Had him work on 2 of my cars and completed the jobs fairly well however I had 1 more car I needed some help with and I was trying to contact him about it finally got ahold of him after a few calls. He got a battery and got the window up for me and said he would be back in 2 days to take a look at the rest of what we told him so far it has been 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of him. He is a good mechanic and does really good work for a great price but his communication is really poor . I plan to still try and hire him as my mechanic for other things but this is just a friendly note to others have a good day.

Told me it would take 2 days to change a timing chain. He has had my vehicle for 3 weeks he has taken my motor apart and just left it setting. Won’t answer none of my phone calls. Ignores my text. I will never have him service another one of my vehicles. I would not recommend.

I called and called this gentleman and he does not return my phone call I really want his service that would help me out so much that he wont return my call

Was staying in Indianapolis for the night on my way to Charleston, South Carolina when my water pump blew at 8 pm on a Saturday night. I got a hold of Mike and he came that night, figured out the issue and was back the next morning to replace the part and I was back on the road by noon the next day. I was an out of towner as well but Mike didnt try to screw me over by any means and the pricing was very fair. I thought I was going to be stuck in Indianapolis till Monday waiting for a mechanics shop to open but Mike ended up saving the day and did a great job.

Mike has worked on two of my vehicles and,I always recommend him to people I know with car trouble.His number is a number to keep.Very reasonable and he might be a later than what he estimates but,hell he comes through!!!!

I tried to hire this guy twice in a week to come work on the suspension of my vehicle. The first time I tried to hire him he strung me out for 2 days before not showing up. The second time I tried to hire him he told me he was going show to call him and keep reminding to make sure he was coming then on the third call caught a attitude with me and told me calling him was only going to slow things down before not showing at all. This is a very bad way to run business and a very poor business model. If you are not going show up have the common curtesy to inform the person you cannot make it. Allow them the opportunity to make other arrangements.

We called never ever showed up told us he would be at our place in 2 hours and didnt come and read our messages but didnt reply an didnt show up at all so dont count on this guy

I was visiting from Iowa for the Big Ten Tournament. My brakes started dragging on Saturday and I was afraid I wouldn’t get home on Sunday. I called Mike Saturday night, and he came and fixed them Sunday morning. A true life saver!!

This guy seemed very knowledgable and is not trying to scam you out of your money like most places. Did a starter and ac compressor in 2hrs. you’ll be really hurt about what your usual mechanics have been charging you or trying to.

I found Mike on the internet after my car wouldnt start early in the morning. He quickly came to my location and jump started my car. He then followed me to my destination, went to the store to get a new battery, and installed it for me. Thanks to him, I wasent late for an important medical appointment

I called asking for help fixing my car as soon as possible as I needed to get to work the next day. He said he had a job in the morning, but would be by in the afternoon before I had to leave for work at 4. I had high Hopes because he answered the phone at 10pm and seemed very nice and HE SWORE UP AND DOWN that he knew exactly what the issue was. By 5:30 he still hadnt shown up and I had to call out of work. I texted him and received no reply. I called Monday of the next week and got no answer. Ghosted me. EXTREMELY unprofessional.Edit: notice that his reply didnt address a single issue that I brought up. Get your car fixed by someone else.

Mike was great, I called him with one issue, he ended up fixing something else (I bought the wrong part) he easily could’ve charged me for an unnecessary repair and still had me buy the right part but he didn’t. He was able to get the repair done the same day I called. He also drove my friend to the part store to get the correct part. His price was cheaper still than what he originally quoted.

When I say my car was NOT able to move at all... this man is definitely true at what he does... he even spent two days on my car and gained every part for the low . Hes a life and pocket saver. He pulls up on call and finishes the job no matter the hour of day or night. Thanks Mike sooo much.

Had harmonic balancer put on 3 weeks ago now the center bolt is snapped and the pully is bouncing around about to fall off i have called and text many times no response

Traveling through Indy from Wisconsin Thanksgiving week got in a minor accident and found Mike on the internet. His response to our emergency call was amazing. Looked at our car we needed a new tie rod. He went to a 24 hour shop to buy the part. He replaced the part and did a string alignment on the tires. Very knowledgeable and professional and prices are very good. He was our angel that night. Got back on the road to Virginia and car is great. Thank you again Mike.

Horrible left my vehicle half done and complained about coming back because he ran out of gas. And. Lies about coming and came at 9 oclock When ever thing os closed. And then stop awnsering the phone.

Mike showed up on new years eve at almost dark and then drove me to pick up a part. It was cold and windy and I told him he could do it the next day if he wanted to go home for new years eve and he said no. He was done with the job in about an hour. Faster, cheaper, and more convenient than taking it to a shop. Will use again and recommend.

Best mechanic in the city of Indianapolis and it isnt even close. He helped me save over $1100 on a job that the auto shop quoted me for $1500. I highly advise Mike to anyone for any car repair! The best in Indianapolis.

Called him at 3pm, and he was able to get me in his schedule the same afternoon. Very polite, and got my ball joint replaced in half an hour. 10/10 will call again.

I called Mike thinking I had a MAJOR issue with my vehicle. He could have easily taken advantage of me because I was expecting a very expensive fix but, he didn’t. He let me know that all I needed was spark plugs and a coil and he worked on my vehicle in FREEZING cold temps and got me up and running. It is so hard to trust people in this industry because they can totally take advantage of your lack of knowledge. I will recommend Mike to all of my friends and family and I will go to him with any future issues. This right here is a good guy and great mechanic who will get you right! Thank you for your help!!

Mike started with good intentions to repair my vehicle but hasnt completed the repair on my Saturn. Mike promised to continue repairs on my car but it remains parked behind my garage. I have it scheduled for mechanical repair elsewhere. He now has a history of leaving cars in disrepair without informing the customer. I paid him cash for his initial diagnostics and work performed. He never returned as promised. Not a good way to treat customers.

He brought our car back to life we will definitely be in contact again!!! He’s officially or new mechanic and his prices are VERY affordable!

Horrible customer service and professionalism.my truck has sat for over 2 months with the motor taken apart. He has been paid 100 and did not complete anything. Actually made it to were no one will work on the truck due to the motor being in pieces. After all his lies and procrastination I simply asked for motor to be put back together. Which he stayed he will get to when he can. I’m a single mother of 2 that now has no transportation because of this crook. Save your money go elsewhere

I was passing through town with my husband and three kids to go pick up a puppy are front wheel hub gave out he replaced that and the damaged breaks in the hotel parking lot like it was nothing and it was cheaper and faster then it would of been in a shop :) back on the road thanks mike!
