THE BEST!!! I was under the impression you can have great customer service or great product, never both. Sunrise made me see the error of my ways. We have very light carpet, with 5 people and a dog its tough to keep clean. We are the people that should have had before and after pics. I was happy with what they did and then Daren went a step further by calling us to see if everything turned out. I said we had a few spots and they came out that day to see what else they could do. We adopted a new puppy who was not fully potty trained, so we had some pet stains.I was happy to actually speak with someone when I called. She really listened and helped me figure out exactly what I needed done. She was very kind and informative she was even able to give me an idea of the cost to me right over the phone (tho the actual quote is in person). I called in the afternoon they were able to get me in right away the next morning.Mike came out on time, (showed up a little early in fact ) checked all of the areas I was concerned about thoroughly for pet stains (he even found one that I didn’t know about).He explained everything thoroughly and double checked the price with me before he got to work. Got the job done quickly took less than an hour, was minimally intrusive and the price was absolutely affordable. We recently had a broken water pipe that resulted in a flooded basement. Our son had prior experience with Sunrise Cleaning and he strongly recommended them so we gave them a call. Mike at Sunrise took the call for them and he then took over the entire cleanup operation. Throughout the process Mike kept us informed of everything that was being done, when, and why. His crew was polite and never made the mess that I was anticipating. Mike also coordinated with the plumber abut the pipe repair and the crew that repaired the ceiling and walls and then repainted it all. Had a horrible experience. They were brought out to fix the water damaged from a leaking roof. They came out the same day to give an estimate and said they could do it. I called other companies and know one was available to come for at least a week. So I went with sunrise. They started out great, but as the work progressed the quality of work got worse and worse. I had to keep calling them back to re-do what they JUST fixed. They went through 2 employees trying to fix my home. Id come home from work and see what they did that day and could not grasp how they could be OK with the quality of work they are passing by as complete and of good craftsmanship. It took almost 4 months. They would fix it and Id come home to see the roof leaking again. They had to contract out to other companies just to fix what their own employees called quality work. After all that, now that the snow is melting its leaking again. Im at a loss. Its not worth having them come back and fix it. Ill just fork out more money and hire a different company.

Sunrise Cleaning and restoration has been cleaning our home and my Husbands office for years. I have always been pleased not only by the service given by Sunrise, but also that I can call at any time and Mike will have someone taking care of me as soon as possible, even if I do not have an emergency.I just had Mike come and clean grout in my kitchen, bathroom and mud and washroom. I had a few spots on an area rug and in our big family room. Not only did he clean the spots but the whole rug and family room at no additional cost.The grout in my kitchen looks wonderful. Mike called and asked me if I would be interested in a sealer for the floor. (He put an additional coat on for no charge).When I came home and saw my floor I was so excited. I was so unhappy about how awful my floor looked before he came, and was not sure how it would turn out. It was so worth having him clean and seal my floor and grout. Second Review: Fantastic job again. I have an older dog who got very sick and without providing a lot of unpleasant details, she made a very big mess on our downstairs carpet. Mike made the time to come out and address the stains and then we scheduled for Sunrise to come back out again to do the whole house carpeting and a large area rug on wood flooring. Mike couldnt come out this time but the crew he sent did a great job. They made sure that the areas that had to dry quickly, did and the rest of the house was dry and ready not too much later. The person I spoke with on the phone was courteous and professional and we arranged an appointment with Mike. He was incredibly knowledgeable and spent a lot of time cleaning all of the carpeting as well as a large area rug in my home. I had found the beginning of a small leak the day before and after cleaning the carpet in that spot, he pulled it back, put fans under it to dry out the pad. The area rug and all of the carpets dried quickly - my upstairs rooms were dry before he left. The rug and the carpeting look and feel brand new! This truly was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. I wish I could get them to come to California too!

I give Sunrise Cleaning 5-Stars for showing up in sub-zero (windchill) temperature alone! What really thrilled me was the attention to detail. They, (Ron and Teagan) immediately placed corner protectors on the walls and wicking protectors on the furniture legs. Its these little things that make the difference. Teagan explained the cleaning process and lost me several minutes into it. Which is fine because it meant it was extensive. Just watch the countless number of videos they provide online to get a better idea and you too can wake up to a beautiful Sunrise and the wonderful smell of a clean carpet.

Absolutely terrible customer service as well as a misleading website. I was under the impression we could call 24 hours because the website said were welcome to call, but they gave out theyre personal contact information and he scolded me as if it was my mistake. I would have left a message and potentially paid for services but, considering the professionalism of this company being so low, I will not work with them.
