Amazing customer service and results! This was the most professional experience I have ever had with a cleaning company, and the results were stellar! The cleaning was prompt and pristine, and the carpet cleaning was great! It looks like brand new carpet and they were safe and careful with the products used, to ensure my little dog was safe. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them regularly in the future! Thank you Sharp & Clean, what a wonderful experience!

We had a move-out cleaning in Rexburg with Sharp & Clean. They came out and 3 of them completed the entire 2-bedroom apartment within an hour and a half to two hours. I was impressed with how sparkling clean they made the apartment as well as the speed at which they did so and at such a good price. If we were moving nearby, I would definitely call upon them again. Could not recommend enough.

I called for a last minute apartment cleaning for one of the properties I manage - like super last minute, same day cleaning! And they squeezed me in and got it done in about 2-3 hours. This company is amazing!

Worst cleaning place ever! They start out with offering you a dollar raise if you give them a 5 star review and then when you start cleaning for them they don’t really care if it’s actually clean only if it has the appearance of being clean.

I think Sharp and Clean can be great when doing individual jobs for tenants but I would NOT hire them to do an entire complex. We decided to hire Sharp and Clean to clean all the apartments at our complex and it failed tremendously and heres why:1. Disregard to promised policy. When we met with Doug and a few of his colleagues, we explained that we would check the apartment, say what we thought was dirty and wanted them to clean, and then they would clean that job. Instead, we found that a few of the leaders were entering apartments and judging the apartments themselves and then sending cleaners in which threw off our system and sometimes even entered apartments that still had tenants because they didnt know and didnt have our permission.2. Very disorganized. Once we checked the apartment, S&C would clean and then let us know it was ready for a re-check. There were so many apartments that they said was ready for a re-check and my team would go look and realize they never even attempted to clean... Im talking entire jobs (such as the microwave or bathroom) wasnt even touched. Maybe 1 or 2 slip ups are alright but there were about 10 that had this situation...3. Not efficient. We had to do re-check upon re-check, upon re-check, all for one apartment! My team lost an entire week just from re-checks!4. Poor communication. This is a little harder to explain because I guess it depends on how you define professional or training, but there was an extreme lack of communication. We were told that all their cleaners go through extensive training and are professional cleaners. Of course after doing so many re-checks, we spoke with a few of S&C cleaners and it turns out their training was Hey meet at this complex at this time and start cleaning. Thats it. The cleaners even admitted they had 0 training and they all had never met until that day.5. They create more work for you. Im talking hours and hours and hours of work. I was pretty excited hiring a cleaning company because that meant I wouldnt have to do timesheets, hiring and training for cleaners, less (I thought) re-checks and more time to finish our other projects. Nope. My team has literally been cleaning from 9pm to midnight re-cleaning every single apartment. Seriously, every single apartment. Weve been doing this almost every night for 2 weeks now. Im exhausted. And yet in every single apartment were so happy we entered to clean because its absolutely filthy! We have over 100 apartments and had only 3 workers for my team (myself included) and we didnt have time to do 5+ re-checks for each apartment and eventually had to let S&C go so now were spending so much time making up for their terrible work.6. Not worth the money. With all this said and done, we spent more money on S&C than we ever have hiring our own cleaners and doing our own training. That is awful. If youre going to be so expensive, it better be worth it. Unfortunately S&C was the exact opposite and caused my team more stress and work than weve ever encountered before.Overall, I do not recommend S&C and do not plan to hire or advertise their company ever again. Im very disappointed and hope that improvements will be made, because they are greatly needed.EDIT: I am editing my review because Doug came in to talk with me and my team. Im changing from 1 star to 3 because while I was not happy with their work for our complex, I have greatly enjoyed hiring Sharp and Clean for individual jobs and will still recommend them to individuals looking to hire out. I appreciate Dougs effort in customer service and mending relationships and overall, do think he is a very honest partner who will try to his best to satisfy the customer.

Douglass and Sorena are wonderful leaders! They take great pride in what they do and they are great with communication. We are currently having them do a very large project and they are organized, professional and very thorough, not to mention extremely on task/ great with time! I am very pleased with the work they are doing and will definitely work with them again! It has been very nice as a property manager to have a company hired and not worry if it is getting done correctly. -LaTaya

Sharp and clean can handle very large cleaning projects. I have personal experience seeing them on multiple projects and seeing the before and after will shock you. I found them cleaning behind thing and on top of thing cleaners normlnor would go around or avoid.

Sharp and Clean gets the job done in record time. They have a large staff that is all very dedicated to their work!
