I absolutely love Britneys nails. She has been doing my nails for the last 2 months & I swear I will never go any where else ever again! She always listens to what I want & goes above & beyond! If ur looking for an affordable but amazing nail place look no further! You wont be disappointed!

First time going was amazing! Great conversation and staff. I will never fo to another shop. The ladies there are absolutely amazing!

Waited a long time but they were busy and I was a walk in. Got sat in a chair to wait some more. Then I showed her a simple pink and white ombre Brittany said she could do it. She very quickly put my nails on and the white acrylic and the the pink. Then I sat and waited more while she did 2 more people. The nails are not the same length I asked for shorter and she acted like she didnt want to go any shorter. The colors are not blended out well at all. I asked for coffen shape some are and some are square. Then to be told for a full set it was $85. I used to go every 2 weeks but took a break and let my nails breath and now they are to rushed dont change drills between people.

Checked in with the pedicure chosen as prices range $30-70. Went to check ou and was charged more. I stated what price I was quoted and I was told I didn’t communicate well. Brittany and other girl were extremely rude. Awful experience—will never go back and strongly suggest you don’t go either

Took my daughter here twice (last time was April 11th) to get her nails done. The first time my daughter got acrylic, & I allowed Britney to do an overlay on my nails. She did a beautiful job on my daughters nails. However, I gave 4 stars instead of 5, only bcuz I can’t honestly say that I was satisfied with the simple overlay I got (I’m trying to let my nails grow out). She used the wrong kind of powder, & it looked too thick & bulky. Not at all natural like it should’ve.

Just throwing a heads up out there for Britneys Nails on thompson and emerson. I asked for regular polish, they gave me gel and I brought it up right when I noticed (I dont get my nails done often) and they told me gel is more money and that it comes with a guarantee since COVID makes us wash our hands more, I told them again I didnt care about the guarantee but they wouldnt change the polish. As you can see, 24 hours later its all peeling off. 2nd issue was I showed them a simple design and they said they could do it. Took 3 people 2 hours to just paint my nails and I did not get the design I wanted. 3rd issue was the lady used the same electric file on my hands as they used on my friends! No changing it. 4th they werent wearing mask and one lady kept arguing with me on colors/ telling me to go to the dollar store and get acetone to take the polish off myself instead of them fixing it. My friend still paid for the nails while I washed my hands and they told her that they charge for every color they messed up on. Please save yourself the hassel and money.

I was gonna get a mani-pedi but after she finished my pedicure in like 15 minutes flat and I still had cuticles on my toes that was not trimmed. It was clear she didnt know what she was doing. On top of that I told her I wanted my nails buff shine not clear. She had no idea of what I was talking about. I should have picked up on a big sign that I overlooked. She came out with tools not even in a sanitized sealed bag. Look like they just been pulled out of a drawer. Or just finished the last person before me with the same tools. Im sure hoping I dont have any problems from those tools.

1st & 2nd time polish was left on some of my toes. They were not fully polished from side to side. This 2nd time the skin on my toes were not fully clipped. I saw this after I went outside, I can only see well in good light. They wanted me to wait until they finished the next customer after me, that they had just started, to correct the issue; both times! I left & will not go back!

The acrylic broke one nail when left too thin. Then one hand nails longer than the other and rough left paint on hand just felt like she wanted me out of there fast did horrible job stopped by other nail shop they made it right

I absolutely love this place!!! I have been to 4 different nail salons around me, and this is by far the best. Their pricing is reasonable and my nails are always perfect. Britney Luz and everyone else there are so nice and clearly WANT to be there. Its always very clean and well put together. They know their customers by name and it feels like a family. If your looking for a new nail salon, come here. Also they do good eyebrows as well.

I got gel manicure and pedicures for my 10 yr old daughter and I, I spent $170 and my nails look terrible, my toes look like a preschool kid did them and the bottom of my feet are splitting open, like little pain cuts. My daughters nails are already chipping and messed up. my water was dirty,, someone elses before me,, they changed it 10 mins after soaking in it,, leaving me in no water for over 15min .my daughtergot expensive designs as well and Im just really disappointed. I never get pampered and this is my daughters first time going. Just not happy. I called but no one wants to act like they understand you...

I very much enjoyed the kindness of the lady that did my service. But I am disappointed in the final results. Ive NEVER had a pedicure and left with my feet feeling dry and rough. I asked if they could do designs and was told yes but a silver lining is not my idea of a design. The nail polishes were old and dried out. First color was old and second selection was old. I only tipped because she had a GREAT personality but I will never be returning.

They are sometimes on time when its not busy. So when its busy then they might rush. but it will be a very long wait. I still reccomend going there, its very friendly. they treat customers like family! They have new books that they use. and sometimes theres an extra person thats helping everyone. honestly the best place ive ever been to!

I knew I was going to have a great experience the second that I walked in and was greeted with smiling faces and a great environment. Great conversation and great pedicures and Manicures. Hannah did my toes and did an amazing job. Britney did my hands and did an amazing job. Luz did my moms toes and did an amazing job. And Britney did an amazing job on my mothers and my best friends hands as well. We all 3 are happy girls. I would definitely recommend this place. Its very clean and friendly.

We had an appointment at 5:30 and they didnt get to us until 6:15. Two pedicures and a manicure was $155.. They did not tell us we were having the deluxe pedicure nor did they ask if we wanted gel on our toes, so that was additional up charge.. They completely missed one of my toes and I didnt notice until I got home, I went back and they would not give me a refund on one of the pedicures (he did an awful job with the paint and burned my toe with the gel polish). They offered to paint my toe they missed, but I probably would have waited thirty minutes. Do not recommend.

We went into the salon and asked for a pedicure/manicure for me and my daughter. They had towels all over the floor from some sort of leaking basin. We sat and waited for 70 minutes. I asked for the water to be warmed up only to be told ‘you’re next. They busy’. Turns out I wasn’t next. We sat for 15 more minutes. Finally we requested a towel to dry off because it was getting ridiculous. Unless you have 4 hours to wait and you’re ok with cold water, I’d say go somewhere else.

This is the all around best salon I’ve ever been to! They were so sweet & made sure all my needs were met . I got a great deluxe pedicure that was amazing & relaxing my Hannah! & I tried the powder acrylic nails for the first time & was so impressed with how they turned out! I will not be going to any other salon. Everyone that’s works there was super nice! The prices are a little higher than other places but it was definitely well worth it!

I went on 1-23-21 and immediately my nails kept popping off its my first time getting my nails done ever but I know they shouldnt be doing this 😭😭 I love my nails but I spent 200 there for 3 full sets and then tipped them each for this poor quality 😭 Brittany painted mine. One did the marble effect for me. And one glued my nails down.

This was the second place Ive been to since I wasnt impressed with the first place. This place had good reviews so my friend and I decided to give it a try. Service was better than expected. Prices were fair. My nails look great. We will be returning.

This nail salon is awful! They get you in the chair and start doing your nail service just enough to where you won’t leave, then leave you sitting there while they go work on someone else. Brittany is all over the place. She just needs to slow down. She rushes all over and does a terrible job. None of my nails were even or the shape I asked for. She just does what she wants. She’s sloppy at polishing nails and half of my gel nail polish chipped within 3 days of getting my nails done. I will never go back. Complete waste of my time and money. I hate that it made me even give them one star.

I wish I could give them zero stars. My finger was cut more than once. Their equipment was extremely dirty so I should have known service would be poor. This is what I was left with. I just paid and left what a shame.

Came here for a fill in instead of where I originally got my nails done. They were fast and the prices were fair. Im happy with how my nails turned out. I plan on coming back.

I went to the salon in a whim with my son. He got a pedicure with was very nice. He was very pleased. I had a man start with me to get my nails filled. He was very chatty and nice. Another coworker of his cane over and chewed him out in front of me. I did not find that professional for one, secondly she had him move and finished me but she did it in a very sloppy way. I am not going to go there again.

Today I went in to get my feet done, Julia is who worked with me. She was really nice but she did not do a good job. My paint is spotty and there also paint on my skin. Also have a piece of nail hanging from my pinky toe that I just noticed. Someone did offer to fix it but I had already been there for an hour and half already. Very sad about this experience.

Will never go back!! Was charged 80 for my daughter (she was to get a manicure) got paint only! No manicure! And a fill for me that was by far the worst one I have EVER received! Nails all different lengths and paint all over my fingers! So sad! Lost a potential good customer!

Asked for oval got almond, the acrylic nails are not glued, on properly nails are longer than I asked for, designs are two different shades,nail polish is as bad as if I were to do them myself.for the price of $55 these are the worst nails Ive ever had.

I went in didn’t have a long wait but my nails are natural so all I wanted was one nail fixed and the others painted to match I had 4 nails snap in the middle of the nail very painful and sore I returned to just have polish removed and leave out wit two bandages on my hands 160$ Later to leave out looking like a boy by the hands right before vacation I won’t try a third time for sure very unhappy and Brittany smiled while trying to push another mani I think not Karen

Went to get my eyebrows waxed. Not only are they overpriced but she went extremely fast and I had to point out several mistakes. She missed several hairs and made my eyebrows extremely thin and uneven.

After leaving my nail Salon of 18 years I went to a few places in the area to try out some stuff closer to home. I started going to Britney Nail and Spa around eight months ago. Everytime I come in the door they are always so welcoming. I have never had to wait. Ive recently been getting my nails dipped and I wanted to take a second to brag on them for a minute! I absolutely love this set!

I just moved to the area. Before coming to Britney nail salon, I had went to several other nail salons in the area. They were rude to me and some didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. I finally found Britney nail salon, upon walking in, she and her husband greeted me and were so kind to me. She done an amazing job on my nails and eyebrows. She was very precise, but quick. I was able to get in and out and have amazing service! I will recommend her nail salon to everyone and I don’t plan on going anywhere else for nail and brow services!

My sister and I decided to try out Britney Nails last month. We had 2 COMPLETELY different experiences. My nail tech was, Terry. DID AN AMAZING JOB!!!!! Spent most an hour to fix my nails from the previous place I had gone to. Very friendly, and felt very comfortable. My poor sister....I believe her nail tech was Britney (looked like the lady on the advertisements), was awful!!! We both went in for a fill (with gel polish)...she was done within 10 minutes and her nails looked okay at first, but as she was waiting for me, she noticed several issues. I tried to talk my sister into having Britney fix her nails, but Britney seemed more interested in talking on her cell phone then giving my sister the respect and time to do the job right the first time. My sister wont go back to Britney Nails....(almost forgot to mention that she had to replace a nail during the visit and was already off within 2 days!!!). However, Im going to schedule to see Terry since my experience with her was amazing. Needless to say, if you go to Britney Nails - ASK FOR TERRY!!

I came in last minute they were very nice and took me there was no one in the salon when I got there for people arrived after me I think she would have taken more time with me had she not been so rushed I really like the colors she helped me pick I did the dip Nails there beautiful I wish youd have spent a little more time smoothing them out though Ill give them a try again maybe when its less hectic

After going to Luxury Nail salon being ignored, I found comfort at Britneys. My pedicure was awesome 👌 as I was having a very peaceful Saturday from a long and tiring week. I made an appointment for my nieces, daughter, and myself because I knew that it would take some time to do two pedicures and two full sets. We arrived on time and I was led to a pedicure chair and seen to almost immediately. Unfortunately, my two nieces (full sets) were led to chairs and then left unattended for long periods of time while their stylists stopped to take care of other people. After nearly two hours, they asked for my daughter to begin her pedicure, but my daughter said never mind because of how long everything else was taking. After working through a variety of stylists and sitting unattended for long periods of time, my nieces were finally finished almost four hours after our arrival. Wasted afternoon.

I love Britney nails. Her and her husband have a lovely and friendly shop. They are friendly and attentive and their pedicures are to die for.I would recommend them to everyone. I was just there today.

Im sitting in the pedicure chair now, and unless this girl somehow screws up my polish job, this is the best pedicure I have ever had. She spent a lot of time on the pedicure and have me an actual foot and leg massage, I am nearly asleep. This place is kind of out of the way for me but I will definitely be making the trip down here from now on!Edited to add that its very clean in here as well, everyone is really friendly!

I absolutely love this place! Britney is fabulous! When busy, my service may begin with prep by another employee, but Britney jumps right in. Helpful to have a picture of what youd like done. Got a fill and a pedicure. The girl who did my pedicure was fantastic. My nails have never looked worse though. The place was busy, but I had called ahead. Waited a really long time. Spent 2.5 hours getting fill and pedicure. LT Nails is much better and less expensive.

After everything were going through with COVID, the nail tech was going to use a USED nail file on my toes until I called her out on it. I will never return!

The first time I ever went, Ly did an awesome job!! Every time since has been terrible in one way or another. The husband gives a great foot and leg massage with a pedicure but they have messed my nails up every time! The last two times Ive been there theyve had two brand new people working who I dont believe are even licensed yet and were horrible. They also move you from person to person which I do not like at all and led to them totally ruining my nails the last time I went in. I did not want my nails ground down at all because I just wanted gel paint. I had two tears in my nails because they were so weak from being ground down so much during previous visits when I was only getting gel paint. They couldnt fix the tears so I decided to get a full set so those tears could grow out. They ground my nails down THREE times after I asked them to gently sand them because they were so damaged to the point it was burning my fingers as he sanded because there was hardly any nail left. Thats because they kept moving me to different people and the unlicensed girl didnt know she wasnt supposed to smooth my nails out after grinding them down, so they ground them again!! On one of my pedicures, after a great massage, Britney was cutting my cuticles and nails and started digging as if trying to remove an ingrown nail but I didnt have an ingrown nail. She cut me so bad I about came out of the chair and started bleeding and she acted like she did nothing wrong and kept digging. Based on my first experience, I recommended this place to some friends who all had the same type of bad experiences and Im sorry I did. They are all very nice but I just cant go back!!

Britney Nails has absolutely never failed me. Britney is the sweetest lady. She treats you like a friend not just a customer who walks in and walks out. Her and her husband do great work and I could not be any happier with where I get my nails, toes, AND eyebrows done.

So I went in to get one nail repaired and I dont know what happened. The repaired nail looks a mess its flat and square. I got an over lay.

I walked right in and got my pedicure done on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was genuinely nice and professional. They play good music😊

Getting my glam on

I got gel on my finger nails 3 days ago for a trip to Florida. The first day in, one of the nails chipped. Then, as I was in the shower today, the entire polish came off of another nail. I got a pedicure as well and that was fine. But not impressed with the gel nails.

The nail techs were nice and friendly. I took my little sister for a mani and pedi. The man woman both only applied one coat of polish. My gel polish chipped the next day and the 3rd day, another nail chipped as well. My little sister received regular polish and her polish came off the next day. $107 wasted!

Staff was nice and funny. But Britney was trying to go so quick she cut 4 of fingers and it’s been 4 days and 2 nails have already fallen off. I left with 4 cut fingers, 3 bleeding nails & $37 less rich.

Britney nails is the best nail shop I have been to yet. Britney and her husband Lee are so nice and make you feel at home. This salon use to be called wild nails and they had bad reviews (listed below.) I will never go anywhere else!! I get an ombré nail and she does wonderful!! I cant say enough good things about this place. Their pedicure chairs are so comfortable and the actual salon feels comfortable with good music! Thank you Britney nails for being so great and treating me so well!!

The first time I was very satisfied, my nails lasted a month without chipping or breaking. This last time I went; my nail broke after ONE day. With my job, my overlay needs to be thick, and it wasn’t at all. She didn’t listen to what I asked, and I’m very disappointed and probably won’t be back. 😏 bc my real nails are now breaking bc the overlay isn’t thick enough. I didn’t pay that kind of money for my nails to break so easy and quick.

If youre a minority and decide to get your nails done here, keep your guard up. When I came in for the first time the owner called me a sir, which couldve been due to language barrier so I wont make a big deal of it. Anyway, he was cutting down my nails so short that it hurt. When I told him, he mentioned that my nails were strong so I guess that was his explanation for why he needed to cut my skin (or called me sir). When it was time to wash my hands I was switched over to Brittany and everything was fine until it was time to dry. The best way I can describe is the polish started cracking on one of the nails. When I told Brittany she came over and fixed it by adding another 2 layers to the nail. She very rudely told me to make sure I didnt mess it up again because she doesnt have time. Well, since she added the layers instead of just doing the polish on that nail over, it had taken longer to dry. 15 minutes later, I accidentally rubbed my nail against the dryer and it messed up. When her coworker lets her know, she yells across the shop and asked me you messed it up again?! So I explain, there are 5 layers on polish on one nail & its taking longer to dry. She comes over fixes it, whispers Ill kill you if you mess it up again. Now, she may have been joking but to a first time customer thats just too friendly for comfort especially since the nail polish cracking wasnt my fault. Then, as Im leaving to pay and give her my card she looks at my name mispronounces it, then asks me what my name is. I tell her 2 times but she still pronounces the same way she did before and laughs. I left and Ill never go back.I know this experience nothing new to minorities, but its just a little heads up for what kind of customer service to expect. Ill admit, its nice that they have a sample of nails numbered on a ring binder for convenience & they use actual pictures of their work on Facebook, so thats something to consider too.

I was in town for a wedding, after going there about a week later my fingernails started to lift up which had never happened in my life. Not sure if I was allergic to something they used or what.
