I had an unexpected flood in my basement. I was very upset because my husband had recently passed away and I was going to put the house on the market the week of the flood. The crew that arrived was very helpful, kind and their calmness helped me to also calm down. I was given information on how the clean up/restoration process would work, for which I was grateful. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up all the standing water. They came back to cut out the damaged drywall and checked to make sure all was dry. Since, the cutaway drywall has been replaced and I am currently scheduled for carpet installation in the next week or so. Our vacation home experienced a major flood and Advanced Cleaning and Restoration showed up to save the day within two hours of receiving the initial phone call asking for help. We are far, far away from our house and Skylar has done an amazing job staying in touch with me, giving me every detail, welcoming me to call him at any hour, compassionately walking us through every step of the process and just overall being incredibly on top of the job even though we are not there to oversee what they are doing. They were very fast and friendly. Got bids from two others and they were very close to the lowest but warranted work as they are a larger company than they the lowest that was a handyman.The finish work was seamless. Fixed large sheet rock holes, textured ceiling and walls, painted. Couldnt tell where patches were. Also perfect molding and flooring.. Tyler did great and very pleasant.

I had a minor flood in my basement at 10PM that I simply could not take care of myself so I called Advanced. Nolan answered my call immediately and was very helpful, telling me he and his coworker Dennis would be over immediately. We had a flood in our basement in a Sunday, by Monday afternoon they had the flooring removed and drying, and the baseboards carefully removed, no harm to the walls. It took a couple weeks, but the various crews came and went and the job was completed. Very happy how it turned out. Robins communicated every step of the way. I would recommend them .

They placed fans in strategic locations and had us back in business in short order. They helped us work with our insurance carrier to identify all of the restoration work needed longer term. After a huge hassle with the insurance company these guys we very patient and kind. Mike and Skyler came promptly when we had sewer back up in the basement. They answered all my questions. Theyre great! I woke up to diarrhea all over my carpet in my guest room from my dog. I called Advanced cleaning that morning and Skylar came out within a few hours. Our 2nd floor master bedrooms shower leaked causing extensive damage to the floor/ceiling and requiring drywall repair. It also will require retiling of the shower and the floor. Tyler Tunnell has been our lead contact coordinating the project with tilers, plumbers, drywallers, etc. Hes done an excellent job in keeping us informed through the process. Hes polite, thoughtful, systematic, and constantly seeks customer feedback. He takes pride in his work and strives to do an excellent job. Our hot water heater burst on a Sunday afternoon but we didnt realize the water damage until Monday am. I called Advanced Cleaning and they were at the house in about an hour! I was so impressed with their professionalism. Two rooms had to be emptied out and the crew was extremely quick in moving out the boxes and furniture in the rooms. I was pretty upset about boxes that had gotten wet (old pictures, antique books, etc) and Candace was there to give me a hug and re-assure me they would do their best to save as much of my momentos as possible. I would not hesitate to hire this company in the future -- but hopefully not for an emergency!

These guys have been really great. I had a surprise flood on a Friday night out of town. Water poured into the whole basement for several hours, and for a while there it didnt look like it was going to stop. We randomly called Advanced Cleaning and Restoration and hoped. Skyler was on duty and came up with a partner from around 8:00 P.M. until after 11:00. They pulled out the moveable items, pumped out the water, and set the fans. What was really nice after the worst was cleaned up was that they left nothing undone. They checked for mold and damage to the structure. They hauled out all of my valuables for serviceability or replacement. They came in and rebuilt parts of two walls, repainted two of the rooms, and because of mold underneath, pulled up the floor and replaced it. All of their work is excellent and they just finished today. Now Ive got a nice, shiny clean basement that looks better than it ever did before. The workers have been time conscience and very professional, always helpful and polite. If anyone could say that having a flood wreck their house is fun, this one would come close. Im very happy.

5:20 pm I’m driving down 17th street and two of their company trucks decided to race motor cycles down the road. The newer black ford was followed by a white truck which cut me off almost hitting my truck and another vehicle. I would never pay reckless people to restore my house. Be smarter in your company trucks!

Be aware they will rip you off!!! specially if theres an insurance claim. They didnt even finish the job because of that. The guy in-charge not only was getting a big chunk from our insurance but also made up a story to charge us even more. They are not professional either. I wouldnt even give them one star.
