This company is ridiculous! Dont move to their property unless you want charged for things that were not done prior to you moving in. They raised the rents and want to charge you when you move out for all new replacements items that are not new.

Sheehan is the best company that I have ever worked for hands down. You are not treated like a number. Very caring company and they address issues timely.

DO NOT live at any Sheehan property. Dont work there or live there. Sketchy management company that doesnt care at all about anyone. They are extremely behind the times and make no effort to grow or evolve. Subpar apartments with the most extreme and unrealistic fees.

Great place to work that always has thier residents & employees best interests & safety in mind at all times!

Build cheap buildings with no regard to residents that will be paying an arm and leg to live at their properties. Corporate office is childish and don’t take care of their employees. Do not follow policies that they themselves lay out.
