I have lived here for 5 years. The staff here is excellent. It will make me sad one day when I have to leave. They show up quickly. Always courteous; respectful and they get the job done. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

My best friend friend has been living here for 3 years now.I’ve never heard her complain about anything.Whenever there’s an issue, management reacts pretty quickly & so does the maintenance team.The apartment complex is pretty clean & the neighbors are pretty nice.If I could, I’d live here too.Keep it up with the good job!

My son lost his ball, a small one, in the parking lot. He really asked if I could call and have maintenance let us know if they found anything too. I hesitated working in the industry myself and knowing how back logged and hard everyone is working. But they still took the time and actually found it for my son and gave it to him! Hes been so happy playing with it every day since. Youve brought a lot of joy, thank you for taking time out of your busy days to do this!!!

My needs are always taken care of as soon as I request them. The maintenance staff as well as the office staff are the best. Theyre always willing to help and are always smiling and friendly.

Nice apartments but wouldnt recommend letting them put you in the back. They have alot of over concerned neighbors who apparently have nothing better to do but watch what your doing.

We recently moved in to this complex and have had a positive experience ever since. The office staff is friendly and the customer service has surpassed all of our expectations. Any time weve had any questions or minor maintenance concerns, things were handled promptly and professionally. Our neighbors are extremely pleasant as well. Happy to be a resident at Dakota Ridge.

I lived here in 2018/2019 and LOVED it. All the ladies in the office are professional and easy to get ahold of. They are extremely patient and willing to answer any/ all questions. Maintenance was quick (even when I called them at 1 A.M. because my smoke detector wouldn’t stop going off!) I always felt safe there (lived by myself). Never had any issues while living here. Plus, it’s close enough to downtown and Greenwood, but not *too* close. If I ever decide to go back to an apartment, I would absolutely move back here.

These apartments are amazing! The process was really simple and I was able to communicate with the Denise from the leasing office often! I got into the apartment yesterday and everything worked well and looked nice! The apartments are reasonably priced, in a good location, and quiet!

Reported a problem with air-conditioning and maintenance was her within two hours to repair same. Very pleased.

Lived here for almost two years. Staff has always been friendly. Whenever work orders are placed they did there best to give you timelines with up to date info on order. They have monthly news updates about community events and other topics within the community. Great convenient place to live if you work/school in Indianapolis with 135 right next door.

Wont be keeping this on my shortlist! Animal lovers beware! I stopped in to check this location out, and got asked So, which pet will you be parting with? RUDE! Im a vet tech with an elderly pet, and 2 others. Im not looking to move this month, but within the next 6 months. I made the timeline apparent so they would know I was just getting a feel for my options...parting with a pet to move in is NOT an option. Rudely being asked in that manner is NOT acceptable. Wont be renting here!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Yes, the apartments are nice but its not worth it. They were very nice in the beginning when we wanted to move in, then after that it was like a night mare. Neighbors are terrible, I got harassed and followed almost daily. The garbage disposal was always broken and the thermostat never worked! Maintenance had to keep coming in our apartment to fix the same issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

I have lived here almost 2 years and I love it. Everyone is really friendly staff is laid back and easy going. Quiet and kept clean. Only con is the lighting around the complex which I wish they would change. Otherwise love it and would recommend to anyone. Close to downtown and US 31. Pretty much close to everything

This place is pretty great! As far as apartments go (Ive lived in about 5 different apartments), its the least of the evils. Ive had a few problems with things breaking- like the garbage disposal- and it used to take a while for them to fix it,but not anymore and the maintenance staff is SUPER friendly. My hot water heater leaves a lot to be desired (I have about an 11 minute time limit for water that is warm enough), but these are things you deal with living in apartments. As far as the neighborhood- everyone is REALLY friendly and I feel incredibly safe here. Ive lived here for a little over a year and have seen the management go through quite a few changes in that short amount of time. The management used to be HORRIFIC- I would have to report something being broken about 6 times before it was fixed, but now, its great and theyre as prompt as can be! They got rid of a really bad employee and it has made my experience here MUCH more enjoyable. Considering the price (I have a one bedroom), the value is amazing. As for the noise level- it depends on your neighbors just like in any other apartment really. The walls arent paper thin by any means, but youll still be able to hear them here and there but its pretty muddled and overall, a really quiet neighborhood. Its VERY pet friendly, so if youre not fond of dogs, this probably isnt the place for you. All in all, for the location (which CANNOT be beat) and the price, this place is well worth a tour and consideration.

Recently moved in Dakota Ridge Apartments carpet needed cleaned they cleaned it did a good job on that The toilet in the master bedroom has a crack in it and runs constantly they have been over three times and always replace parts on it but cant fix the problem must turn water off at night to get any sleep wish they would just replace toilet and be done with it . 11/9/2018 after really not getting very far with the apartment management spoke to a lady named Stephanie at Indpls. office she got right on the problem and took care of it thank you very much .Patrick Meredith

Dont rent from this place! They have a drop box for rent payment. It is unsecured so when the box was robbed recently, the office did not even file a police report and several rent checks and money orders were stolen, altered and cashed by someone. The apartment complex said it wasnt on them and so people were out the rent and had to come up with the funds to keep from being behind in rent. Renters were left to file police reports on their own even though it was the complexes office that was robbed. They said it wasnt their responsibility and some BS about there not being a camera and the box was flimsy.They really ought to be reported to the BBB.Might be my next stop. Seriously stay away, poorly managed.

I’ve lived here since February of 2018 and absolutely love it. You have your freedom, friendly staff. The only issues I’ve had was I was sold on the tanning bed but have not been able to use it once as well as solicitors are crazy around here. I’ve had knocks on my door more than 3 times in one day! Other than that absolutely beautiful complex.

I have lived here for almost 2 yrs. All was well the first half and now new tenants are causing noise problems. I have to sleep through loud parties and barking dogs at 3AM because their owners arent home. Ive reported each incident and neither was resolved. I no longer have the desire to live here and have decided to break my lease. I rented washer and dryer and now theyre taking them back and forcing us to use a 3rd party company due to poor management. I would not recommend this place.

Poor maintenance. It took 10 days to get my hot water issue fixed satisfactorily. My AC unit trips its circuit breaker a couple of times per week. They came to look at it, said they couldnt find anything wrong and to call if it happened again. Its just easier to reset it myself.I moved in with the impression I would be renting the attatched garage. The garage is being rented by another tenant, but there are only 5 people on the waiting list.

UPDATE: I have lived here going on almost 2 years now. My lease ended earlier this month. This has hands down been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! I am seriously considering signing a 3rd lease (currently month to month because I was looking for a house). It is a bit pricey, but the neighborhood is quiet (they do not put up with people being unruly), my children and I feel safe here, and I love the office and maintenance staff. If we have maintenance issues they are always out right away to fix it. Also, my kids really enjoy the length of time the pool is open, the picnic area, and the movie theater. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

I LOVE IT HERE! Floorplans are wonderful! Its a little pricey but for what all you get in your apartment and the apartment community, its worth every dollar! Have been here for one month. Apartment staff is friendly, maintenance is perfect and fast, neighbors are friendly but will keep to themselves. Ive had bad experiences at other apartments but this place is a dream come true so far! Will write another review after Ive been here a little longer to keep you updated. But so far, I would say its definitely worth the time and energy to come out and look at it. And I dont regret one penny spent here!

My girlfriend and I absolutely love this complex! We moved here from Polo Run which was an absolute nightmare to live. The staff is very friendly and the rent is very affordable for how nice apartments these are. The only complaint is our neighbors above us. We hear every footstep and their kids love to run around the apartment. We never hear anyone on the same level but just the people above us. We feel very safe here and plan to continue to live at Dakota Ridge for some time!

Went looking at Dakota Ridge, Murphys Landing, and Creek Bay yesterday from 12pm to about 2:30pm. I dont know if its because my roommates and I are young, or if the woman in the office was having a bad day, but it was evident that she didnt want to talk to us or tell us about the apartment. She was very standoffish the whole visit, and I dont think she smiled even one time. She never offered to show us a unit even though we told her that there was one in our price range that wed like to see. Although it is a beautiful apartment complex, the customer service was a 1/10 and we will likely take our money to Murphys Landing!

I had left a review not long ago about how much I enjoyed living there. Well fast forward to now, no longer living there. I startedNoticing my rent statements were hundreds more dollars than the previous months they charge 3 different trash charges and they tried charging me for washer and dryers I didn’t rent from them. I was constantly having to call the office because they were making mistakes. I received emails about trash on my porch I would be fined for. However There was never any trash on my porch. We would get notes in our doors stating every pet owner would be fined for other people not pick picking up their pets waste. That didn’t seem fair because some people including myself do pick up their pets waste. When I moved out, they tried charging me rent for the month after my lease ended, even sent me a statement in the mail but when I called they said it wasn’t owed. I wonder how many people have just paid it. I didn’t live there for the last 2 months of my lease because I bought a house and was still getting letters about non existing trash on my empty apartments empty porch..they also came into my apartment without notice or telling me, I caught them because my doors were locked and they weren’t when I left( dumb Ik) I had to call and ask why they were there and they proceeded to tell me for porch matienence, and when I asked why I wasn’t made aware. They said they tried to call us but neither of us were called, emailed, or had written notice. I let them know I had cameras and the women on the phone literally started stuttering and didn’t know what to say and put me on hold. Not only that, but legally there has to be a work order left. I had my bf call and they told him they were replacing the blinds. So now we have a different story. When my bf got home nothing was replaced. He went down to the office and asked for a work order stating some sort of something. They go on to tell him they never even went inside now because our dog scared them away. They printed a work order time stamped for the time my bf was already home but before he came to the office. They also came into my apartment a separate time and left my door open and my cat got out and was never found, we’ve had to live with that. Beautiful place to live but the staff is absolutely terrible. They made living there a terrible experience and I wouldn’t EVER recommend it.

Obviously there are things that need improvement, just like any other apartment. But overall, we love it here. The apartments are well taken care of. The office staff is great. They have the fastest maintence I have ever seen. Even in non emergent situations, maintenance has always been over to fix things within a day or two of calling, and they usually try to accommodate my schedule so I can be home when they need in. Its a pricey place to live, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve had issue after issue since day one of my move. So many things needing fix/replace only to need to be fixed and replaced later on. Been here for four months and each month there is something wrong.

Considering a tranferring at work. Came to check out very pleasant experience when I viewed property.
