This is what America needs again. Highly recommend this company for all your hydraulic needs. From this to this in record time. See photos
I bought seals from these guys for a hydraulic ram rebuild. They were helpful in getting the right parts and were fair priced.
We sent a ram in to get fixed and they were very courteous and very helpful. It was great to get it fixed so quick!!
They got my lift gate installed in just a couple of days. They took the truck to a welder to install a filler piece that wasnt expected. Everton works great. They were even able to reinstall my back up camera!
Reasonable pricing. Courteous, friendly service.
Great owner/worker willing to step up and take care of things.
I have used Tri-State Hydralics over the years and generally had a decent experience. This last time has been a disappointment. I brought in a 3 spool hydraulic valve, that had a bad relief valve, and the gentleman from the back told me it would be three to five days to get it fixed. Five days went by, and having heard nothing on the valve I reached out to them and they said they hadn’t even looked at it but would get to it by the end of that day or the following day. Two more days go by and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I stopped in at their shop to see if it was done. I talked to the same employee whom I had dropped it off with, and he said the part appeared to have not been moved since I dropped it off over a week ago. While I was there, I was told, “Glen didn’t have any projects going and should be able to get to it today.” I expressed my great need for this part to be fixed quickly and was reassured that they would. An hour before closing, I still had not heard anything so I called. The receptionist again said she would look into it and call me back. She called back and said that it was on Glen’s bench but was unaware if it had been looked at. I kindly said I really need the part fixed and she said she would try to get someone working on it. After 15 minutes I received another (and rather snarky) phone call from her saying there was nothing they could do, and to come pick it up. When the part was picked up, it appeared they hadn’t even touched it to try and figure it out. I was now out eight days on this part. Throughout this, I was never rude to anyone at Tri-State Hydralics though they lacked professionalism, efficientcy, and definitely communication skills. On top of that, there seemed to be nobody who was willing to try resolving the issue at hand; they would rather just give business away.
