Be aware that this company is the one that caused Indpls to create a predatory tow law. Plus they have operated w/o active permits. Vehicles can and will be broken into and damaged on their secured lot.If lot is so secured then only employees have access to steal and destroy, correct? Overcharged fees is the norm for Amass. Even other local tow companies complain about them to the auto repair shops and parts stores.

Great work and very professional. My brakes failed and I had to leave my car parked on the north side of Indy. A-Mass had the lowest prices in town to have the car towed 20 miles back to my house. The whole process was very easy. The dispatch and driver were both very nice and professional. The driver had trouble getting access to my car (couldnt immediately get past a security gate due to how late it was), but he did a great job and returned my car to my house. The dispatch called several times to keep me updated and to let me know when the driver got to my house. The price was exactly as estimated. Over all I would recommend A-Mass Towing to anyone in Indianapolis.

When my husband first called towing companies, A Mass was the company with the fastest response time. Since it was late at night and we were on a small side street, we went with them. Biggest mistake ever! Not only did the driver get stuck in traffic so it took twice as long as quoted, the disptach was rude, did not answer half of our phone calls, and never once updated us. We thought the issues were over when the tow truck finally arrived, wrong again. The tow truck driver was very nice and apologized for the inconveniences stating that he would work to get our charges reduced. However, when checking our bank statement we were actually over charged. I called A Mass to get this resolved and of course this was another disaster. It took 4 business days and 6 phone calls to get any resolution which is still not the resolution we expected and we are still waiting for our credit. If you want nothing but a hassle and a headache, then this is your company. If you want your vehicle towed in a timely fashion but a reputable company, look elsewhere!

This company did the final delivery for my classic car as part of a corporate relocation package through an auto shipping agency.Long story short, Im very unsatisfied. After several delays and having my car sit on their lot for over a week after I was promised delivery, I felt like my car was not in safe hands. It came delivered on the back of a tow truck with the rear wheels on dollies. I was promised a flatbed and the car was dirtier than before I started restoring it.I strongly recommend never doing business with A-Mass Towing for vehicle relocation purposes.

Winter of 2013 was a terrible one! I am from!the east coast and that winter almost sent me back home! Anyways ppl remember it it snowed everyday for two months straight then it went to every other day! Kids were out of school jobs were called off and no1 was in trouble if they couldnt get to work! Anyhow out parking lot was bot shevled @ the complex my boyfriends van had to be parked cattycorned bc of the mass amount of snow & ice made the van roll in the parking lot! Do you knw thesr ppm amass came through there & had the nerve to tow his van at our misfortune as well as others! Wow looking for something to eat!🍴! I sit in their parking lot now writing this review! They struck my man again 3:30am saying his cable work truck was double parked! Not true! Hungry again! Work must be low but if he went further he would have seen a car that was there with no plates! I think they need to show proof b4 they can tow like pictures bc they can say!ANYTHING just to make a 💵 buck!!! Wow! Trying to prosper off of others deceitfuly is wrong!

Gregory Harper works for A-Mass Towing and was just posted on craiglist for scamming a family - search 1201 S Villa Ave on craigslist and youll see a picture of him. He tried renting out a home to a family which he did not own. The new renters went to move in and noticed someone sitting on the porch when they arrived and come to find out same thing happened to them! Sounds like this is the 4th family that has been scammed by this guy! Used to work at Jets pizza which shows in the picture on craiglist. CATCH THIS GUY! Not 100% sure he works here but per his Linkedin page he does!!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would my car was towed for parking illegally in front of my house at 5am then I get there to pay $150 to get my car to find out that its wrecked and theyre telling me they arent responsible for the damage... bullshit after hearing from my lawyer I bet they will....Never ever ever ever ever do business with these back yard unprofessional people...

Pathetic, Friday they tagged my work truck which is a rental through the company that I work for due to expired plates. Monday they tow it because apparently one business is enough time to get this taken care of. They are crooks and liars.
