Lived here 5 years, every window in the apartment leaks when it rains hard. Told them the first time it happened when we moved in a every time after that. 5 years later this is what the window seal looks like even after bleaching it constantly. We live in a 3 bedroom and can only use 2 because of how bad this window is. Showed them the pictures. They told us we can wait till they repair the windows in a few months and we requested to be let out of our lease. They dont care about anything but getting new tenants in not the people that are already here.

Management is great. Very easy to work with. Apartment in great shape at move in.

I have been here for about six months. Clean very well maintained, if you have something that breaks they come and fix it immediately. Plus a safe and great area!

Its a decent place, especially for college students. Its a fair price and the place is properly maintained. Aside from some trashy people...its a safe area. Id recommend it for people trying to look for a temporary place with a roommate or two.
