I never thought buying a pair of $100.00 shoes with the arch supports in them would make a differnce. My back feels better and my legs dont hurt. If you can afford it I highly recommend the good feet store.

My recent experience at the Good Feet store was good, the staff was helpful in helping me replace my 2-3yr old insoles, the gentleman that helped me was quick in getting me what I needed. The store was clean and transaction was easy I was just surprised they didnt have coins in the register to give me my change but Oh well maybe its due to the coin shortage.Overall all was good Thank You Good Feet Store My feet are feeling perfect again!!

I walked into the Good Feet store and was greeted immediately by Mark the store manager. He took one look at my stance and could see my issues before I even took off my shoes. Mark knew I would have issues with any hard corrections to my flat foot due to pain. He first got me into a pair of shoes that didn’t hurt to wear. He then sized me for a mild insole correction to try. The insole is very tolerable and I will be back in several months to increase the correction. It is too early to rate the effectiveness of the product but the customer service was top notch

I am happy with my purchase. My knees and hips feel much better. Glad I made the right decision.

I took my mom in for new shoes and our clerk, Marc was very helpful. He exchanged her current arch supports for a new pair to help her. She loves the new supports and her new shoes! He also worked with me and fitted my feet with a new arch support that works for all my shoes. My feet are happy and so am I.

Clean and well stocked neighborhood footwear store. They follow all the Covid safety protocols and make customers feel welcome in their store. They always carry the brand (Brooks) and size of the shoes I like to wear. Really great quality brand of shoes and at a reasonable price. They also make custom made 3D printed in-souls for perfect arch support. I have not tried that though.I had a super helpful salesman when I visited the store a couple days ago. I will certainly go back to this store when it is time to buy my next pair of shoes.

Thank goodness for the Good Feet Store! I was in constant pain and finding it more and more difficult to walk or stand for any length of time. After using the three part system I cannot believe the difference. The pain in my feet has virtually disappeared. Standing is no longer torture... I even wear the at rest inserts in my slippers at home! I cant believe I waited so long to look into The Good Feet store as a solution.

Before using Good Feet supports, I could barely walk. After just 20 minutes of walking my feet would ache. If I kept going, so did my hips and back. I was afraid I was doomed to a sedientray life style and would not be able to achieve my health goals. I purchased the supports and I was able to walk walk through the grocery again and take my dogs out. I have tried many different supports over the last 40 years and these are the best. My family of four now all go because of the product AND Mark. This time he wasn’t there but Marc was there. Because of how Mark has treated us in the past and the knowledge he has, we have a very strong understanding of your product. So, Marc adjusted to that quickly and realized he was dealing with a customer with prior experience. He provided the necessary information for that visit and didn’t waste any time with “introducing” the product. He gave us some wonderful tips like tapping the heel to help make the inserts stay in the proper spot under the arch. We will definitely be going back. This store should be a model for other stores.

Ryan at the Roseville store was great! Very knowledgeable. It did take a week to get used to the inserts but I am feeling pretty good now just like he said. I would recommend.

Needed Brooks Addiction 14 in specific color and size as i had purchased before. Called first, had it ready and waiting. Bought my first pair of Brooks last year at this location along with sorely needed supports after foot surgery. Customer service outstanding. Brooks is the only shoe I wear now. Have 4 pair. Very pleased with the service and expertise at Good Feet on Fair Oaks and Watt Ave in Sacramento! I have a very high arch, heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. I purchased the system a few years ago after walking all over Europe in pain. I recently went back in to have the supports evaluated as one felt like it hit my arch incorrectly. They were “on it,” remeasured and had me try on new supports. Voila! I walked out with a replacement set and my feet are quite happy! I highly recommend.

We were non-believers..but the inserts have tremendously improved our growing 11 yo son. His constant foot pain was becoming debilitating and now he is back to playing competitive baseball, skateboarding and just running in general. Our 21 yo just was fitted for a set and again, they alleviated her knee pain. It’s expensive for sure but has more than paid for itself.

Marc Rogers was my agent at the Roseville.I asked a lot of ?’s becuz taking care of 1’s health; it’s important to assure a positive outcome. I’ve been having a lot of discomfort w/my good foot the left side, like it needs an adjustment. I’ve called and Marc and he saids to take the left orthotic off for a few days which I’m trying. NOT sure right now IF I’ll be keeping them. I got a return policy w/a 20% restocking fee =$80. which I made sure to get some sort of warranty as they typically do NOT give refunds only store credit. Hmmmm and I’ll fight that should they end up NOT working.

The gentleman helping me seemed genuinely concerned about helping me eliminate my foot pain and re-enforced much of what my podiatrist told me several years ago. (things I had forgotten or stopped doing). If you are having issues with your feet and dread the thought of seeking medical care during this time, I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with the Good Feet Store in Roseville. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. They will listen to your concerns, measure your feet, take an imprint type image of your footprint and recommend helpful products and other techniques to provide relief. I was in a great deal of pain and felt relief shortly after visiting the store. There was some confusion over whether orthotics were covered under an FSA, however the store reached our and rectified the situation right away. I couldnt ask for better service.

Cant be happier. I was helped by Mark Knowles. He explained what to expect from the sizing process and the orthotics. Never any pressure to buy anything. Ive been wearing the orthotics for a week and they have helped with my gait and have reduced my back pain. I have a number of back problems and while nothing but surgery can resolve them all I am not in as much pain as I was and my ability to wali is greatly improved.

I was very weary if these could help me. But when Mark fitted my shoe and put an insert in and had me walk around I was sold.I am not kidding. For years my feet have hurt. My wife and I walk every morning. I was ready to quit. I’m now walking pain free.These inserts are not cheap. But what is no pain worth.I will be updating to see how Long these last.They do have a life time warranty.

I was very lucky, because of the current restrictions due to COVID-19 that Marc was available to help when when I walked in the door without an appointment. I have been wearing my inserts for three days and I feel better. I can actually walk upstairs without pausing from pain in my knee and back.

It was a spur of the moment decision to walk in, I had heard Tom Sullivan advertise them awhile back. I distantly know Tom Sullivan from the time he lived in our area. I trusted his rave reviews. Marc was really knowledgeable & helpful in explaining all about the process. He fitted me with arch supports that were right for me. It is really unbelievable that my lower back & leg pain immediately vanished when I walked out with the supports in my shoes. Only thing negative is Marc had to ask my age! Just kidding!However I am 79 year old & suffered from really a lot of pain in lower back & legs for years. I still do not believe that an arch support could remove all that pain instantly. Marc the manager help me with my significant issues. As a diabetic with serious flat feet l have been seeing a podiatrist and going to physical therapy. Our 10 year old is growing so fast his feet were killing him. We visited this store with pretty low expectations but willing to try anything..and happily the inserts have been working great. Yes, it could possibly be cheaper elsewhere, but the customer service and right fit makes it definitely worth it. We purchased the growth plan and have exchanged the inserts 3 times in a year, with great results and pain relief every time.

I went in to get a pair of brooks. The associate asked some questions about my feet and what size I was. He came out with a couple different options in colors. He measured my foot, just to ensure what size I truly was. He explained so many things to me that made total sense. The staff went above and beyond and were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

You have to experience it yourself to believe this system. We pulled up in front of the store and I dreaded walking in because my feet and ankles hurt so bad. Dimitri was so patient, answered our questions over and over until things we’re very clear and we understood everything.I feel like a different person, my knees, lower back and believe it or not even a shoulder I shattered a few years ago feel better. I have better balance than I have in years.My feet and ankles?... I told Dimitri I plan on dancing at his wedding someday! HaI was terrified I was headed toward a wheelchair eventually. I spent a lot of money on a pair of shoes and insoles for my feet that are not working and now I’m stuck with this purchase and still on constant pain everyday!! Not satisfied!!

I have had some debilitating feet pain since postpartum. The pain exacerbated when I started working out again. I have extremely flat feet and always knew I would need inserts. I went to the Roseville, CA location, had a consult, picked inserts, and literally now the pain is almost completely gone. It has not even been a week! Now I can see patients all day, on my feet, without limping! Thank you!

I have a bar down my spine and two artificial hips. The wear on my joints and my feet have been extreme. I was at my wits end in pain. Someone said go to the Good Feet Store, so I did and had a very good experience. My feet, in just two days are feeling a little better. They have a system where your feet improve with the three different arches they provide. Since everyone is different, not every has my feet problems. It takes a while for your feet to get adjusted to the arches that they put in. But the arches are good for life. It was very excellent experience! Since wearing inserts from Good Feet I can walk and stand for longer periods of time. I have arthritis in my ankles, knees and hips. Good Feet really has made my life so much better. Customer service has been excellent. Thank you Good Feet!

Couple of concerns making me wonder if I did the right thing buying the product. First, they made my shoes too small. I had the beginnings of blisters and my toes were sore from hitting the front of my shoes after just an hour of wearing them. I removed the pad and just kept the arch support, but, though that helped my toes and forming blisters, the arch support on the left foot is painful. I’m not sure these are for me. I’m going to call the store and see about any return policy you may have.

This is a corrected evaluation:I Bought a pair of Brooks Mens Walker V-Strap shoes from the Good Feet shoe store in Roseville...love the shoes! The clerk offered excellent service and advice. Though you may find similar walking shoes for less money on the Internet, they most certainly are knockoffs of Brooks factory shoes - the best walking shoes on the market as far as Im concerned.

I bought my first pair of supports/insoles 15 years ago and aside from wearing them casually in some of my shoes, have ran many miles (including 8 full marathons) and hiked several backpacking trails with them. They were pricey initially but considering the time they lasted -costed me only about $12 a year. That being said - I still would have them if I did not give them away to someone with foot problems and no access to Good Feet store. I Just got my second pair and is ready for more running and backpacking! Thanks to the Good Feet store for their professional advise, help and a good product.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Michelle explained how the inserts work and what to expect. Instructions were also provided in a nice bag and boxes for the inserts. The whole process of getting fitted for the inserts was very quick! Already feeling the difference in my hips from using the inserts too!! Hallelujah! Thank you Good Feet!

I purchased insoles about 7 years ago. My 12 yr began to have foot pain so I knew where to go. He got his insoles and pain was gone same day. We have lifetime warranty on the insoles and mine was cracked so I got a new pair. You definitely get what you pay for! Thanks Good Feet!

It doesnt matter who helps you theyre all very knowledgeable and I suggest whomever gets these supports get a lifetime its a little more money but I after a year went back and had it redone and a year of wearing night and day one pair I have of these inserts took a little bit of a beating and although not much had changed I got my new ones pronto with no cost but maybe I think there was something like $20 or $30 exchange fee be sure and check that out for yourself the bottom line is theyre excellent!!

Went into the store, feet sore and walked out with far less pain as I walked. We don’t realize how important good fitting shoes are to ones health, and had to find out the hard way, was able to get some comfort and knowledge about taking care of my feet.

I went into the Good Feet store because I’m rehabilitating a broken foot. Knew no regular otc shoe would suffice. Ryan was very helpful. I hate to make someone go back and forth multiple times. OMG!! I’ve seen the commercials, thought about going in and getting a fitting, but something kept telling me that it won’t help with my issues with sciatica. Boy was I wrong. The first day I wore them I was able to stand and shoot for almost 3 hours!! That’s a huge record for me lately. My sciatica used to flare up if I stood just to make dinner. So far so good. I love these things!

I bought the whole system! After being in tremendous foot pain for 2 months from wearing sketcher sneakers I purchased for work for 4 months. I gave them away. A Co worker recommended The Good Feet Store. He purchased a Pair of Cork inserts and bought slip resistant shoes. He is Very 😊. I have been a server for 30 yrs and finally realized how important my feet are. So I made This Investment. Its only been 4 days of Arch training with all 3 inserts. Rotating them frequently. The 2nd day Was painful but I carried on. Im determined to make it work. My only disappointment was that I the store does not carrie female slip resistant shoes for my wide 8and 1/2 foot. I tryed a pair of shoes on ($108) loved them but they werent slip resistant. Michelle was Very Nice and Professional. Only wish she had mentioned the cork inserts to me. But possibly I had decided so quickly that she didnt have a chance. I am waiting for my new work shoes I purchased from Famous Footwear to arrive this week to work with my new arch supports. My husband doesnt know exactly how much I spent. But Im confident after a few months when my feet have adjusted and My body no longer aches after working. He will be understanding. My only recommendation is to offer a line of professional female slip resistant shoes! People on their feet everyday for 8 to 12 hours need a good shoe to go with the new good feet! Restaurant and Hospitality industry. The Hospital industry. Sales industry. I could go on and on! Just didnt make alot of sense to me. I would have paid top dollar had Their been a shoe for me!
