First off I went for the first time and the lady was rushing the whole time . I still left a tip because I felt like she did a nice job but I still was hoping she could’ve tooken her time . Four days after I got them done a nail broke off and my paint chipped after two days. I will never go back to them again and I don’t recommend at all! 60$ gone to waste .

I made an appointment and had to wait in the pedicure bowl for quite a long time. My pedicure went well, but nails are a different story. When I asked for a certain shape the technician flat out said no, because she felt nails were too short. It wasnt until she saw that I was visibly upset that she decided to do what I actually wanted. After my nails were done, she rushed me off, not cleaning up any of the extra polish or overlay that was left on my cuticles, or massaging my hands, all the typical thing one gets when receiving a manicure. This is my last resort when my usual nail salon is packed. But, after this experience, I dont think I will be back.

I called made an appointment. To get powder dip. I arrived told them about my appointment. I was put in a chair to soak nails for over 35 min. No one said we will be with you shortly no one me acknowledge me at all. 35 min. Finally young lady approached. By this time my nails were peeling off I asked how much i owe and she said $20.00 dollars. I paid an left. This is poor business at least acknowledge the people thank them for waiting. I will not return.Disappointed customer

A chart for Price clarity would be helpful if Im to make a second trip here. The language barrier alone with the glass wall between makes its difficult order a service and know what Im paying. I ask for lil jewels on one nail and got rose gold chrome and paid 65.00 not even sure what I should have been charged. But the glass between us made it even more difficult to explain what I wanted and question why I got chrome instead of The lil jewels. My next trip will be at VIP nails on raceways and 36 ..i has zero intentions on paying 65.00 for something I didnt want.

Ive been away for a while and didnt realize how bad my nails were. I thought they were actually pretty good. Then Tran gave me a fill. Id forgotten what an excellent job Lee Nails does. My nails are AMAZING!As always the staff and owner are so friendly! Im so happy this salon has survived the pandemic! They survived because they are the best and really appreciate their customers.

Over charge my debit card $50 when confronted them, she requested a bank statement the heck!!!!My sister also had bad experience, she asked for reg polish they completely ignored her and used gel polish got charged $55!!!

I’ve been going to this salon for years but lately it has declined so much. I got my nails done there for the last time after I got them done and 2 fell off 2 days after having them done. I will never be back.

The lady that did my pedicure was so rude I was trying to show her my nails how to cut and clean because she hadn’t done a good job & the lady shoved my hand !!! She also had audacity to ask for tip & why I didn’t leave any. I do mot recommend.

My nails only lasted a week. I got acrylic red nails, and they were all uneven and smudged! They definitely rush. Where I work, I don’t have to use my hands a lot and there is no reason for them to fall off after 1 week of having them. Awful.

This was the worst place ever. I went get just my nail shaped and painted with regular glittery polish 2 of the lady’s there were bombarding me about getting a gel mani because it was only $8 more after I told them no thank you 3 times so the lady I got sits me down and takes off my polish and sets my hands in COLD water then she puts my polish on with no top coat tells me to go to the dryers and I waited for my nails to get done for 10 min, before I even walked out of the store my nails were smudged. Never going back.

Linda is THE BEST!!

They quoted me two different prices for the same style nails. I asked why was the price different and I was talked to quite aggressively by the staff.

Mediocre nails. Three women talking very loud in their language. My tech actually stopped my nails to talk to the other tech about God knows what, and forgot what nail she was on. I low key miss my 5$ tip after a 33$ bill. Over all 2.5 star even tho it was Just below average.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. For $42 WITHOUT tip you would think you could get a decent pedicure. I sat there waiting in a chair with my feet in a tub with NO water, once I got service there was nothing special at all about this service. My gel polish looked like my 4 year old painted them, they were so lumpy and the nail tech could tell and tried to make it better by piling on more polish to make it look half way decent, once I left and seen my toes in the sun I was literally jaw dropped disappointed and upset.

I just got my nails done there yesterday with my friend, I had Linda as my nail artist( I think thats her name) I love her!!! Im shy so I dont like it when The nail artist tries to make awkward small talk, but she didnt make me feel awkward at all she didnt hurt me she made my nails the exact shape I wanted and the color looks amazing and she was so nice!!! But my friend really did not like her nail artist she said she was rude and hurt her hands a lot so if youre going to get your nails done here I recommend having Linda do your nails!!! :)

Lee nails opens at 10am, every time I come over in the morning, at 10am door is closed. They come over at work about 10:10am, I thought its just happened 1 time, but its normal to be late every time and costumers are waiting by door. Price on the door on pedi-mani was 25$ b(price is took off already) they charged 30$. If you want to keep your costumers, you do your business more professional.

They’re really nice but messed up my nails bad. They’re all different sizes and she made them shorter than I wanted. She also cut my cuticles to the point where they were bleeding. Won’t be returning.

Nothing is worse than being quoted “5 minutes” and it turns into 20 minutes while she goes back and sips tea and has no urgency to get you in the chair. I’ve been a repeat customer, but never again!

Horrible. I wish I could put zero stars. Jennifer the owner cut my foot during my pedicure and now it is really infected so shows how dirty their tools are. She was very rude (shes always rude to most people) and didnt apologize until was told to and still tried to charge me full price. DO NOT RECOMMEND I wish I could post a picture of my cut to Show everyone.

Until today I loved this place!To linda the business owner;I went to your nail salon today and asked for you nicely, I said to the guy is linda in? He said: you want linda? I said: yes he said: well come back next month and laughed I said: ok and then he said she is on vacation.. I thought that was not nice all the customers turned around.As a business owner myself I called in and asked for him I said nicely hey I was just there I couldve sat with you if you didnt said come back next month that was not very nice he got mad and said you said you wanted linda and I say come back next month because she on vacation.. I said yes what Im trying to say is that I couldve sat with you or one of the girls but your reply was not nice he got really mad and said I dont want to argue with you and didnt let me even talk .. I said can you even let me talk.. He kept saying I dont want to argue i said Im not arguing he said i got customers here dont want to argue talk to linda when I wasnt even speaking.As a business owner thats really bad customer service I can understand he can get upset because I want you to take care of me.. I wasnt like that until one day one of them did a poor job you remember i used to sit with anybody.. I have the right to choose who can do my nails this happens a lot at my work the customers only want to see my dad and I do not get mad and dont treat the customers like crap.

The lady who did my nails cut me several times. And she wasn’t careful enough to not do it again after the first time. She just kept cutting me with her drill.

My wife and I came in for couples pedicure and it was absolutely horrible !! Paid $100 for 10 to basically have our toe nails cut and mine polish. NEVER AGAIN !! NEVER IM P*SSED TO SAY THE LEAST.
