Really great experience at Master Jewelers. I was shopping for some simple diamond posts as an anniversary gift. I went to multiple jewelry stores around the Castleton/Keystone at the crossing area and received the best service, highest quality, and very fair price at Master Jewelers. Mike was really great to work with. His enthusiasm for jewelry was palpable. I highly recommend visiting Master Jewelers.

I had a gemstone ring in need of repair which was handled expertly by Master Jewelers. So we also looked into purchasing a ring guard as a wedding band for the same ring. Because of how the original ring is made, the guard we chose had to be altered to work. Mike did an amazing job on our ring. It turned out absolutely stunning! Arlene’s customer service skills are exceptional. Hats off to both of you. We will be back!

Excellent service & repair. I have a ring over 47 years old. Mike the owner did the repair. The ring looks like it did when it was new, you would never know it has been repaired. I highly recommend them not only for repair but also for new purchases.

My grandma gifted me her first wedding ring as I am her one and only granddaughter. She asked me to take it to Master Jewelers specifically because she trusted them to clean and resize the ring. It turned out that the ring needed to also be repaired due to the years of wear. This is a ring I want to wear daily so I had no hesitation in wanting to restore the ring.Master Jewelers did an incredible job restoring and resizing my ring. Its beautiful and fits my finger like a glove. I showed my grandma the day I picked it up and she was elated! She said it looked exactly like the day my grandpa had proposed! Thats so special. Ive used Master Jewelers a few times in the past for small things and have been very pleased.I wanted to add an Anniversary Band to my wifes chain store bought wedding ring for our 20th anniversary. Michael and his staff were very helpful! He designed a custom band that mirrored the engagement portion of my wifes ring and it turned out great!It was all custom work and we were able to see and approve the mold before the final product was made. We were both very surprised to see how much went into it.The ring and band turned out fantastic! We couldnt be more pleased with it and the staff at Master Jewelers.

We went in to pick up my fiancé’s ring. Mike offered to clean my engagement ring. He found several loose stones I did not notice. He tightened the stones and cleaned it up. I am so grateful he did! I did not remember that Master Jewelers was closed on Monday. I tried to open the door and the owner saw me and let me in. He took care of what I needed with a smile on his face and he was so friendly. I was thrilled that even on his day off, he still extended his service...that is another reason to choose Master.

Jessica was very helpful in having our rings sent off to be resized! Although, my wifes ring seems a bit tighter than the measuring ring she tried on to determine the best size. We may have to resize again.

They were beyond my expectations for I wanted to do something with my wedding band for my husband passed about a year and half ago and I hated not wearing my wedding band so I went into master jewelers with a couple of pictures of my idea and they were very helpful and took time knowing this was something very special, when I picked up I was overly excited at how beautiful my pieces of jewelry were . I needed to have my grandmothers ring resized and repaired. She wore it so much many of the prongs were worn down and one of the diamonds was missing. Master Jewelers did a wonderful job restoring my ring and finding a replacement diamond to match.

I recently received a family heirloom, this vintage gold ring that was my great grandmas. She wore it as a teenager and young adult, then passed it down to her daughter, who gave it to me :)I wasnt sure what store to work with, and it was really important to me that I could trust the people I was leaving this ring with! I scratched my Cartier LOVE bracelet yesterday at work and brought it in today to see what could be done. They polished out the scratches on the spot and it looks brand new! I bought a Masters watch about 2003. It has worked flawlessly until 2016 when the screw-in crown broke. I had it repaired then. The replacement crown broke a couple months ago, so I brought it back in for repair. I also had the crystal replaced and had a pressure test done. The titanium band and case have held up perfectly through the years and with the new crystal it now looks brand new.2 weeks ago one of the pins holding the watch band links together started coming out. I brought the watch in the next day and had all the suspect pins replaced, then a week later the buckle on the band got hooked and crushed at work. I brought it back again and had a new pin put in the buckle part and I was able to bend the band back to make it work as before - though the buckle has a dent in it, it is working..Finally, the next week the watch stopped twice. I brought the watch back a 4th time and a new battery was put in.Over the years Masters has always been wonderful. And, with the latest issues with my watch they have gone beyond the call to help me rectify all these petty issues after the initial repair. The staff is amazing and rushed to get my watch back to me in one day for the buckle repair. The pin and battery replacements were done while I waited.My Master’s watch is amazing, even after 15 years and the Master Jeweler staff is just incredible..

I cannot say enough good things about Masters employees! They are very patient, creative, excited, and really want their customers to love their purchases. Ive have repairs on a 1910 ring, custom work, and found a pair of earrings I couldnt live without. It is a small shop, but if you can dream it, they can make it happen for you. It is always a pleasure to interact with the jewelers at Masters. They are my go to for fine jewelry. They re-sized my wedding ring a couple years ago. Lost weight - they added a couple “little bumps” and that took care of it.Fast forward - gained weight (you know the drill) so I went back. Today they simply filed down some of the “bump” and all is well again. And at no charge. (totally not necessary!!!) Masters Jewelers - I’ll see you in 20 pounds!!! Lol They’re the best!

My wedding ring was originally made at Masters with a diamond from my grandmothers wedding ring. I just had the ring resized at Masters because it no longer fit after I had my son. I just got it back and it fits perfectly and looks amazing, thanks to everyone at a masters!

I needed guidance on how to value (and what to do with) some jewelry and loose gems and jewelry making materials left to me by a family member. Mike and Genevieve met with me for almost an hour going through it, and provided sound guidance on how to proceed, offering to help further once I had time to go through all of it. I truly appreciated how welcoming and generous they were with their time, and will definitely be back to see them for this, and any other jewelry needs I may have. I also was impressed by their commitment to several community services, including Dress for Success and animal rescue organizations. These are good people of good character. Highly recommended.

I stopped in the store to have a necklace repaired. Master Jewelers is one of the few shops in the city that still repair fine jewelry. The owner offered to give us a tour of their workshop where they design pieces and bring them to life through a complicated multi-step process. It is truly an art!! It is very obvious the store only sells quality pieces (most designed and made in their workshop) at fair prices. I definitely recommend Master Jewelers for beautiful and unique pieces!

I knew I did not want a big chain store engagement ring, so my fiance and I did some digging online until we found Masters. We went to the store and were sold!! We have worked with Christine and she has been able to help us find exactly what we want for our wedding, including a custom necklace. I have always felt like they have listened to concerns I have had and they work hard to make sure every piece is perfect. We are so happy with Masters and would definitely recommend it.

I purchased a necklace from a free trade shop for $39. I love this necklace and wear it often. The chain was copper plated and the copper had started to wear off. There was also a dangle which had fallen off. I tried other shops and they were dismissive, not interested in repairing such an inexpensive piece. I then found Master Jewelers. I cannot say enough how wonderful they were. They handled my inexpensive necklace as if it was worth 1,000 times as much, and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. The time they took to find the exactly right chain told me that I would be a repeat customer.When I mentioned this to a friend, she told me she and her husband had them take an old diamond wedding ring and create two matching bands. The bands are beautiful.

A diamond fell out of my wedding ring so I needed to replace it. I was referred to Mike because a friend said he was a stand-up guy and does great work. My husband and I met with him and he had us see that there were problems with a few other diamonds as well. Setting has worn down. He gave us options on repair but also said it may not be the best choice because I may have the same issues in the future. We discussed designing a new ring but keeping the center stone.Before going forward with Mike, we explored other area jewelers to see if Mike should be Our Jeweler. They designed the ring to our specs, had us approve it, made a wax impression, and then the ring. They will clean free for life. They will make any modifications requested. Great price. I needed my wedding ring resized. I went to several jewelers to look into having it done. No one wanted to do it or needed to send it to California to do the work. When I went to Master Jewelers they said they could do it and it was one fourth the price of the other jeweler. They did a fabulous job! Michael Neylon and Michael Brown listened carefully to what I was wanting to do to restore my 40 year old set of rings and, not only restored the settings and reinforced the bands, but saved us up to half of the estimates to do the same work at a well-known Indianapolis jeweler. After 20 years of daily use, my wedding ring need repair. Luckily I work near Master Jewelers and stopped in. I was quoted an amount to fix it but had no idea if this was a fair value or not. I went to Shane on 96th Street since I knew that they also worked on jewelry. The staff at Shane noted that this particular piece was very intricate and recommended Master Jewelers since they were known in the industry as doing this detailed work. I asked the Shane staff if they had any idea what it would cost and the staff gave a ball park number inline with the price I was quoted. I returned to Master Jewelers for the repair. I was amazed at the quality of work. My wedding ring looked as good as it did two decades earlier when my beautiful bride slipped it onto my finger. I still glance at it every day and am thankful for the work that Master Jewelers did and my beautiful wife.

Mike and his crew are incredible! Every time I pop in for a cleaning they call me by name and ask about my family. They have created custom pieces for me and we’re payed so much attention to the detail.

I went to another jeweler first to get my ring resized. The other jeweler made me feel horrible about my ring, saying a diamond on the band might pop out and they didnt want to be responsible. I went to Master Jewelers and they made me feel so much better. They said it is not uncommon for a diamond on the band to pop out and they will take care of it. I couldnt be happier about how my ring turned out and the way Master Jewelers made me feel.

Ive been going to Master Jewelers for the past 10 years & have always received impeccable customer service. My most recent trip was to replace a watch battety. I had gotten ot a new watch battery from them in Feb. Just a few months later the battery had died so i took it back & they replaced it at no charge...even though the battery ended up going bad because it had gotten wet at some point. They didnt have to do that but goes to show they care about their customers.
