The tow truck drivers were nice (I say two because there was a trainee present), honest, and easy to work with. The towing is also free. The bad thing is the supervisor gave me an offer for $300 (over the phone) for a not drivable 2005 Ford Escape. When the tow truck drivers showed up, they called the supervisor about the $300 quoted offer (and warned me that it would probably be less than $300). The tow truck drivers told me the supervisor was offering $250, not the promised $300. The tow truck drivers said the supervisor did the same thing to the owner of a vehicle they had just picked up before they came to tow mine away. So there is dishonesty here.
