CALLED ALL SHINE UP ONE DAY PLANNING TO PAY FOR A SHAMPOO SERVICE, RANDY CAME OVER AND TOOK A LOOK AT THE CARPET RECOMMENDED THAT HE DIG DEEPER INTO THE STAINING WITH A BLACK LIGHT TO SEE WHAT WE WERE REALLY DEALING WITH TURNS OUT I HAD ALLOT OF PET URINE IN THE HOME I PURCHASED AND FOR HIM TO PROPERLY REMOVE THEM AND TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE LONG TERM IT WOULD TAKE ALLOT MORE TIME/BILL WOULD GO UP. WHICH I TRULY APPRECIATE HIS HONESTY BECAUSE IM SURE ANY OTHER BUSINESS WOULD HAVE CAME IN CLEANED THE CARPETS AND THE PET SMELL WOULD HAVE STILL BEEN THERE. Randy with Allshine cleaned my carpets in myhouse before I moved in. They were a little dingy and the house had a slight odor. He showed me, with a black light, the stains and pet spots that were on my carpets from the previous owner. After cleaning they looked like new and the odor was gone. Randy and Tyler did a wonderful job cleaning the venting on my clothes dryer. He recommended and installed a solution to an issue I had with the tubing. Randy is very professional. I called for a free window-cleaning estimate and he was at my house less than 15 minutes later. The window cleaning was scheduled for the next day. He came right on time to my house and cleaned the windows in about 1.5 hrs, which was his estimate. When he was finished, he helped me open a window I couldnt get myself and took the screen off the window for me. He is very kind and I would recommend his window cleaning service to anyone!

I moved into a rental and the carpets had just been professionally cleaned and when the carpets dried completely there were several dark spots. So I called Randy to see if he could tell me if the carpets were stained or if he could clean them. Turns out he had a light and was able to see the spots were urine. He cleaned them and a week later none of the spots came back and the house smells great!

So sounding like a decent guy I went with him because he could get it done 3 days faster than any other bid I had received.There were a couple mistakes were we came to an agreement that he lost a little money and I spent a little more. I wouldnt recommend All Shine Cleaning Service. They were hired to deep clean our house a few months ago. The rate was quite expensive, and the cleaning was very basic. I felt like they did the basic cleaning I do on a weekly basis (dust, vacuum, mop, etc.) I was really hoping for a good deep clean (cupboards, hard water spots in tub, baseboards, etc.). When I hired them, I expressed my wants to them. NONE of the deep cleaning things I was looking for were touched on at all. If you are looking for a basic clean, these guys are OK, however, if you want any sort of deep cleaning on your home, do not call All Shine!

We also checked with a couple others including Lowes since they have free install and are a big box store. Like for like saved us over 30%.Day came for the install and his installers nailed it.
