Nice wooded area. Apartments have private entrances which is great. The property is under new management and have been improving maintenance/work orders.

I called Autumn trails and spoke to Aisha about a client of mine getting an apartment. She was very professional and helpful. She assisted my client with everything she needed and asked me to send her over. Once we got there, Heather was very helpful with getting her an application and explaining the process. I had questions for the maintenance man (due to my client having bad experiences in the past), and Dave was very knowledgeable and reassured us maintenance request would be responded to very quickly.Thank you autumn trails for continuing to help my clients with housing!!!

This is a nice community, ran by a great property director Aisha, she’s so nice if you looking for an apartment. You might can get in here but she keeps this place rented. The new maintenance guy Dave is one of the best one they’ve had in a long time. Heather the leasing agent is awesome too. I would recommend this community food for your money.

Been here a year & I have no complaints. Like my apartment location & my apartment in general. The staff nice as well. I normally talk to Aisha but everyone I’ve met in the office has been nice people, the maintenance guy Dave is cool people too... like I said I have no complaints at all... nice overall team they have in the office

Went into this office to get information on their property seeing that i am new to Indiana. Heather was very warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Aisha the Manager was polite, kind, and patient with me seeing that i didnt have all the info they needed off hand and allowed me search and find what it was i needed. Dave was the maintenance guy who showed me the apartment, he was able to answer all my questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend every to check this property out

Living here is pretty decent considering the area. Its mostly quiet and well kept and the units are kept up. Aisha is very nice and accommodating, and issues get handled in a timely manner. Over all Im proud to call Autumn Trails home😊

I have lived here for the last 3 years..I really enjoy my apartment. The manager Aisha has always been helpful..she honestly cares about her residents. Dave is doing great,and the new leasing agent Heather is really nice. I love living here!

I have lived here at Autumn Trails for five years . Aisha the manager is so extremely helpful to me as a tenant. Maintenance fixes repairs as soon as possible when I need it. And theyre very efficient at their work. The complex is very well keep especially during winter season. This is the BEST complex Ive ever lived in and I really appreciate it.

Stopped by this little place and met the manager Aisha, I never had a manager text me after the fact saying they appreciate me. That really made my day she was very nice and professional. Im definitely coming back to apply.

I had to return back to Autumn Trails Apartment too help my son find him a place. I went in last year and spoke to Aisha and she was great and was very nice. I would referred anyone too her location..if you go. Please make sure sure helps you.. THE BEST!!

Edit to add: more confirmed gunshots Sunday. 1-19-21.Edited to add: today I recieved an email from the property that gun shots WERE fired around building 20 last night. January 12, 2021. I did hear them.The reason there are 5 star reviews is because they sent out emails to all residents saying that if people left a 5 star review theyd be entered to win a prize. The email stated that if an employee is mentioned and given positive feedback theyd get a second entry for the prize. I think the prize was money on a gift card.This complex doesnt care about its residents at all. Ive lived here for long enough to have written a bad review before and taken it down to give them another chance.They dont deserve another chance.First of all, it is not a safe place to live.At night time people scream and fight in the parking lot. People scream for residents to call the police.The cops block the road. Many times the news has been here to film things and with the multiple police cars its been impossible for me to either enter or leave.They do not do maintenance requests that you need. Ive been inside the office over 3 times this month to ask for the same repairs. They write it down like its brand new every time and never follow through.There is dangerous trash. Glass and jagged metal in the parking lot and grass the entire 5+ months ive been here. IF a piece of glass is cleaned up you can garuntee that they left something next to it that is JUST AS dangerous. And new glass comes up everywhere.There are bugs. My dog has a flea collar and flea treatment and she gets baths. The fleas and bugs are constant. The 1 time that they actually did treat my apartment instead of just saying they treated it the bugs came back right away. Spiders everywhere.There have been many stray cats living under the buildings.I reported an employee yelling at me through the office walls and the people in charge absolutly dont care at all that I was harassed by their person. They never responded to me reaching out about the situation. Ever.There isnt enough hot water to shower AND wash your hair. And i dont even shave.A resident was staring through my window when I was sleeping.It is cheap but it is cheap because of how poor everything is.All the positive reviews about aisha: she doesnt work here any more. And she lied to a resident right in front of me, then admitted to doing it to me.Also I can smell drugs being smoked from outside of my unit. I think i know where its coming from but I cant be sure. I know what it is because my dad did drugs. I cannot say with 100% certainty that that is the case but I can say with 90% certainty that that is what I am smelling from this complex.Edited to add: today i took my trash out and in the parking space next to my car was a 2 inch long nail in a piece of plastic, set standing upright. Someone left a circle of heavy plastic with a LONG nail in it right there to be driven over or stepped on. I garuntee you that it was long enough to go THROUGH a sneaker. Garuntee. My dog could have stepped on it. It is NOT SAFE at this apartment complex for children or pets. Or adults. Also there was a bunch of broken glass next to it but that is so normal here that it is a DAILY occurrence. This is not a safe place to live. All last night while I sat in my apartment unit talking to my friend, I smelled heavy drugs in my unit from my neighbors. Please save yourself an emergency room visit.

The leasing management and staff are very helpful, kind and efficient. They were very helpful throughout the whole process, explained all related details and worked diligently to finalize approvals. The place is well kept and in a nice area and the rent is fair and affordable.

I visited the complex to view a unit that I had seen available online. The property was quite and well maintained. The manager on duty was very polite and helpful. She showed me the unit that was available and answer all of my questions. I look forward to moving in.

The office personnel is great. Aisha is always doing something special for the residents. She is always making conversations with the residents. It’s a nice quiet great place to call home.

Aisha and Kesha are the most professional and respectful property managers I have personally experienced. The community is very quiet, laid back, and fun place to live. The ladies always have a sweet treat waiting for us in the leasing office. The maintenance man Todd is very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldnt ask for a better maintenance man. If you want to live in a place where the property managers legitimately care about you then Autumn Trails is the place to live.

This place is very quiet. Managment keep the grounds and the units free of trash and debris. Units are reasonably price. Office staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Ive lived here for 2 almost 3 years an Im never going to move as long as the manager Aisha McClinton is running the community. Shes a great down to earth manager that takes no mess! She is strick but thats what most communities need to stay in order. Thanks Aisha for all you do!!!Lucky!!!

They do not keep their word. They dont complete work orders when you put them in. I put in a work order for my door months ago and they have yet to fix it, hence the reason I moved out. My safety was not taken serious. Maintenance is so lazy. He gave me a filter and told me I had to replace it myself for my AC unit. Theyve had 2 different property managers while I lived there. Be careful witg these apartments.

Raw sewage, cats breed and live underneath these buildings ;also all types of insects, mold inside walls. Sorry for referring anyone there. Management is very rude and one sided.

Refuse to fix anything grounds kept very poorly dumpsters always overfilled
