Sent 2 Holly Carbs 2 get rebuilt in March and have been lied to on a weekly basis Was told they was sent weeks ago Pd half upfront Wont give me my carbs back or answer the 📞

They have had my vehicle since approx March 5th, 2021 for head gaskets. It is now April 13th, 2021 and Darrell is now telling me that the part were waiting for is expected to be delivered in 10 WEEKS!!! That was not the original deal and there has been zero communication on their end. Darrell has told me on 2 separate occasions that my vehicle would be done in a week or less. The mechanic whos working on my car hasnt called with an update not one time and Ive even had to get a ride to go in there because they purposely will not answer my number. I am a single mother of 2 whos gone nearly a month without a vehicle and they simply DO NOT CARE. I found the part that is needed for my car to be complete elsewhere and they refuse to return my call so I can get necessary info to order said part and get the project finished. Price wise its great. EVERYTHING else about this place is TRASH, would not recommend.

They stole one of my catalytic converters (Subaru’s have two). When I was told they took one out and put in a straight tail pipe (which is illegal) they offered to give me a discount to replace it. I really trusted these guys, but after taking it to someone else, I realized I had just been getting ripped off for years.

Horrible paid up front had my van for almost a month never completed the job had other cars parked up against my van all the parts they took off was on my leather seats and their response was it is a used van this place shouldnt even be open they are horrible in every aspect and could never be honest lied Everytime I talked to them I recommend no one to go there unless u want to be ripped off and without a vehicle forever

Chris ripped my brother off. How can you take someones money, promise them a title and paperwork and never send it to the customer who paid for service This is terrible customer service. and I do not recommend this type of business to anyone. Someone that worked there blocked the parking lot entrance and my friend couldnt get his truck out. The passenger (a lady) telling and cursing talking about She didnt drive and how she doesnt give a f. After I saw the guy i told him she was being real rude. We drove down the street to get sone gas and next thing we know they are pulling up. They pulled off (I think) because a cop was there. We wont be going back there...racism is too old and tired

Dealership wanted $$$$ for a used transmission for my 2010 Impala. Had it towed here and they did it for a fraction of the cost. The employees were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint, and not really much of one, is that it took longer than the initial estimate and they didnt call me to let me know. I found out when I called them. Otherwise, I would recommend them.Just remember that like doctors, they can only do their best with the symptoms given. It isnt always right, but that is the nature of our bodies and our cars.

Dont buy any vehicles or have them fix your vehicle really bad place

This place is beyond ridiculous!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! We had a transmission fixed here as its the fraction of the cost (its true, you get what you pay for) and it came with a 30 day warranty. Our vehicle died on me the day before the warranty expired, so at our cost we had it towed back to be fixed AGAIN. Well, its been a month and its still there and we have no time frame on when itll be able to get picked up. This place is completely unprofessional and has a complete lack of communication to let you know what is going on with your vehicle. They have never once called us to inform us of anything. Weve had to be the ones to call and ask if its ready, just keep getting the run around. Every couple days (when we call) were told it should be ready in a day or two. This has been a month and still sitting there with no answers. My boyfriend has been handling it and has been more than patient, but now its BEYOND ridiculous. I believe they just dont care to get it done as theyve already been paid for the job and have no desire to rush for anything and keep pushing it out. Im so beyond infuriated and if theres any legal action that can be taken, you bet we will be taking that route! They have zero consideration for their clients and the fact we have a life and jobs to get to. This shop is the WORST Ive ever encountered.

The proprietor, Chris, is very experienced and knowledgeable. He will figure it out and fix whatever is troubling your vehicle. Prices are reasonable and they dont try to run up your bill.

Poor service, service manager Chris is no help, the shop wont answer your call most times, and when they do they wont have Chris call you back. Justin Green is related to him so you cant trust him either. Read posts before me. Dont take your business there. If you need to take them to court small claims court got to center township small claims court to file. You need to sue Nanci Brown and Certified Automotive and Machine. Chris green is not listed as the owner.

Wrong size bearings in rebuilt motor would not hold oil pressure. An will not answer the phone. Used parts in a 1200.00 motor and the crankshaft was scared, junk.

I recently went in for a brake line fix. (3/26) I usually go to someone else but given the situation I had to go to a close shop due to my brakes gushing fluids. The brake job that was fine, but what wasnt was when I picked my car up right before they closed (3/28) I noticed my front driver side tire very flat. I didnt think much of it other than driving it home and using my air compressor to put more air in. When I arrived home I noticed A HUGE SCREW IN MY TIRE! It wasnt there when I dropped it off two days before I picked it up. Unfortunately they were closed when I noticed the tire issue so there was no point in fighting them because they would just say it was my fault. The lot isnt clean (if you drive by it yourself) so I can see my car getting the flat there. Let alone any shop would at least let the owner know if there was clearly a flat if I left it there. I went to Pearson Ford (quick lane) first thing this morning and explained the situation and they took car of me. Theyre great clean and most likely no screws laying around the lot!

This place has the absolute worst service Ive ever come across. I had taken my customer and his motor here to get his old school cutlass 330 rocket motor done up. I wanted his cylinder heads and engine block machined. We showed up and walked in and even though the shop looked like a piece of trash the equipment he had there was what I was interested in and he had the right equipment. He took 1800$ up front for this engine rebuild and he had the motor for over four months. He never once called us to let us know anything. Once I got fed up with it I went up there and was told they had no idea what I was talking about and that they didnt have my motor. Keep in mind the machine work had al been paid for. I was pushed almost to the floor and yelled at by the owner Chris. This is the absolute worst of the worst and his son finally when I went up there the last time to get half of my motor parts his son threatened to take it and melt it down and Ill never see it again. I literally couldnt believe tthat I could be treated so terribly!

I took my monte Carlo up to this shop back in March of 2018 put 500 down. Kept making payments, paid up to 2500. Get a mecanic lien in the mail ask why i get this said he tried calling me to see what i wanted to do. Mind U he charge me 3500, I already paid more than half of the money. The motor is still not done neither the trans, but he filed a mechanic lien for storage fees. I have another 1500 dollars on a 327 and a 396 neither motor has been started both still sitting 2 yrs later. No proof of motor in truck. At first i thought chris was a good guy but hes a scammer. Time to take it to the news and court.

If the mechanics here cant fix your car nobody can. Fast friendly and great Service.

Took my car in to this shop and it was a bad experience from the start. Paid them $$$$$ up front and lied about completing a job but never did. My vehicle was at the shop 2 months without being fixed. I had it towed to a credible honest shop. Poor service and no communication what so ever.

Absolutely the worst. These guys are more skilled in making excuses than fixing your car. They had my car for 3 weeks and charged me $1200, included a tune up. After I paid the bill, it ran for 2 miles and quit for the same problem. It was towed to the dealership and fixed the next day. It was a worn distributer shaft which they should have found out when they tuned and replace points and plug. I paid the dealership $700 and got it back the next day.More skilled at making excuses than fixing your car!!

WARNING WARNING WARNING I took my 55 chevy to this shop. Was going to take 2 weeks. 6 months later I got it back. The motor over heated and started nocking. I called Chris was real definsive. So I pulled the motor found several mis matched bolts on the preservation plate didnt reserfice the flywheel intake aliment rings missing Teflon nuts on the ex manifold?? CUT THE FRONT CORE SUPPORT OUT OF THE WAY WITH SAWSALL??? 55 ALL AREGANAL BARN FIND. they rebuilt it again and again I pulled the oil pan. I have 2 rods nocking pulled caps fryed. CALLED CHRIS NO CALL BACK NO CUMUNICATION AT ALL. YOU TAKE UR STUFF THEIR AT UR OWN RISK. DONT SAY I DIDNT warn u!!!!!#

This place is a total rip off, customers beware, my son paid them upfront to do get a title for an older vehicle,months later no title and the owner was rude and disrespectful and mouthy and that’s only after trying to call him many times over many months and days, we still have no title ! They advertised through Indiana auto and rv, Bad business owner and company,people need to get together and file multiple lawsuits and shut this man down !! This company had our boat engines for 8 WEEKS for rebuild and NEVER touched them. They lied when they were called about the progress of the work they promised to do. I would never even recommend this company to my WORST enemy.

Well to make a long story short, a four to five day job took five months to do and to beat it all we drove it there and had to have it towed home because they left the hood opened and burnt up the computer.

Dont even go here. All they do Is lie lie and lie some more and make up shot that they didnt do . And fail to shop old parts and parts purchased. Now motors locked up cause of them . And taking them to court.
