Very professional and honest. He didnt try to nickel and dime me like others in the industry. Prices are competitive. The job he did was absolutely amazing. My 7 year old carpet looks almost new again!!! He took the time to work on stains from the kids. Also, educated me after on what to do next time there is a spill on the carpet.I asked opinions about certain things and he was completely honest with me, while realizing that his answer may mean no services that he could charge for. I truly appreciated that.I highly recommend his services and when we need our carpets cleaned again, I am calling him first!!!
