?!! Sat in water for 15-20 minutes, and began to freeze . This is why I do t like these type of places.....0 customer service, 0 relaxation. Ugh!That beep!!!In the water or I would have left!Not again!

I went to go get a full set and the owner called me up there because it was my turn so she was asking me what I wanted and I said acrylic she tried to give me powder and I said no she kept sayin powder and I had said no acrylic and she acted like she didn’t know what acrylic was and she told me for all that is 75 like ohh no honey that’s way to much for a full set.

WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN! I asked for a very simple service. Mani with color French tips. Mani was just okay. She was a little rough with the file but I have short short nails so I get that it is harder to shape. GEL polish. The lines were not straight at all, color not evenly put on, color polish all over my skin and nail beds and under my nails. The lady offered to take it off and redo, I agreed. She couldnt get it all off and then asked if she could just paint my whole nail. That is not really what I wanted but at this point I just wanted out of there. She then offered to paint them black to cover up all the bad polish. I first had selected a dark purple so I had to do something just as dark. Selected a dark blue and just had her use regular polish so I could get out of there. I want to say that the paint job was better with regular polish but I cant. I could paint better than that when I was in grade school. At check out they still charged me $15. I did give a low tip as I really feel the lady probably did the best to her ability and she was nice about the whole thing. After I came back to the hotel (Im here for work and live in Ohio) and soaked in the tub I was able to get all the paint off my skin and from around my nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are 20 other nails places close to this one. Do not waste your time or money here!

This place is amazing! Im not sure if the inside was under construction or that was a normal kinda mess....buuuuut the nail techs are out of bounds and i left satisfied. The time it took, price, shape, weight, color, just perfect!! go here!

I was told a 5 min wait...waited over an hour. Was told it would be $60 but ended up being $79. Rushed paint job and it looks sloppy. So I paid about $80 for a full set that look like they should have cost maybe $40

Extremely unfriendly... they did a rushed job on my nails. After only 3 days my nails were lifting. When I went back for a replacement they were very unapologetic. There are nail shops on every corner. Skip passed this one. They also charged me extra to repair my nail when it’s posted right on the wall. CROOKS. RUN AWAY FAST!

Ann did such a great job. She spent so much time making sure my feet were perfect. Havent had a pedicure in 7 years, so I needed a lot of attention. She was also really nice.

Nice folks, but it would help if they knew the English language a little bit better. Plus, the lady that was talking to me and and doing my toenails, and feet, was hardly able to speak the language through a face filter. They did a pretty good job on my feet, but I still had some leftover callus.

My daughter and I went to get our nails filled today. Not happy, the owner did our nails and she cut mine way too short and the gel polish was not what I picked out. Not dark enough, it needed a base color to match what was on the sample. My daughters nails have dips in the polish and cost way more than was posted on the price list. It was $75 for both of us total. I could have gone elsewhere and got a new full set for that price. I will never go back to that place. NOT HAPPY 😠

I was leaving for Jamaica andxwanted to get a quick toenail polish.They charged me 15.00 and my polish was chipping 4 days later.I came home from vacation 4 days after that and I stopped in to see if they would repair my chipped polish but I was told NO because it wasnt Gel Polish...Never again!My daughter also had a nail break two days after getting a full set and they wouldnt fix her nail either

WORST nail salon I’ve been to! The whole time the staff tried to convince us to buy the more expensive set of nails and charged extra for everything. Waited over two hours for ONE pedicure after calling and asking if there was a wait. Owner lied about scheduling and was so rude when confronted. Do not come here.

Prepare to wait at least an hour regardless of how slow it is and how many people are working. They also ignore the sign in order and just keep telling you your next but not meaning it/pulling people who came in 45 minutes after you (this happened to at least two other customers while I waited 2 hours to get started). The pedicure was subpar to boot!! I repeatedly said the water was scalding to no avail. I just kept getting told to put my feet in. They did the same to my mother. I was hoping to find a new nail place near my new home, but this is definitely not it.

My first time going me and my eight year old daughter went the guy Matt did a wonderful job. I found my regular nail shop now I am very happy and pleased. Very nice people

I just came in to get my eyebrows waxed. I told the lady I have been growing them for some time because I DO NOT WANT THEM THIN!! however, she rushed me with four tears and no touch up. I know I said not thin and when I told her she told me I didn’t say that. She took dam near all my brows off. Like I really would not even give 1 star

I went to this nail salon plenty of times and I never really had a problem with them until today. I went today to get one nail fixed and the lady said she wouldnt fix anything she didnt do.. It was the craziest thing I have ever heard. And she couldnt give me an explanation as to why. So she refused me service. I will never go there again and wont be referring any other pal there. They dont have to many selections of paint either I had to coach one of their nail tech on how to do cat eyes. NEVER AGAIN

At the nail company now been waiting for ever. The owner keep stopping and doing other thing. Not paying attention to the pe9 she has waiting. Stops to talk other still waiting. Doing everything else all over the place. Ive been waiting for 2 hr. Dont come here.

The service itself is good considering pricing, but they do not know what the definition of appointment is. When you inquire about when you will be seen, they get defensive. If you have all day to wait because they do not know how to run things smoothly and efficiently, by all means its a good shop on the east side. If you are working on limited time and try to plan things accordingly, do not waste your time!

Walked in today and sat right down for a pedi new chairs and new set up very grateful for them getting me in verses magic nails across the street.

The lady rush through my pedi and the job she did was not all that good either.

Place was nice but i sat there for 2 hours and had my nails cut and then told to sit back down they took someone else and then the nail tech left and i was left sitting there only to walk out with nothing done. I will stick with my normal spot from now on. They lost out on good money.

This place is awful! The owner is rude with no customer service skills. I waited for 3 hours & never got service. Was told I could leave! Do not patronize this place! You can see by the owners response what time of place this is. Ive contacted BBB & Veterans with Disabilities. The owner & shop is very ghetto. They were talking about smoking pot & using very vulgar language. Im new to this city & glad I did not give this jerk a dime. 3 hours out my day was more than enough.

So i went to this place because they have 3.9 stars on google but i showed up and they were prompt with getting me in, but the guy that i got (he did not tell me his name) was very unperson-able to say the least. I sat down and he asked me to pick my colors i did and he got to doing my nails, i got a fill in and asked to have my nails shaped differently. When he was filing my nails he was really rough and cut my fingers multiple different times to the point where i bled, and then got an attitude with me saying that I need to quit jerking like that in a very rude demeanor. Him asking my color and saying this was literally the only thing he said to me the whole time i was there and he acted like he didnt want to be doing it in the first place. When i left, i also noticed that i have color on my fingers that he got on me and did not clean up. I will NEVER go to this shop again and I think the google reviews are very misleading. It may have just been the guy that i got and my nails turned out to be pretty but it wasnt worth the pain and attitude. And on top of that they said they were gonna charge me $34 and charged my card $42

This use to be my one and only nail place until my last visit. As I was sitting at the drying station letting my nails and toes dry a mouse ran pass my foot. That is unsanitary and I WILL NOT be going back for any services.

I made an appointment and they couldn’t even honor it, there was a woman before me that had been waiting for over 30 minutes past her appointment time. Decent service but not worth the wait. Here’s some advice, don’t offer appointments if you aren’t going to follow the procedure of appointments first, then walk ins. And to think, I was going to tip you very well.

The service sucked I asked how much for ombré nails and was told a price I couldn’t afford at the time and because I told them I wanted just a full clear set instead the nail tech got upset with me and was just rude while doing my nails I have been here multiple times and have never felt so bad and disrespected I will never be back thanks but no thanks

A bit slow, not enough staff for the traffic they get but I love them. Gets kinda hot, some days they don’t turn the ac on and it’ll feel like a sauna but other than that they’re good.

I give this place 2 stars because they are very welcoming, we know why. The service by the guys is aweful. I went for a fill in of my acrylic nails and I got out with little pieces of nail, softer and thinner than my real nails. I didn’t have time to stay for another hour to redo my nails but I had to know they were gonna do a bad job since been in there a client returned to complaint and redo her nails!! Get another place, make you a favor!!!
