The blonde that works there calls herself the office manager was nothing but rude to me and my wife. I just got out of hospital with a fractured spine from a auto accident and needed my wallet and belongings out of my truck, had proof of ownership had my drivers license and my wifes but she refused to let us get our things. She wouldnt let us both go see our truck that was totaled, she said my husband had seven minutes to find his wallet and that was it. I asked her name she refused to give it to me I asked for her boss she refused, there was a man outside on a golf cart I asked him his name he refused. I would never have my vehicle towed here ever again or use this Business. There was another lady there trying to get her car and the office manager was mean and nasty to her as well, if you dont like your job then find a different one

I called ahead to make sure my car was there and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They emailed me everything I needed to get my car, and let me email it back so once I got there I was out in no time!

If you want your car back then should come with proof of car insurance and registration since they are using the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to make more money from their customers. I.e. their policy on requiring you to provide proof of car insurance (and registration) without allowing you to retrieve them from your own car. Why not operate like every other tow business and exchange money for my car? Because if you cannot provide your insurance card then it is a $25 extra fee.Its just an unnecessary requirement that can be waived by giving them more money, so theres no legal aspect there. To make matters more interesting, someone had gone through my glove box to find both of my insurance card/registration and left them in my console as well as missing some cash.Worst tow experience and reading through other reviews... it seems I got off easy. This policy is shady. You dont get to choose your tow company, but avoid if you can.

If your out of state vehicle gets towed make sure you know how to go online & get your registration. Nevermind it being in your car; you wont be allowed to go get it or have anyone go get it or have anyone go with you to go get it. I dont know what the point of the big German Shepard was for then. Dont even understand the point in the lady & her daughter working in the office, with an attitude, not being of any assistance. Private property enforcement was $150 & storage (days billed) was $30. A total of $180 for not even a full 24 hours.

1 Star for No one showing up for a scheduled tow.I called to setup a scheduled tow, and I called a private number?? The guy was ok to talk to and quoted me $100 cash and $110 Venmo, the Venmo part should have raised flags but luckily I said I would get cash, I said that if call back later in about 2 weeks to schedule it for the next day. He told me to text this number the addresses of the to and from and what day and time, they couldnt do 7am, so I did 8 am and we stopped texting while I was under the impression that I was getting a tow for tomorrow at 8am to Ray Skillman Kia.Next day, no one is here by 8am, I call the number twice and it just rang and no one answered. 8:05 no one, 8:15 no one!!! This is the worst towing company I have ever run in to. They said they put a sticker on my daughters car about her flat tire and expired plate. They didnt because if they did she would of realized about her plate. She replaced the tire the day before it got towed. When trying to get the car they said her tire was low and they couldnt let it off the lot like that. They wouldnt let her see the tire or to take it off to take it somewhere to air it up or even use a portable air pump. She had no choice but to pay them $35 to air up her tire because that is what they charge. This company is nothing but liers and thieves. If you encounter any off the wall issues please please please report them to the BBB and if its serious enough take them to court. Unfortunately these are things we are having to do.

Do not do business with this company. No other towing company has ever asked for proof of your car’s insurance and car registration WITHOUT ALLOWING YOU TO GET THOSE FROM YOUR OWN CAR?! Wanna start this out with I acknowledge that I parked wrong and dont hold a grudge for them towing me, but 1 star because over the phone I was told I could get in my car to grab my property (was a high end pc, but with the bad reviews I didnt want to say it was in my trunk) but then told once I got there that it wasnt allowed even though I had a bill of sale. I get that theres policies, I see that copy/paste responses, but they decide to have cut throat policies to try and make you take every extra step.

I know it was about timing and my fault for not parking where I needed to no matter how long I was going to be. That being said, I think the people at Indys Finest Wrecker were very helpful, professional, pleasantry, and considerate!! The Lady in the Office, Monique I believed is her name, not the lady in the office, shout out to her and all the staff! You guys are in a thankless job and the general public being so understanding makes you Jaded after a time. You guys I felt were doing what you paid to do. Everyone has a story to tell and you have a business to run, if you took the time to listen to all the irate customers you would never get anything done. As most people know, you arent normally in the best mood when having to go get your vehicle out of impound first thing in the morning. With that being said, Thursday (7/23/20), the woman (I cant remember her name) at Indianas Finest was such a sweetheart! She was in a good mood and was willing to work with me on everything. When I arrived, she asked for my license, insurance and registration and I told her that it was all in the vehicle so she willing drove me back to my vehicle on their golf cart, which I thought was super nice of her! She definitely made my morning better by being so nice!

Plates were inside my car but wasn’t visible so they towed it when I went to retrieve it I couldn’t drive without proof of insurance and registration which was in my car and they wouldn’t escort me to get it... when I tried to tow 5 major companies in my area would not go because of their staff and slow service so I had to use their tow service which almost 100 dollars more than their competitors expect 1 smh moment after another!!!

The office is dark, and the lot is too. You are not allowed to inspect your own vehicle for damage inside the dark lot - must drive it off to their parking lot. Clerk wouldnt give me their first name - said she didnt have one. Could be a complete stranger involved in illegal activity for all i know?Only one person is allowed in the building at a time. The person I was with had to wait outside alone in the middle of the night per their rules.If youre a woman dont go here alone, especially at night. There is no care.I would feel ashamed to work here.I wouldnt say this is a service. Never wanted to be a customer.

Wrongfully towed my vehicle from my apartment. The people who work here are rude and unpleasant. Had to call the cops to get them to release the car and even then they were reluctant. Spoke with the officer afterwards and he said this is a constant problem with INDYs finest towing So if you were thinking of doing business with these people I highly advise against it and so would the officer I spoke to

The lady was so rude I said hello how are you and her response was what do you want. I said I am looking for someone and she said for what . I asked her not to be rude but to no avail. She just kept chewing her gum and not letting me finish my questions.

Horrible place. My husband was hit and our car wrecked, and the gave him 7 minutes in the pouring rain to grab what he could from our car by himself. What the hell is wrong with these people. They also wouldnt allow more than 1 person at a time inside the reception area, so me and 2 other people were shivering standing outside in a storm with no dry spot on their porch. There was room, they just didnt want to let us in. Horrible, horrible service.

God help you if they tow your car because they are just helping ensure the cycle of poverty and misfortune that perpetuates inequality in this country. Stay away from buffalo creek apartments so that this company goes under even if it means the people who work for it lose their jobs.

I am currently trying to get my car out of the tow and the lady is being EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. And I treat people the way I wanted to be treated. But this is the first towing place that I have dealt with that doesn’t let you go back to your car to get your registration they want you to pull it up online and do the entire most.

WARNING— if they tell you that there is a $75 “open gate fee” (not just to bring the car out, but to literally open the gate, must be a very expensive button!). ***IT IS A LIE!!***I had 3!! Other tow truck companies tell me similar things, one said “I’m sorry ma’am that does not sound right, I’ve never heard of that before and I’m not sharing my company information “ (they wanted to see id, but also proof of insurance for a tow truck! The second place, agreed they are the hardest to work with and won’t be doing business with them for very much longer. Also said that the “gate fee” was something they had never heard of, and sounded fishy” and the 3rd place I called (last minute, I had called earlier in the day, this fee was Never mentioned) told me to come there to get an ordinance document, and to have a police officer with me because she thought that was against the law. They couldn’t hold your car from you after paying the amount too get it out.I will not let this go, and will continue to find out if this “gate fee” is truly allowed.Oh they also said, they were contracted with 3 different tow truck companies, therefore going with one of them, that “gate fee” would not have to be paid. The 3rd company I called that recommended I bring a police officer with me? Was one of the companies they said they were contracted with.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Towed my sons car due to an error on my part. I go to get the car they refuse release the car to me stating I needed to be made the executor of his estate to get the car or have power of attorney. Even after being advised that my sons estate was small and did not require to go thru probate. I had the title to the car as well as the death certificate.... But no they still did not release the car. I had to get an affidavit for collection of property to get the car from them. Crooks

BE AWERE. FRAUD BUSINESS. This place doesn’t deserve to have a license and operate their business. If for some reason your car was towed with this guys, be prepared to see your vehicle in an auction. They will not release it to you whatsoever. Every time it will be something new missing. A word in you paper or policy or they’ll tell you that they accept only cash at very last time. They will be laughing and hanging up on you every time you’ll try to confirm with them a paperwork. Those people do not care anything. They will charge you as many days as possible. If they towed your friends vehicle or a car that belongs to another person or company you have no choice. Be prepared to have notary letters, power of authority, a will etc. from President, CEO or whoever own that company. Literally they will not release it to you, if your credit score is messed up. I hope that with my claim and many other people who left same kind review, your business will have less and less calls. You are not helping people, you are robbing them.

Great experience with this company. I had never had to have a car towed before, and the woman who helped me on the phone was very kind and efficient. She found a nearby auto garage to have my car towed to for me to get a new tire. Allen (Alan?) was my tow truck driver and he was very kind. He asked if I had any errands I needed to run while we were taking my car to the garage. 100% would use them again.

Towed my vehicle, although it was on my apartments do not tow list. Plates are current and all tires fine. Then when the apartment complex called them to get said car back, they were told the car was abandoned. We havent been driving it because it is for my daughter who gets her license next week. My car was stuck in a massive mud hole that we had tried everything to free it from. Because it was 5am, it was insanely difficult to find someone to help me. All the 24hr towing companies I called either didnt answer or were a disconnected number.Chad was the one I spoke with on the phone, he sent Saint John on his way to me immediately. Chad gave me the quote and ETA. There was a minor error in the quote, just a few dollars difference, but Chad made the point to call and tell me this. He was super apologetic about it, and also gave me an updated ETA. He even went as far as calling me once he saw that Saint John was a few blocks away because he wanted to make sure I was well taken care of.Saint John was very professional and super courteous as he helped break my car free and got us on our way.I find it a bit funny that the only negative reviews about these guys are by people that were towed... meaning they were parked illegally. Ignore all of those reviews, these guys were the first out of SEVEN phone calls to answer their phone and the only ones to show up. Thank you so much, gentlemen!

The trailer park ladies that answer the phones are extremely rude. They do what they want and their response to everything is “you were parked improperly”. Even when they are the ones who improperly towed my car. How are you the one with an attitude when nothing was taken from you? My apartment complex even said I was in visitor parking.

Had then come tow a vehicle to a mechanic. They were there long before they had estimated (I guess it was a busy day) they said about an hour but it was only half an hour. They called when they were a few minutes out to make sure I was ready and the truck driver was incredibly pleasant to deal with. Would definitely reccomend for a tow.

It’s been a disastrous experience, customer service is horrible. Guy named “CHAD” is completely unprofessional. They towed my car from my parking lot saying the reason that I didn’t had a parking tag. It was Sunday when I parked my car and leasing office wasn’t open to get a tag as I’m a newly moved in tenant. Even though I’d all my renting supportive documents for the car. This guy wanted the owner of the car to get the car back. The reason for renting the car was to go on a business meeting but screwed up whole day in doing this. There wasn’t a warning posted on the car to notify that it was unauthorized parking, they just towed it away overnight causing delay in my whole day plans. I’m completely disappointed with this place because of the way they treated me, made me stand in cold for hours together. They didn’t even have a curtesy to offer me a good hospitality.

Wow. I have never worked with more incompetent money hogs in my life. My cars tire fell off on the interstate. We were in an emergency situation. We had to have the police tow it. They used this towing company and we had no choice. They refused to just drop it in the parking lot. They had to take it in their yard. They then would not give our car back because our insurance card was expired... just the card, not the number. They then said we owe them $215 to get it out and it will be another $75 to hook it up to get it out of their yard. They were not friendly about any of this at all. So over $300 for a few minutes of their time.

My daughters car was towed to Indianas Finest. My daughter went there, found out exactly what paperwork she needed. She emailed the information to receptionist. Went the next day paid fine and picked up car. I read the other reviews and expecting the worse. Actually our experience was the opposite, the receptionist was courteous and friendly. Yes, sucked having to pay fees. But, she made the choice to park illegally and got caught.

The people were very unprofessional and rude. They steal peoples cars for money, telling you something is wrong with it and it really isnt. They make you stand outside with no relaxing area to wait for any assistance. They threaten to put more money on an unnecessary balance just to get your car. They give you no options on how to get your car out, if not their way its no way, plain and simple. These people do not deserve any stars or customers at all because their customer service is very very poor and they have no structure in how to run a business with good intentions for people to recommend them to anyone. I advice for anyone that has a car impounded by them beware of what may happen. Pay close attention to the $75 added to $25 then $30 plus your towing fee which may be $150 or $180!! This place needs to be shut down immediately. Indianas finest, what a laugh, Indianas towing from the deepest part of hell!!!

I know you were just doing your job, even though it was at 2:30 a.m. No one could tell you that I was legally parked, in front of my home, with the right credentials. I only wrote this review, ( 4 stars), because I know youre going to read it. You are definitely understaffed. Its one thing to make someone wait because their papers arent ready, but quite another when you make people wait AFTER the process is done, because your driver had another run. This is America, and people have better things to do then sit at your establishment and wait for a driver.

EXCELLENT service from my tow driver and the dispatcher was very helpful trying to pinpoint where I was broken down at. A couple other companies I called prior to finding them where very unhelpful and borderline rude. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Indianas Finest Towing towed me from my own apartment complex because my new car did not have the correct sticker. If you are a woman, PLEASE do NOT go alone to pick up your car from this company! It was in a sketchy part of the city and the establishment was disgusting. It looked like homeless people were loitering outside of the building (which is a trailer). I feel like I need to have my car detailed after having the workers in it.

Its a shame how much they charge for only 24 hours

All the people I met there that were on shift were great. Everyone was really nice and easy to work with.

Figured out my car got towed before it even made it back to the shop. It sat in their lot for less than half an hour and cost me $175 to get it out. There were 5 other cars right next to mine that werent displaying parking passes either. The restaurant I was at was busy and there was no where else to park. I feel robbed and would never do buisness with this company if I could avoid it. The only part I enjoyed was watching their tow truck driver try to figure out how to put my 6 speed in reverse.

I parked outside my daughters apartment for 8 minutes! (Can prove it by my phone call saying I was there to my phone call to them to see if they towed my car). Super rude office lady, no management working, no feelings for humankind at all! Tow truck driver totally must have been watching for me to run into the apartment and snatch my car that quickly. What’s worse is the apartments allow for loading and unloading, they didn’t follow the rules, but I have to suffer.

If you want an honest tow with a respectful company and owner, you cannot go anywhere else.

I guess customer service doesn’t exist for this “company” I work for one of the highest rated customer service offices and we are FORBIDDEN to speak to people this way no matter how much push back we receive. And they even do it on a social platform where all potential customers can see?!?! Shame on you for being so hateful to people who just want their cars back. Don’t have service hours 24 hours a day if you’re just going to have rude, “customer service” reps answer the phone and NOT answers questions and be helpful like normal employees should. **UPDATE**I had my legal council contact them today, 5/12/17, and request the photos. Apparently, they suddenly wont give them out without an official subpoena. So it went from Managers approval to Subpoena. Please someone try to tell me this company isnt crooked. I will be suing them and HAPPILY so. Dont even care if I lose at this point. They deserve whatever hassle this causes them.--------------These people are crooks, and incredibly rude. I suspect my car was towed illegally and when I showed up to request photo documents of my vehicle to find out whether this was true or not, they apparently need to have a manager present in order to give you a photo of your car when it was towed, which is complete and utter B.S. Oh and what do you know, a manager just happened to not be there.It has been 3 days now and every single time I try to call and contact a manager to get the dang photos of my vehicle before it was towed, the manager is conveniently never there, and I cant get them to e-mail the photo documents to me either. It doesnt matter much by now, because I absolutely need my car for work, and they make you sign a paper that says you cant get a refund from them in any way, so youre pretty much screwed.And you gotta love a company that responds to complaints and allegations of poor service almost every time with the same copy and paste response each time.If nothing else says anything about how poor their management and business model is, that should speak volumes.Sorry if you parked improperly on someones private property and towed. Cops do not have a problem with indian license in indiana state with an year of validity, these people have a problem, wonder if they are above the law. Towed a car from a friends apartment complex. When I called for more information and help, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Respect is a lesson in school they must have missed. I explained to them that a young mother and young daughter were stranded, I was met with the response, thats not my problem. Figure it out. When I further explained that the little girl was one years old and needed the carseat to go claim the car. Again the woman responded with, again, not my problem, and hung up on me. This company is now dba Indy S Finest Wrecking, I believe. They are a very dishonest, predatory towing company. My car was towed from my apartment complex a few days ago. I ran out and talked to the man towing my car. He told me for $100 he would let it go. I didnt, as many people do not, have $100 in cash laying around. I had to drive 36 miles one way to pick my car up the very next morning. $260 to get it back. I did not have that amount and had to borrow it. Now, my airbag light keeps flashing and it never did before so they messed it up, too. Im taking this up with my apartment complex legally, but this is a disgusting business that also can be founding under the umbrella of the company Culbertson Automotive. They SUCK!

Cost me 148 dollars to have my car towed from Raceway Rd to Hoyt Ave. Some say we were over charged, but how am I to know. The lady on the phone was very polite and the guy who towed it helped me to get my 2 children across a 4 lane busy highway. If need be I would use them again.

This company is terrible! They illegally towed my car from MY apartment complex. My sticker was in the window the whole time! Somehow the person who towed my car only managed to take pictures of the front of my car and not the back where the sticker was. This business has been reported multiple times, and another time again by me, but this time I went all the way up and contacted the attorney general and the BBBI; as well as my own attorney. They illegally tow cars by specifically targeting lower income neighborhoods in hopes that the car owner will not be able to pay so they can sell the car at auction. These people have somehow found a way to scam innocent people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, this is not a “business” . This is an illegal car stealing operation. Can’t wait until your business crashes into the ground bankrupting your family and making you lose your job, just like you have done to hundreds of people by illegal towing and selling their cars! Would be better if they were easier to get money to(lol thats right a company who makes it hard for you to pay them). Have a college student who got towed(her fault, parked where she should not have), but was crazy about how hard it was to get them money(cannot pay over phone and they do not accept checks!). The lady I talked to was nice, however, and did what she could for what she had to work with.

Your receptionist swears she didn’t see the notes!! Not only that you all are towing cars in the middle of the day!! Anything could’ve went wrong especially being my baby is always sick!! In indiana, the IC 9-22-1-16 code states: Towing vehicle from private property Sec. 16. (a) If after twenty-four (24) hours the person who owns a vehicle believed to be abandoned on private property ... may have the vehicle towed from the private property. You guys just came and stole my car not even after an hour of parking it. Legal actions will be taken!

Towed my vehicle while everyone was awake and in my house. Lady said they wont come knock on the door and they didnt leave a note because it is not safe. What a joke. She was rude and I helpful.

Very friendly and professional service from the drivers and dispatcher! I use them for all my towing needs and would recommend to anyone! I have dealt with a lot of towing companies and this one has actually treated me like a human!

Gary at Indianas Finest came to the rescue when my nephews car stalled. He arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and was friendly and professional. I hope I never have to call them again, but Id recommend them for sure.

Rude!! Expect to be greeted with as***** They expect you to be happy your car was towed or something!! At first the lets just say man told me my car was stolen!!!!....Later to find out they impounded it from apt I was visiting for 3 hours! Needless to say they are rude, not friendly, incompetent and they will for sure give you the run around...I got 3 stories from 3 people...thank god I got my car, I hope your visit goes better than everyone elses! Lol ;) 0 out of 5!

Very reasonable rates

Worst company ever! They are a scumbag company. They towed my car unauthorized and busted the bumper on it. I was parked legally in my own neighborhood! Predatory tow company with a sorry of an excuse manager. The manager argued with me denying that they damaged my vehicle. I wasnt even allowed to look at my car before I paid to pick it up!

We had a car park in the handicap spot in front of our apartment building that did not have a handicap sticker. I called to have the car towed because the older couple who does park there was going to be home in a few hours need that spot because it is extremely difficult for them to get in and out of their car & to walk long distances.The girl who answered the phone said she would have someone out there after hours (while everyone was sleeping) to pickup the car.Nobody came. Really bad service if you ask me! Unfortunately they are contracted at my apartment complex.

The apartment complex confirmed i Was parked in appropriate spot and I was issued a refund by the apartment. Here’s a tip: hire people who can read!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible from office to drivers. Except the manger i talked ti was the only good part. Stay clear of this place. You have been warned

Avoid using this company. Unprofessional conduct is the order of the day. They do not follow the law on impounding vehicles and are considered predatory by their competitors. Worst company i have ever had to deal with.

This place needs to be shut down! Employees are VERY unprofessional and rude. I called up there asking questions about my vehicle and the fees I would be charged because I needed to know what i’m paying for. They hung up on me 3 times then when I tried to call the next day they actually blocked my number so I couldn’t call to check on my vehicle. When I arrived I asked why my number was blocked and they replied “I was asking too many of the same questions”, they were very nonchalant with getting my vehicle out the yard, took their time conversing, eating, and doing other work besides handling business. The “supervisor” there by the name of Bre should be fired and the two other women in the office. Very poor customer service.You clearly see how idiotic the “owner” is. saying there were several phone calls made after their employees hung up on me 3 times IS A LIE. As a customer I need to know where my money is going and after i’ve gotten 3 different answers about my question. you need to educate your employees.

Indianas Finest Towing, is a mockery of a towing company. To start off, they have no handicap accessibility. Sure they have a ramp but the ramp is in the f***ing grass! My 60 year old grandfather with an amputated leg needed us to cary his wheelchair over the concrete stops in the parking lot and over the grass. Surely this is against some laws? How is that fair or right. Second, when we get in to get the car, they make us leave and come back because his ID was expired...like it wasnt a ton of work to get there in the first place! Cut the man some slack its obviously the same man, we have registration, ID, and even the keys to the car! but they made us come back with a new ID. This is a rude, unproffesional, disaster of a business. Unfortunately this place is buddies with a cop shop theyll never go out of business because of their contract with the police.
