This is supposed to be french tip in the second photo. When I first arrived I showed her the second photo with the designs and she said $75, when it came time to paint she said it would be an extra $10 for the design when I asked why she didn’t mention that earlier she just stared at me so I told her to only do french tip because I was already irritated my nails weren’t the same shape after pointing it out 3 times and she told me $55. When I told her the french tip didn’t look like the picture she said it was because the nails weren’t the same length and at that point I was very over it so I just went to pay and gave her $60 waiting for my change because she did not deserve a tip and she had the nerve to say $65 and when I asked her to bring the manager over WHO WAS SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO US WHEN SHE QUOTED ME $55 he also said she said $65 which I know for a fact she did not say or I would have just stopped there. There is no way I was paying $65 dollars for nails that looked like this. They just tried to argue so I left. Whats ironic is a woman was in before me arguing with them about them changing her prices and I thought maybe she was tweaking, no she was not. They did it to my friend who came with me and her overcharged pedicure as well. I would not come here.

Worst experience ever. They did not know how to do an ombré nor make the nail sizes the same size. I went to treat my sister for them to charged me $80 just to mess my sisters up and then want to argue about give a refund. To get them fix or to get a refund they told us we have to wait because they messed up her nails. We were there for 2 and half hours. They were not busy and we got in fast but now I see why nobody goes here. After they messed up my sister nails they messed up the person nails right after her. Please be aware!!! We will never be going back her again. Plus the person who did my nails were very rough. Please save your time and money!! Please. Check reviews before you go here!They also like to tell you are wrong and they smacked my sisters hands telling not to move. They were very unprofessional and the guy kept telling my sister it was the color but my ombré came out nice except for them being rough and making my nails bleed.

I couldn’t even make it into the salon. No wonder the ratings are so low. You work hard for your money. Spend it where you are valued as a patron. I was calling to inquire about the location and availability, before I could get my question fully out something with mumbled and I was hung up on. I called back and noone answered. Keep your money in your own community.

I’ve gone here a few times before and have always had a decent experience. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. The nail tech did not listen to anything I said, down to the color I chose for my nail polish. I had to tell her several times that it wasn’t the color I chose and I ended up having to get up and go find it myself. I also asked for a French pedicure and she put a pink tinted top coat over it which made the tips pink instead of white. I kept saying that it wasn’t right and she refused to fix it. I even went to another nail tech and they just said they could fix it next time. There will not be a next time.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been! They are completely rude, I went to get my nails fixed & the older man there was overly aggressively just down right rough with me. I felt uncomfortable and he is way too aggressive and intimidating if you tell him you dont like something he does. . I tried to tell him to fix my nail & he became irritable. 3 of the ladies were very rude to me as I was explaining & they said that what he had did was acceptable! I could not believe it! I will never return nor will I ever in my life step foot in this place ever again! They absolutely do not care how you feel, about your nails, nor care about the people they serve. Please do not expect them to do a quality service for you, you will not get it AT ALL and they will be utterly and completely rude to you!

They are fast and cheap… but you get what you pay for. It’s always a toss up. Sometimes I get great nails… sometimes I get nails that are wonky.

The nail technician attempted to use rusted tools on my hands for my manicure ( 3 of 4 had visible rust including a rusty tray). When I brought the rust to his attention on the tools he went to rinse them of (in front of me) and returned with the same tools to use on my hands. When I requested that he use sanitized tools on my hands he said that he didnt have any. Rather than continue services with sanitized and rust free tools he abruptly checked me out (while laughing about the matter) with an incomplete service and still charge a $20.00 fee. Futhermore he would not provide his name or license number so that I could appropriately report him to the cosmetology board. His license also was not visible to reference.When he first started working on removing my nails, he tried to pop them off with another plastic nail (my nails were not loose AT ALL) and I told him what he was trying to do hurt, so he began to soak them. My fingers are incredibly tender and sore from him switching from the soak to over sanding them down. He was very rough with my hands. I would never recommend this location. The overall experience was poor and the tools they use could definitely be a breading ground for all types of bacteria since they do not clean them properly.

I just got my nails done last Wednesday, they are already lifting. One of them was lifting the first day cause he did a horrible job. Every nail is a different shape. Would not recommend them or at least not the guy I got. He was also incredibly slow for some basic nails.

They wanted to charge me 90$ for a hell pedi with diamonds. No big deal but they treated me horrible!!!!!!! Not only did it take 2 nail techs but they never finished my service! And guess what, they charged me $50 and never even finished! I didn’t even get offered a clear coat! Just took my money and treat me unfairly and gave me a horrible half service NEVER AGAIN !!!I assume it’s Bc I was African American!Horrible placeNever go here especially if you’re a African American queen.

I don’t know why this place is still open based on the reviews. All they do is walk around and talk all day long. Of course they don’t wear name tags so they wouldn’t be pointed out but very rough when doing pedicures and they don’t massage you with hot rocks they let your feet sit on them

Horrible horrible experience!!!! I went in to get my nails done for my best friends funeral the next day. Nothing too fancy. It was literally French tip acrylic nails. It was so rushed, the nails were crooked and the nails came off within 3 days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back in for them to fix it. In a matter of 7 days, I was in there 4 times!!!! The guy continued to argue with me for 45 mins about how I was wrong!! He was so Condescending and kept laughing at me about how I was wrong! I have never been more embarrassed and disrespected in my life!!! I asked for his name but he refused to give it to me! PLEASE, do me a favor and do not come here!!! You will thank me later!

For starters I just want to say my first set was pretty decent. I would’ve given 3 1/2 stars off that set but my experience today has shown I WILL NEVER RETURN! I walked in and they had a tech available, who I was told was the owner. I had a color acrylic polish put on from my last set. I went in today to get a fill in and nail repair because two popped off in the same day. He is telling me my fill in will be $65. (I paid $70 for a new set initially). I was already feeling weird about that because that was ridiculously high for a fill in! He added all these charges $10 extra for color acrylic $10 extra for length $10 extra for shape which I only paid extra $5 for each in the first set. Anyways, he was fussing because I didn’t remember what number color I used. I’ve never had to remember and wasn’t told I needed too so I didn’t think I needed to. We choose a color similar that ended up being a little darker. Which wasn’t a big deal He told me it looked the same color before beginning and I thought it was too. After beginning we both noticed the color was different, it was a little darker. Immediately his story changes and now it is “I told you the color wasn’t the same” which he didn’t!! My issue wasn’t with with the color. As he is filling my nails in only the base of the nail is dark and the tip is still the lighter color. My two replacement nails are both completely darker. As you can imagine it looks ridiculous. I ask him if he could cover the on other’s entire nail so they’re all the darker color. He said yes but it will be an extra $5. I’m get frustrated but say ok fine. He adds more but not completely to the nail so it’s dark and light spots on each of my nails besides the two replacement nails that are completely dark. Looking ridiculous just went to a whole new level. I ask a lady to look and see if I’m being dramatic she said no it looks light and dark is it supposed to be like that. I said no. The man bust out and said “she don’t know what she’s talking about she don’t know anything...don’t ask her nothing” which was RUDE to say to a customer. I tried apologizing shortly after because I wasn’t trying to offend him. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t overreacting. He stops talking to me at this point stops listening and continues to do my nails. Didn’t even acknowledge my apology but whatever. He don’t finish covering the nails like I asked. So I tell him sir I don’t like it can you put more acrylic to cover the light spots he tells me “fine you can go”. Get out then proceeds to shoo me away like I’m a dog. I told him you don’t have to be rude I just want my nails done and looking nice not any kind of way. He turns away telling me to get out. At this point I went ahead and left because I know my temper. This was soooooo unprofessional. Their pricing is based on how they feel in that time and the business needs to be shut down. I have worked in the customer service business for over 10 years and I don’t care what happens you do not talk to people WHO ARE PAYING YOU any kind of way. I do pray the Lord has mercy because as far as I’m concerned they need deserve all these bad reviews on google! Lucky for them I’m going to let go and let God! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS BUSINESS!!! TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE DESERVES ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!!!!

Two broken nails in two days. Have to wait an hour to get a nail fixed. If they did not have poor quality, a Customer would not have to come back. Do not go here! Very dusty and dirty.

The person changes price by $10 from when they started to check out. And not because my feet or hands were rough. I called them out in it and they were very rude about it. I Usually use VIP nails in Avon big mistake coming here. Save your money time and frustration.

I would advise people not to EVER give KT Nails their money. Very unprofessional and tacky. And they lie. Said they were open on Easter Sunday, opened the doors AND turned on the open sign, only to turn away the first 4 customers by saying they were closed..Prior to stating they were closed, they gave wait times and actually stated they could do a pedicure, but a man came from the back, speaking in their language and the next thing you know....they were closed. Not to mention they had just told their 10:30 SCHEDULED appointment to sit in her car for 15 minutes, only for them to turn she and her little girl away. Just terrible. I’m annoyed because I had to give them 1 star to give a review. I’m so glad I have a personal nail tech (BO) that is very professional and will be doing pedicures here shortly. So glad I won’t have to deal with this bs anymore.

Worst place ever! I went to get a pedicure and they didnt want to do it simply because I didnt want to get gel polish. That is ridiculous. Always a long wait with one tech and the rest doing pedicure. Sometimes they dont take off the gel polish all the time and say dont worry and still dont do it right if you black but if you white they take their time. Been going there for 8years and this year the worst I ever seen.

My nails where being rushed. The person doing my nails kept sighing as if he didn’t want to be there doing nails. He was being a bit rough and I didn’t appreciate that. My nail hurts. I have NEVER been in and out of a nail shop in 20 min....my nails were rushed and look horrible! I complained to the “manager” and he proceeded to ask for my card for payment. So I went in thinking I could get overlay fill, but the lady was adamant that I needed to get new overlay which was fine but I new I was in a time crunch so I decided I just wanted to get a soak off and get gel polish. The lady then gets an attitude! She was trying to force me to cut my nails and when I told her no thank you she starts being overly rough! I ignored her because ma’am it’s not that deep if your worried about money having good attitude will get you a nice tip!! So after the service I realize my nails just weren’t to my satisfaction gel was clumpy, nail beds were sore, and after 3 days they were chipping. I won’t be back I will continue going to Andy nails they are professional and do nails way better! Please believe the negative reviews I tried to give this place a chance to give my own opinion, but they failed my expectations!

I went there July 2 they guy who did my pedicure and nails rushed on them I did not ask for Hel polish on my toe nails and he did anyway. He made my hand nails square when I wanted them rounded and they are not even. I dis not have time to complain bcz my son was getting married that day I will not recommend him.

I have went to this establishment before and had an okay experience. I went today and the lady that worked on me, rushed and didn’t even give me a clear coat like I specified. The lady next to her had to call her back, after hearing me complain about her not finishing, then she did one coat and walked away. Luckily the lady who was next to her finished my last 2 coatings... But even still it was a horrible experience. It was like day and night from my first experience. Will not be back and I will not recommend wasting your money here!

I got my lip waxed today why did she wax my lip and told me (ok honey all done) and I still had a whole lip full of hair so I told her she missed a spot she tried to razor it off with a eyebrow razor so I told her I didn’t come here to get my lip shaved I came To get it waxed and the second time she went over my lip she STILL missed a patch of hair after completely waxing my lip for the second time so I just paid the $7 and walked out . I don’t understand why there still in business.

First time I went Loveeeee Andy he took his time communication was awesome...second time I was rushed nails are crooked and uneven polish not done how I asked because I was ignored and also my fill was the same amount when I first got them done...Very unpleased...

I went in to get a fill-in overlay, what I got was some half tired job that was awful! After buffering off my old gel polish, the tech proceeded to put on the nail polish I picked out for my fill in instead of putting the overlay on first. When I complained I was told that I didn’t say I wanted a fill in. When I told them that I wasn’t going to pay for this unless they fixed it and they all acted like they didn’t care. Very unprofessional DON’T go there you will be disappointed.

Overpriced and not worth the money you spend. My nails looked horrible. I asked for a specific shape and the man who did my nails did not execute it at all. When I asked for him to fix it he caught an attitude and still didn’t fix the shape. He tried to overcharge me for the length of my nails when the woman next to me had the same length and style yet her price was $10 cheaper. They don’t listen and are very rude. Very friendly and the pedicure felt good. The hot stones were very relaxing. Its unfortunate that every surface was covered in nail dust and clippings. It did not feel clean at all. I would question if the tools were sanitized between uses. Although my pedicure is holding up ok one week later I have already had to remove my gel manicure within a few days several were peeling. Ive had gels that felt thicker and harder and lasted 2.5 to 3 weeks.

We made an appointment for the afternoon an hr before our appointment we got a call from the salon saying they are running a little late maybe 30min I thought it as nice of them to let us know instead of making us wait. This salon is small but they do great nail design and they are clean. The manicure design is fast compare to other places but she did an excellent job. A few weeks ago I went to my regular nail shop but I was disappointed since they couldnt do the design I ask but here when I ask the technician she said yes right away I was surprised. Im made another appointment and I hope that I get the same quality service I got the last time.

This is the best nail I have ever been to! They use all new tools for every person with the option of keeping your own, which they will sanitize for you also. The techs take their time with the services and the classic pedicure is similar to a deluxe anywhere else! I will definitely be telling everyone I know to come here! I went in for a full set. All i asked for was a white nail with a black accent. I expected to pay extra for the accent but i was not expecting my nails to cost $108. This place is a total scam. They lied and said I got gel powder when I explicitly said normal acrylic powder, and didn’t want anything extra besides the design on my ring finger. The base price of the full set was $28, and I was told an additional $10 for the design. So $38. Now how did I end up being charged $108 for a simple set? I will NEVER go back to this salon. Terrible service. They all even started yelling at me when I mentioned the price and basically were gaslighting me. I have never been so unimpressed with a service.

Simply put this place never disappoints! I love getting my nails done here and since I first walked in I have never gone elsewhere.All the associates here treat you like family and are welcoming. Prices are good for what you get. After going to 5 different spots, I am glad that I finally found My Spot for all my nail needs.

Awesome customer service ALWAYS! Im extremely picky when it comes to my nails and feet. Technician kills my nails EVERY TIME and does an awesome job on my feet. The environment is always calm and relaxing. I drive a good distance to see them and its so worth it!

The owner was very friendly and personable greeting us, and my tech did a wonderful job on my nails! Everything was very clean! Everyone must dry the dipping technique so much better for your nails I will NEVER get acrylics again!!!!! Even made an apt to get eyelash extensions !!!💕

After years of wearing acrylics back to back I decided to go for a healthier alternative. After researching salons, and new methods I decided dip powder would be my next option. The salon is very, very clean. My appointment started on time as well. Staffs KT was super friendly and patient with me asking her questions and making sure my nail shape was perfect. She even stayed past closing to finish my nails. This service is a bit more then what Im used to paying, but now I see why, the whole process is very tedious and time consuming.You really do get the full value of what you pay for in your service. Im excited to go back and try out the other dip powder colors !!

0 STARS **** DO NOT GO HERE. nice new building will make you want to go. But that’s the only nice thing. I arrived later in the night. But instead of telling me that they couldn’t help me (which is normal and understandable) they gave me attitude about coming late. Should’ve left then. Either way I was just getting my nails taken off there for I stayed. They are all rude and could CARE LESS about their customers. When I told him I wanted them soaked off instead of ripped of he got upset and told me I did not know what I was talking about. I walked in and asked for full set only and clear. They manager began to tell me what she thought I should get. I told her I knew what I wanted. Now this is when it started to get interesting. Due to a genetic defect I was born with limited fingers. So on each hand I have only 2fingers. I asked her how much would it cost. She told me 20......puzzled face. I look over at her board of prices it cost 35 for a full set for 10 fingers. That did make a lot of since to me.. so I asked how much do you charge per nail. She answered a little over 3 per nail....... again puzzled face. So why is my price higher..........now she is giving me a puzzled face. Needless to say I made it very clear that it wasn’t right and the fact that she tried to force me to get what she wanted was wrong.

I had an appointment today and was very happy with my nails. I got a mani/pedi and everything was very clean and my nail tech was personable and gave me a good paint job.I really liked the pedicure and I usually dont go and get them. Heard about them from a customer so I thought I’d give them a try. They fit me and my sister in without an appointment and the staff is amazing job on my nails. She’s picky and takes her time to make sure they’re perfect. Definitely just found my new salon!!

Service was horrible. Guy rude when you walk in the door. Not welcoming at all. Nathan did my nails, not personable, rushed the pedicure.... told me I could get my own shoes, as he finished, while at the drying station. I am not from here and will not be back.Not clean at ALL...TOLD HIM IT WAS CUTICLE SHAVINGS IN THE BOWL, SAID THATS WHAT THE PLASTIC IS FOR!! CALLING HEALTH DEPT. IMMEDIATELY.

I had a terrible experience. The staff was rude. The woman that did my nails did an awful job. They were not the same length, there was polish on my fingers, the polish didnt go all the way to my cuticle, I got a fill in and the fill she added was not even, one nail has some hanging on the side. They do not look good at all. She charged me $30 for the fill in and then an additional $3 just to cut them down a little. I would not recommend this salon at all. I wanted to go to best nails down the street because it had great reviews. The wait there was an hour so I went here instead. I should have waited the hour for the other place. I will never return to this salon. Oh, and she kept getting my skin with the sander. Made me bleed two different times and got me several more that didnt actually draw blood.

Usually dont leave reviews but my we had a wedding emergency last weekend and needed to get 5 bridesmaids nails done in short notice, they were able to get us in and out. Tina the owner was awesome and very accommodating for us. This is super clean location.

Dont go there! They will take your money and do a dirty sloppy nail for you! Why do they have 2 address on Google? With one that has fake reviews...Scammers!

Boyfriend and I came here to pamper ourselves with regular mani and pedi. They took us on a short notice (an hour before closing) and took great care at every step without rushing at all. Great massages as other reviewers had mentioned. Clean place and friendly staff. I can see why they get 5 stars all around.
