Horrible customer service from most of the clerks/front desk. And be very cautious bout their vehicle descriptions… most are inaccurate and/or incomplete. And good luck getting your vehicle pulled and loaded with care (see before and after pics)

This company is terrible and the people that work the front desk are really rude. The fees that they charge are ridiculously higher than the other auctions in Indy. The registration fee for a public buyer is more than 3x higher than Copart. They aren’t offering a service that can justify charging so much more than everyone else.

We have been trying to reach someone at this branch for the past 3 weeks. one time someone answered us and said sure we will mail your 4 titles we have here that we never gave the driver and never mailed them. since then we have call over 15 times. no answer and we left at least 8 messages and no one will bother to call back . we need our title for the cars that we bought and paid for
