This is like my 4th time going here, great service, great staff, met Wendy the last time I was there, she makes sure you are happy with the service. Don’t know where these bad reviews come from, I love this shop. Always get in when I need too absolutely no complaints

Pedicure was okay but if you gonna get acrylic just don’t unless you wanna waste your moneyI precisely ask before I started can they do it she said yes and this what she gave me

After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance on Wendys Nails. Tina did a wonderful job with my pedicure, I chose to add a manicure to my visit. I was very pleased with both.

I am flabbergasted by the low reviews. Came here because it was only place we could find open on a Sunday. Daughter & I were treated like royalty by Tina & Michael; A+ hospitality. Watched them take great care of everyone who walked through the door. Even the other customers were friendly. Nails look great. Our new go-to spa.

I just spent $60 dollars two days ago at a different nail place and my nails looked horrible went to 5 different places to get them fixed everyone else want it $60 and up to fix them I went to Wendy’s and they charged me way less and fixed them now look amazing I’m so grateful and over the moon I found a new place and they are great

Years ago I dropped a glass top to a cocktail table on my big toe and crushed it they told me the nail wooden cross back or if it did it would only be half of a nail. I found Wendy and she built me a Neil until my natural nail grow out and now I still go to her and its been over 20 years.

My wife went here and it was a terrible experience. Her nails broke off within two days she went back to get them repaired and Wendy was very rude to her I would not recommend this place. When I actually went up there it was filthy do not go here!

Very professional told me every step of rhe way. I would of gave 5 stars but paint job was a little off and only been here once so cleanliness may not be their stong suit. Everyone was very nice and helpful

I moved pretty far from this place, but after trying a couple of places in the new area I make the drive to Wendys. I got a pedicure over a month ago.... Nails have grown out but the polish still looks great. I am always so relaxed in her shop and anyone that works on me is fantastic.

I started going to them last year and I would always get the older lady, who was always nice and very through, but once I got the Male tech on my way out of town and once I looked at my nails they looked horrible like the polish was too thin, you could see through them, he put another coat on, but still looked thin and streaked. So I went awhile not going to them, I decide to go again, this time I get Wendy, my nails appeared to look okay, but only after less than a week they start to lift from the bottom, I go back show her and say, well its almost time to get them done again, l am like No this is less than a week and shouldnt be looking like this. So applies a top coat that didnt do anything and asked if she did them?, I said yes, I guess she seen how bad of a job she did, it looked like I could done them myself. I told her they were lifting and my hair was getting caught between my nails when I put my hair into two braids, she said well dont braid your hair after you get your nails done, I just looked at her and left. NOT GOING BACK EVER

Micheal is a phenomenal person and he was extremely friendly and the customer service was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have done my nails. Tina is also very friendly but doesn’t paint very well. And Wendy just rushes rushes rushes. My sister had such a bad job I felt horrible for even trying to do something girly and bond with her. Micheal how ever fixed the job and I couldn’t be more happy. Always ask for micheal!Other than the paint and messed up nails the place isn’t too bad.

I like going here. I dont care for the owner talking to the girl that is doing my nails and also video chatting with someone and the the phone to the girl doing my nails. Very unprofessional.

I just got my nails done and they are coming off the next day. they didn’t listen the color i wanted and took 2 hours for a fill. i payed $30 and they look like a 6 year old did them. i will not be returning here ever again.

It was great. I love the way Michael is so gentle and the care he takes. This is only my second visit but hes my new nail tech!

They weren’t friendly and they were rough. They didn’t like us expecting quality service. Nails are sorted sizes and they didn’t listen to what we wanted as the customer. It was an odd experience that we don’t want again.

I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Us as women especially busy mothers go to get our nails done to be able to relax. Not to stress out and worry about how long its going to take for them ugly, uneven, wavy, crooked, poorly shaped nails to fall off! I literally went to the car and called my husband to tell him how horrible my nails looked and to send him pictures and went straight back in and had them soak them off the same day not even 10 minutes after getting them done. I have been getting my nails done for a while and I know for a fact that nail should not look that terrible. And then when I ask for my money back she said no because she spent 45 minutes on my nails which was not true she spent about 20 minutes on my nails and was trying to hurry because she had other people in line! That is when I turned to her and tell her that she has no business doing nails! This was Wendy herself, if you have a business especially with your name on it you should do the best you can. I dont even understand how so many people were in there but I was damned if I was letting anybody else walk in as I was walking out and I turn to customers right back out that door! If you want a terrible job, even worse than what you could do on your own then I suggest this place, but if you want decent nails find somewhere else to get them!

Several years ago I was taking a glass top for a table in my house. It slipped out of the box and landed on my big toe. It broke the toe and the nail. My Doctor said the nail wouldnt grow back fully. Then I met Wendy, she built me a nail. And after 5 years my nail grew back. Now the older lady works on my feet, and removes all the dead skin build up under the nail. I LOVE Wendy Nails ❤

I’ve been getting my nails done here for a while I love Wendy & her people they’re so friendly & her work will last for a while the paint & everything . I’d consider staying with them or going to them if your looking for something to last long

Wonderful service they took their time with ALL THEIR CLIENTS. THEY DIDNT RUSH YOU in & out the service which you came to relax & be pampered... I enjoyed it totally.. And yes Ill will be going back! Their prices are also affordable which will allow me to keep my hands & feet done... $35 if you get a regular mani pedi with a color or to have French tip for only $5... Well Ive found my new spot.... Its a must try!!😁😁😁😁😁

After I waited for a hour and a half they serviced another girl then tried to blame it on me saying I requested the owner Wendy! I did not make this request being that I just got off work and wanted my turn. Long story short wendy and another male started yelling at me and saying she should have closed early and not serviced me. My family has been going to Wendy for years when no one knew about Wendy we were going there and this is how your going to treat loyal customers I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I wouldnt recommend this place. I came here on 7/12 and got a full set & a pedicure for my birthday. This is the place my mother usually comes & she said they do a good job. Well here it is 7/18 and Ive already been back into the nail salon for 2 nail repairs and 1 nail chipped so that is a total of 3 nail repairs. Well, now I lost 2 other nails (not the same ones they repaired) so a total of 5 nails have been broke, 3 replaced. The man was the one who did my nails & rushed like he had something else to do. Id advise you women some men, to take ur money elsewhere!My pedicure wasnt that great either!I should have stuck with the most familiar place.

If there was a choice for no stars thats what I would have give my rating. I went there sunday to get a full set and my 4 yr old could have done better then them. I had to get them fixed today in my hometown jasper at Wal-Mart and they are amazing.!

Made an appointment and they didnt have me in on the books. The man was very short with me on the phone.

This place is awful. My nails fell off after two days and so did some nail polish. They didn’t even complete put them on my nail. I got a fill and it cost me 30$. It’s 15$ on their sign for a fill but they reshaped my nails with out me asking them too then charged me 30.
