The employees and service at this location are good but their phone number does not go through nor do any of the buttons to push to talk to somebody function either. But mire importantly the authentication service they use so you can get your results online does not work it was associating me with places that my husband has lived and been to so it denied me access to my lab results……… go to quest they actually answer their phones!!!

I visit this lab location in Wildomar for my routine blood tests, because the administrative process for my paperwork is quick and streamlined; and the phlebotomists draw my blood samples safely and comfortably, with the highest of professionalism, every time I visit. My doctors always receive the test results quickly. Im very pleased with my experiences at this location.

Nicer than the LabCorp in Temecula and wait time a lot shorter.

Sally the phlebotomist did such an incredible job. I had my blood drawn twice with her with no bruising and it was completely painless. She had excellent bedside manner and was a joy to be around.

Closed daily 12-1 for lunch.Fast, friendly and efficient though.

Had to come down to this location after Lake Elsinore location opted to stay closed for the day.Got there early, was 4th in line, and didnt have to wait very long after they opened the doors.My phlebotomist, Sally, was very nice; but was concerned about not being able to feel my veins well. She chose to use a butterfly needle, and hit the vein perfect first time! Everything was smooth sailing from there. Thank you LabCorp, and thank you Sally, for making todays blood draw quick and easy.

Wow is all I have to say. Absolutely the rudest and nastiest woman at the front desk around 9:05 June 5th 2020. I had my order and the account LabCorp is supposed to bill. I had all the information they needed to have.I drove very far to get here, just to have her tell me I can’t go to my appointment. Simply because she would have to have the order sent to her email. Even though I had it already and she could of easily printed it out. She was no help at all in making another appointment or even just helping me out in general. Overall terrible experience, and an extremely unprofessional woman at the front desk.

No wait time and nice friendly staff

I have come to this lication several times, I have never waited more than 10 minutes, no matter what time i show up at. Very friendly staff. Recommended

In and out in under 5 minutes with an appointment.

I havent had to wait long yet. Im a difficult stick, and they get me without pain every time. They even remember Im allergic to adhesives and use Coban wrap instead of a band-aid or tape afterwards. I would like them to have slightly later hours as well, since 4 PM is a little early for me.

Love the people at this location. There’s hardly ever a wait also.

I love these ladies, they are awesome!!!!! I had no wait time and they didnt bruise my arm up like the other lab has done to me numerous times. I will always come here from now on.

We arrived at 9:20 am with only 2 people in front of us and we have been waiting for over 40 minutes. Dont suggest coming to this place unless you can wait all day.

It smells as soon as you walk in like chemicals, not enough seating, looks like its under construction.
