I went to their website to look at floor plans and availability since my lease is due to expire soon. My daughter and I walked into the office and was met by a very cold unfriendly woman who looked at me and replied What do you need? Not Hello or how may I help you. I proceeded to tell her I was interested in viewing a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. She asked how soon I wanted to move and when I told her she replied I wont have anything until November even though I had already seen on their website that they had a unit available beginning 8/7, I then proceeded to tell her I would still like to view the unit. She told my daughter and me to have a seat in the sitting area. We sat and waited well over 15 minutes without any other contact from the woman. She went to the other side of the office as if we did not exist. Finally we just left. The rudeness and lack of customer service was appalling. No thank you Carlyle Courts!!
The office staff is always extremely courteous and professional. They made moving in easy. The upkeep with the landscaping and parking lot outside is great, and they maintain the apartments inside just as well. I haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing any maintenance issues, but I’m sure their maintenance team is just as top notch.
Good price for the area and amenities, but do not expect any leniency from management.I was happy with the size and cleanliness of my apartment. I had quiet neighbors and appreciated the appliances included (dishwasher, oven and stove top, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer). I also liked all of the adult trees that helped with privacy. After losing my job along with many others in 2020, I thought I would try and apply for the Indianapolis Rental Assistance Program. I communicated this with the front office, and they stated that their corporate office does not allow them to sign any papers on my behalf. All they could do is verify my name and that I lived on the premises. I was unable to apply for the assistance. My move-out date was the day after the big snowfall this month (February 16, 2021). I still had some items to collect on said date. I sent an email to management asking if I could have another day to move my things, depending on the severity of the storm. The written response I received was that an additional day was fine. That day I did decide to go ahead and move the rest. I checked a voicemail that had been left on my phone at 5:00 pm that day about my move out. I called back, and it turned out that I would need to remove everything by the end of the day. Luckily I was able to do so, but what would have happened if I was depending on that extra day?Again, my time in Carlyle Court was fine, but if you are looking for an empathetic or understanding landlord, I would search elsewhere.
Carlyle Courts is a great place to live. The apartments are well equipped and regularly maintained by friendly staff. They are nicely situated mid-way between Carmel and Broad Ripple but with Nora and everything you need on your doorstep. There is great access to I-465, being minutes from the Meridian intersection to the West and Keystone to the East. 👍
Great apartments for the price and location! Spacious and nicely updated with a good layout. It was a very quiet neighborhood, too! Would definitely recommend this complex
I loved living here! Moved into a studio for my first apartment and it was a perfect fit for me. Plenty of space and a nice community. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new home.
We had a very positive experience living in our “deluxe” one bedroom for about 1.5 years with our two cats. Clean, quiet, cost effective, convenient to the Monon and interstate. We even grew veggies out on our patio. Moved out because we bought a house.
Been looking for a great apartment and believe we have finally found the right one for us! Thank you so much!
Kind staff and absolutely beautiful property! It’s situated in a great neighborhood with everything you need close by. I love my garden space, my washer and dryer, and love how great my apartment space is for the price. I highly recommend!
I love the mature trees and flowers they have everywhere. Really makes it feel like home. When moving in the office was on top of everything and made the process so quick and easy!! Honestly very impressed and would tell anyone this is the place to be!
Tony was awesome, we had a wonderful experience :)
Driving on to this property is like driving into another world! Fabulous price for square footage. It feels like being on vacation all the time. Staff seems knowledgeable and ready to work with you.
Below average experience at Carlyle. Had many communication issues with apartment management. Had thousands of gnats when I moved in and dealt with carpet beetles (gross) the entire time I lived there. The pool wasn’t usable the majority of the time I lived here and when comparing my apartment with friends who lived in the area in similar apartments I was left feeling like I did not have as nice of an apartment or as good of an experience as they had.
Just signed on for my 4th year here! I have no complaints about living here. The office and maintenance guys are always so friendly when I call in. I wont be moving for awhile! I would recommend 10/10 to live here:)
A great place to live. I have been a resident at Carlyle for 4 years now and dont plan on leaving. They are quick with maintenance calls and you can tell they really care about the property. Plus the rent is so cheap for being right outside Carmel. They have a lot of employees that live here too which is nice. Overall, Ive always been happy living here!
Ive really enjoyed living at Carlyle Court Apartments! Ive noticed since Ive moved in that the management does a good job keeping up with the community and taking care of the property. My fence has been freshly painted, the landscape is really nice. I enjoy the nature view in my apartment. I highly recommend this community to any and all looking for an apartment in the area.
Lived here over 10 years. Carlyle is a very quiet and well maintained community, but still close to everything. Leasing and maintenance are quick to respond to any problems that might arise.
Excellent service from the Leasing Office and Maintenance Team, close access to the Monon Trail, and a safe neighborhood create the trifecta of bliss. Thank you Carlyle Court team!
Very pleased with being a resident here. Maintenance is always on top of things. Very quiet and peaceful community.
The location is perfect and the staff are helpful & seem like they actually care about the tenants and the property
Katee is super informative, professional and very attentive to your needs.
Wonderful community! Ive lived here since 2011, and have no plans to go anywhere else. Its peaceful and safe, in a beautiful setting. The maintenance staff is responsible, prompt, and knowledgeable. Ive lived and worked in apartment communities in 3 different states, and am so glad I found Carlyle Court!
The front office is so wonderful and the club house is beautiful! Defiantly pleased from what I saw!
The apartments are basically nice and quiet. The management staff are polite. The provided appliances are from 1970 but are functional. The laundry facility is in the building, but is overpriced considering the dryer never dries your clothes, and parking is horrible the spaces are barely large enough for your car theres only 1 inch allowance between your tires and the lines on either side if you drive an SUV good luck. Most of the resident drivers are rude and will try to kill you as you back out of your parking spot because you cant see them and they wont stop!
This property has the best value for price and apartment size on the north side. The property is always well kept and very clean. The office staff is very friendly and always happy to help you need anything. I love the location.
We’ve had the best experience here at Carlyle Court apartments! We feel safe here and it feels like home. Very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I would recommend to anyone!
I have been exposed to the Carlyle Court Apartments since 2015..i must say this place has shown quality Management and a qualified Maintenance crew. Carlyle Court has shown to be a leader in providing quality living in a apartment. My compliments to this company.
Best price on this side of town. Laundry machines are a joke and pricey.Quiet community and a Well maintained property.
I moved in 2 weeks ago and I love my new place. Yes it is an apartment but It is home for me. I would like to thank the staff for exceeding my expectations.Warm RegardsLPJ
The staff here is very friendly and very helpful with any issues that I may have with my apartment. Maintenance is very good with responding to maintenance issues as well. Great place to live!! Everyone should live here!!
I would definitely refer this wonderful apartment community to a friend. Staff is just wonderful! And the apartments are so nice and cozy.
I recently moved here and love the location! The staff is wonderful and maintenance is top notch. Highly recommend.
The staff is horrible. The maintenance department is a joke. I have found bad breakers. Off the AC they bent the suction line. In other words higher costs on bills. They can’t even caulk properly. They will try to steal money from the time you move out making outrageous claims. Good luck getting anything answered. Plus the break ins. No security. Go somewhere else.
My girlfriend lived here before we moved downtown to another a few years ago and I stayed with her for awhile. She liked her apartment a lot. She had a few maintenance problems but they got taken care of pretty quick. Nothing major. The location was good for her because of her job and we both liked the lakes. It was a quiet place to be. Maintenance men were friendly and the office people were nice too. I would recommend it because the prices are really good for this North side area.
The head of maintenance stayed over to do a very minor repair on my apartment. Not a critical repair. A minor repair. Why? Because he told me it would be done that day. You will not find this kind of care in very many complexes.
Beware of the property manager. He seems like a weasel. He was supposed to hold an apartment to me for a day. When I showed up to sign the lease and make my payment, he had rented the apartment to someone else. The guy didnt attempt to apologize. He approached me until we were almost nose-to-nose and blamed me even though we had an agreement. I was livid. When I look at the other reviews about the bed bugs and mold, I think I dodged a bullet by not living here. I can vouch for the reviews for the parking spaces being way too narrow. I could barely fit my compact car in a parking space. If you live here, it will be unavoidable that your car will get dings and scrapes from the cars next to you.
My wife & had a 2 bedroom for 2 years minus 2 months having gotten a better job in a better city (Chicago) we moved out giving the management 2 months notice before our move.Despite this, we still had to pay for the last 2 months! - when we were gone >> as per the Contract. No compromise.Crappy Management, I would NOT recommend this place although the price and location are good, the management is not though it became obvious that they just do as they are told from the people over them.So it goes.
This is my third year in the apartments and overall it has been a good place to stay. Sometimes when I come home there are barely any spots which makes me think the stickers are pointless but whenever I’ve had any maintenance issues they usually come by the next business day. My neighbors mostly keep to themselves. I love that they bring brownies when you first move in to your job I had never had that before and the pool is never packed with children when I go.
12/14/19There is no doubt Carlyle Court is very clean, peaceful and quiet community .Management is super nice but when it comes to resolve the issues they took forever. My name is Malik and i live in apt 1019.its been almost 1 and a half month keep waiting on their tech/Mec/handy man to come over and fix my issues keep getting ip&l bills more than $238+ a month while using only limited amounts of electricity because window are so old and outdated and never change since 1970s so when cold air come thuru closed window my apts heat turn on and which is waist of electricity. There is no warm air in kitchen or living areas.2.guest bathroom wont flush properly and took hours to fill up the tank water is just circulating in bowl instead of getting flush.3.Fridge is new i can tell by its condition but it makes weird noises gur grrrr gurrrr grrrrr.
Best value on the north side for the amount of room and amenities you get. Would recommend living here!
I moved into Carlyle courts temporarily for 6 months so my review is not based on grunts for having to leave but my experience living there.Apartments are pretty average but for the price they are pretty nice and this was the main reason I moved in there. 3 days in, one day I was backing my car and some guys driving fast in (community do not have parking lots but you have to park the car on the drive way) stopped behind and started yelling and took his one foot out of the car as a threat for it was not even my fault so I guessed, what community I was going to spend my 6 months in.I did not have any issue with maintenance though the shower was way too old and seemed like they have not upgraded for years. I never had to call the management, who are pretty nice to talk with. There is a catch though. When you leave they try different ways to screw your security deposit. For me they complained that they are cutting down my security deposit because the drip pans on the stove were too dirty. As per my experience (or I just might have been living at decent places only) they have to replace drip pans for the new tenant. you just can not reuse the same drip pans, that is disgusting. Also, they complained that the kitchen was not clean which was really surprising because its not the x-tenant responsibility to clean the apartment before he/she leaves.I took the pictures before I left the apartment so that I have the evidence (I am always cautious about the contracts and leases) that really helped.
I love living here, no problems with staff. Minor issues with people parking like idiots and sometimes walking their dogs off leash, but no issues with noise, crime, or neighbors. I accidentally set my house alarm off once and had three neighbors knocking on my door within 5 minutes. I have lived in quite a few apartments in Indy, and this is by far the quietest and safest area I have lived in. Staff have always been very helpful and quick to answer any call. It is also a great price for the area, checked out other apartments in the area and they were easily $200+ more a month. Another plus is washer and dryer in every building, in some apartments, and no monthly pet fee.
We are new to Carlyle court and the process to get everything going has been absolutely wonderful!! My husband leaves for active duty and I am now expecting a baby. Moving and finding somewhere can be so stressful... working with Lauren, and also Pricilla, has made this process completely peaceful for me. I couldn’t be more grateful with how much they have done. Above and beyond what I have expiernced anywhere else! LOVE THIS PLACE AND OFFICE PERSONNEL!
I have lived here for the better part of 7 years, so I would like to clear the air a bit on the other reviews shown here.Cons:- Small parking spaces, even for small cars.- Old appliances, fixtures, windows, etc.- Not fancy looking.Pros:- Honestly great maintenance staff now that they have gotten better people in. They do prioritize maintenance issues based on severity when they are understaffed, but in general, things are taken care of when needed.- When my very old microwave gave out, they replaced it with a brand new one.- Great value for the size of the apartment; a comparable one at The Lodge less than a block to the east would be smaller but cost even more rent per month.- Relatively safe, even though some considerably less nice apartments are only a few blocks away.- Quiet, even though very close to I-465. Geographically close to everything you really need on a daily basis.- Friendly office and maintenance staff.- Nice pool and deck area.- Pleasant pond and woodsy area around the apartments.Refutations of other reviews:- The only way to reserve an apartment is by putting down a deposit; if you cannot do so that day, it is in their best interests to rent out the apartment to someone who can put a deposit down right away.- No mold problems.- It is standard for a tenant to clean the apartment before leaving... they line it out in the lease agreement that any cleaning issues, including drip pans, are the responsibility of the tenant. Read the lease agreement before signing it.- A lot of the other reviews on here I find are results of people not reading the lease agreements before signing them. You really put yourself in a bad situation by not reading something like that.In general, I really enjoy living here. You cannot get anything the same size, as nice, and nearby for near the price. No major issues, and I have seen several managers here. The only thing that would make my review 5 stars was if all appliances, windows, fixtures, etc. were all updated to be new. Otherwise, it is a very pleasant place to live.
Long term resident ! Carlyle is a quiet community tucked away, but still close to all the amenities. Great office staff and maintenance.
I live here now and cant wait for my lease to be up! I pay over 900.00 a month for a 2 bedroom. Ive had to call maintenance for soooooo many things its out of control. The windows, sliding glass door, and balconies are so old. I can feel a cold breeze 2 feet from my windows. The walls are paper thin. The parking is awful... I can go on and on. Save your money. You can definitely find way better in Indy for the money! I am truly counting down the days to get out of this place!!!
Our 1 bedroom is very cozy! Maintenance is the best around and the people in the office are very friendly!!
Ive lived here for 2 years and had nothing but positive experiences. Im writing this review today because my water heater broke and flooded my entryway. Within 3 hours maintenance had replaced my broken water heater with a brand new one and had a carpet company extract all of the water out of my carpet. Im so thankful for them. The staff and maintenance at Carlyle Court is amazing.
Carlyle Court is the greatest with the awesome office staff and maintenance rocks
To start, the office staff continues to turn over and each new regime changes what rules they enforce and what they dont care about. Maintenance staff hardly fix anything and when they come out the fixes they do are merely bandaids for the problem. I used to love loving hee but now its a complete joke
***THIS COMPLEX IS DANGEROUS ***I lived in Carlyle Court for only 3 months. The reasoning for my leaving was that I was assaulted in my own apartment by a masked assailant who broke in through my back patio door. The apartment was compliant with the police at first, and allowed me to break my lease because of this traumatic experience. However after a few months of not catching this predator, the staff at Carlyle became less and less compliant. They would not release any more information and encouraged my silence in this matter, despite having another resident attacked a month after I was. The attacker is still out there. If you are a female looking for a safe environment to live, this complex is not it.
We have had some very terrible experiences here. We lived here for 3 years and had to break our lease because of a job. And even though we are moved out we continue to still have issues with them. The property manager won’t contact me back after 4 days now when all I want to know is if there were any damages accounted for. They have not kept up with me like they said on if we owe anything else. The maintenance is terrible, my car got totaled in a flood because they don’t take care of their drains, there is one particular office member who has always been outrageously rude to us, they don’t care about noise ordinances, and people are allowed to smoke in their apartments so therefore there’s a good chance your apartment will smell like a cigarette. Oh and there has been a serial rapist running around the apartment complex for years now and “they just can’t catch him”.
Completely disgusted. I have lived at Carlyle Courts for 1.5 year. The first 6 months werent too bad possibly because I made no requests of their staff. Once I needed management to follow through with maintenance, repairs, etc. there were problems.1. Water heater was OLD. It took them 3 weeks of sending a repair man daily to solve the problem which was never fixed until they replaced the unit. Several missed showers before work in the morning during this time. After each repair their was standing water surrounding the water heater ruining a patch of carpet.2. No water in the shower. It was repaired the day of the request but in the mean time there was damage done to the surrounding hardware making it nearly impossible to use. Maintenance man said he would put in a request for someone to come fix it. Nothing has been done. Checked in on the status and was told no request was made.3. MICE. Surrounding wooded area attracts mice. I understand that. It should not, however, take 8 months to fix the hole on the outside wall where the mice continued to get it. In fact, the hole is still not repaired. I had to go in behind the cabinets and plug the whole myself and cover the whole in the wood under our sink and seal with duct tape. Thankfully it is working and I am not having to clean the mouse pee and poop from the dishes, drawers, and counter tops everyday.3. Bathroom fan yet to be fixed.4. SMALLEST PARKING SPACES EVER.5. Rude staff when I call to check up on maintenance requests.Sure, the apartments are a nice size. And yes it is not as expensive as the complexes near by. Honestly though, it is not THAT much cheaper. Just dont rent here. Save yourself the stress and frustration.
Its a great price especially for the location (near Broad Ripple, Nora, Carmel, I-465). I think its a great value for the area.
I had applied to live here back in September - application money and down payment to hold the apartment was taken and processed. I was called and told everything was approved and I was good to go a couple days later. About a month later I called to find out what my address was and to my shock was told I wasnt in their system and they didnt have an apartment for me. A lot of back and forth phone calls occurred and I was told that the girl that I originally worked with was saying I called and cancelled. To make a long story short the only thing they were offering to do since the original apartment I was told I had was no longer available was going to end up costing me a lot more. I found it very disappointing and frustrating that not only was I scrambling to find something else (especially during holidays) due to someones mistake and her lying to make it look like it was on me, but they werent willing to do the logical right thing when it was their mistake plus they wouldnt give back my money I had already put down. The place appears good for the price but when someone doesnt make something completely right on their end after their mistake, no thank you.
I lost my husband in January of 2018. I sold our very spacious home on an acrea wooded lot with a creek. I found Caryle Court through a friend that lives there. I toured the grounds, I opted for a 2 bdrm 2 bath bottom floor. I immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. I met two of the neighbors who happily welcomed me. It took three weeks to settle in, tend my very spacious fenced patio with a beautiful view of the pound. with all the trees, I could not see the surrounding apartments. Caryle Courts is very safe, I have secure locks on the sliding glass doors plus an alarm system. They celebrate all the holidays, makes living here fun, example, leave for work, the managers at 6:30 am are at the end of the driveway handing out bags with breaksfast items, yummy, came home one day from a tiring day at work to a box of pizza, one for everyone. So, if you ar looking for safety, a view, quiet and fun neighbors and an apartment you never want to leave, please join us at Caryle Courts. You will not be disappointed!
I have been here for less than 2 months and have had so many issues! When I signed my lease the weeds in my patio area were above knee height. It took over a week for that to be corrected (sounds minor but this is just the start). I was give the wrong mailbox and garage key. The garage that I am parking my car in took a month to get a door open on it after I signed my lease. Then just a few weeks after signing my lease I find out that I have a leak in my bedroom window. I called and asked for a bucket to catch the water. i was told they have no bucket and that I just need to use my towels and that I am lucky I have a dryer in my unit to help.... folks this was at 10pm at night! That was about a month ago and after many repairs it isnt raining in my window any longer but it wont all be fixed until next week. A month!!! One of the fixes they did replace the window and left glass on my bedroom floor. If you like your privacy dont move here! I have had more people in and out of my apartment than anyone should have to deal with on moments notice and they dont always knock either! I work from home and have a dog so having people consistently in and out with little to no notice is VERY hard. But it doesnt end there! I found another leak just a few days ago that was my air conditioning. I was told it has the thaw and then it will be fixed. It hadnt been on for days but ok, what do I know. It refreezes and takes me telling them multiple times that something else is wrong. While this is going on the solution is no AC and wait for it to stop with a moving blanket in my hallway to catch the water. I am told a new AC will be installed next week. But wait... there is more! The garage that I waited a month to be able to use... I go to get my car yesterday and it wont open. I call and I am told I cant open it manually that I need to wait. So I wait and there is on electricity to that building for some reason. The electrician will have to come and look at that. I dont know about everyone else but when you have one car and are depending on that car to get you places you cant really risk not being able to get to your car. The answers I have received have not been good and if I dont call or show up at the office I dont think anything would have been done. I understand that things like this can happen but when it takes over a month to fix a leaky window for which I am paying rent on, I think its unacceptable!
I had very little time to find an apartment as I was offered a job in Indianapolis. New to the area I knew very little about the housing market. I ended up with Carlyle Court as it was in a good location both safety and my commute to work. However, I felt it was over priced for what you got as not all apartments were up to date with new fixtures. The apartment will show you the model and you think you will have new carpet, kitchen appliances, etc. When I walked into my apartment the day of moving I was caught off guard.Living there I had small issues that snowballed. Our washer and dryer both broke, but it took them 3 weeks to do anything about it. I had to go to friends to do laundry. I was paying for this convincing and they did not see it that way. Our windows were missing screens so we could not have any windows open without bugs or anything else getting in. The office said they were out and currently waiting on them to come in... They never did. The worst part was that I had mold growing in the bedroom and they shrugged it off as no biggie. I had a team of friends come over to move items out of my room, spray the areas, and then help scrub the window and wall. Over that time period I ended up sleeping on the couch or stayed over at friends. The office never knew who I was, where I lived or anything a office should do. The lack of professionalism is apparent as their staff was a revolving door.If you are looking at these as an option please bypass and keep on driving. Not worth your time, not worth your money, and not worth stressing overing all of these issues. I counted down the days until I could move.
One star is simply too high a rating for Carlyle Court. I currently live here and cannot wait until my lease is up. Their office staff is terrible, likely resulting from its high turnover rate. Last month they managed to lose part of our rent, our washer flooded part of the apartment during its first use, the water damage on our living room ceiling and around a power outlet was never taken care of or explained, the staff has misplaced their copy of our apartment key twice, and last summer maintenance simply forgot to switch on our A/C unit. A friend of mine who wised up and left in 2014 fought them for over a year to have her security deposit returned. Dont make the same mistake we made by avoiding this complex.Sincerely, Disappointed
They have terrible Customer Service. You always see different Management never steady . I’ve had issues with my apartment and they don’t take action for it . Residents are not there priorities. There more into there money than anything . Terrible company .
Not recommended. The laundry facilities are atrocious, and even the smallest load of laundry still takes 2 goes through the dryer and it consistently comes out wet still. Water pressure in the shower is almost nonexistent. Everything in the apartment is cheap and old. Maintenance requests are tended to at a snails pace. The pool had a crack in the time for about 2 months with tacky orange traffic cones around it before it was ever fixed. The staff inside the office are great, but the issues with this apartment complex are frustrating. Everything is way past due for an upgrade. If anything in these apartments were from this decade, it would be a very nice place to live.
My boyfriend and I lived in Carlyle for just a year. When living there a leak happened above the kitchen ceiling and started to mold. All they did was change the ceiling tile. My boyfriend was taking an online college course which sent him science projects. One was to see if we had mold, we let the jar sit out for the recommended 7 days and it was FULL of mold. They didnt do anything about that. They did state there was mildew, but did nothing to fix it.Also, my boyfriend is active duty in the military, which means he could be stationed anywhere with little notice. His orders changed and he got stationed 3 hours away from Carlyle Court. We did not find out that his orders had changed until 2/12 and my lease ended 2/28. So I was unable to give them the full 30 day notice they need. When I went to the office when we found out the orders had changed they seemed like everything was okay and it wouldnt be a problem that it wasnt the full 30 day notice ::coughs:: SOLDIERS AND SAILORS ACT ::coughs::The end of March I spoke with the manager regarding my deposit. She had mentioned that she needed to see the orders to send them to her boss. So I e-mailed her the orders. Half way through April I get a lovely check in the mail for 300$ for the extra 12 days in March to make it a full 30 days. This place is scum. If you are single and looking for something to lay your head down at night but never be at, this is the place. But do not move here if you are active duty in the military. Its called the Soldiers and Sailors act. Maybe do some research on it, Carlyle Court.
Had a flood in my house, maintenance took over two hours to arrive after the incident. to their credit I was offered a temporary place to stay for ONE night though the house needed over a weeks worth of work. there is now missing portions of the carpet padding in my apartment, the same once soaked carpet is still on my floor, none of the dry wall was removed from the floor where the water had laid for several hours soaking into the walls. And they still expect you to pay about 1000 bucks a month here after all of that. My checks have been lost multiple times by the office leading them to tack eviction notices on my door while lighting up my phone like a christmas tree only for them to find my rent check days later. my car was towed because I lacked a parking pass that I did NOT receive when I first signed my lease to which I had to pay over two hundred dollars at the impound lot that was not reimbursed to me after the mix up. all in all this is the absolute worst complex ive ever lived in and that isnt even the tip of the iceberg persay.
I have lived at Carlyle Court for two years and am currently counting the days until I can move. The office staff are unhelpful liars and smile as pure drivel falls from their mouths. The parking lot is rarely plowed when is snows and throughout the day and night you can hear squealing tires as people try to push cars out of the snow, trying in vain to break free from the weeks of un-plowed snow in the parking spaces. I have lived in many apartment complexes, and am not accustomed to such a lack of professionalism and efficiency. Multiple maintenance requests have taken weeks to be completed, often being told by staff that the order was lost.Save yourself the trouble of moving here - I wish I had!!!!!
My brother came to visit for an hour at night and all the designated visitor parkings were taken, then 40 minutes later his car had been towed. I had asked for a temporary permit but they asked when and what time he was coming as if you schedule every friends/relatives visits. They work with a predatory towing company that charges 150-200 for taking your car and you can see the guy going around at 1 pm or any other time looking for cars without permit. Even though they have this stupid rule my neighbor got broken into and theres been at least 2 know cases of break ins with rape involved. They offer alarm but I know for a fact theyre outdated and they either dont work or maintenance are inept to program it correctly because Ive asked twice for them to activate it and they havent. Stay away from this place and Ill make sure I leave have signed my last lease. This place is a joke.
This is a very well kept community. You can tell the staff really care!
The staff are lovely!
Not a safe place to live, especially for young women.
Great value!
Maintenance never fixed anything. Parking permits were impossible to get. Management and staff changes frequently.
Apartments are pretty average price.
Yuck
